I certainly made the right choice when I selected R&R to do my moving. I want to thank you for the refund of the billing over-charge, and appreciate the integrity of your company in making that adjustment. Also, we were pleased with the people who did the moving and they can be thanked again for doing an excellent job. Highly recommended for business moves! We recently hired R&R Moving while relocating our business to Plymouth. Everything was handled very carefully, and brought to the R&R warehouse for short term storage. When our new location was ready for us, they stepped up again, and transferred all of our furniture and supplies into the new space super quickly. It was a huge relief to have a group of professionals handling all of our belongings!

This moving company is the absolute WORST. If I could give a 0 star rating I would! I normally don’t ever leave reviews but this company treated our move so badly that I felt needed to let other know. They had picked up our stuff late October and was estimated to get here mid November. It is now mid December and the truck has just arrived but let me tell the whole story of what we’ve been through with this company. We had hired a contractor to hire this moving company and this company had lied to the contractor and told them that they had left when they didn’t. We had called the office during office hours over 50 times to no answer but when we used a different phone number they would answer when they answer Karen said someone would call us back that day and no one did. Everytime we always had to call them first. We were belittled and treated very poorly by the office people. (The drivers are very extremely nice! It’s just the higher up/dispatcher/front desk people are terrible) when the truck had arrived we asked to speak to MIKE the dispatcher. One of the ROUDEST and most UNPROFESSIONAL people I have ever heard and spoken too. On the phone we tried to explain our inconveniences that they had caused us to which he responded “he doesn’t have time to hear our life story” and all of that it was a 9-10 minute phone call that resulted in MIKE THE DISPATCHER taking the whole phone call out on us and belittling us. Terrible company! There’s so much more I could go on and on about how bad this company is!!!

I didn’t use this company, but they thought it was a good idea to block the entrance of my business instead of asking permission to park in my parking lot. The movers were rude when I asked them to move their vehicle and didn’t even apologize for parking there.

Go with these guys - total pros... I promise you will not be disappointed. Moving can be so stressful. I found myself in a situation where i had to move out of my house unexpectedly... I have to admit I am not the most organized mover, and the sudden nature of the move made it even more chaotic. R &R basically held my hand through every step of the process. They have ladies who will carefully pack up and label all of your stuff if you need them to, then the mover guys come and take all of what you want to keep, and will discard everything you do not want. They brought my stuff to my new place and even arranged it for me. All I had to do was point. The next day the packing ladies came back and cleaned the house from top to bottom. They even have storage if you need it (I did not, but it is nice to know if you ever have to hold over for a couple of days or longer between homes). It was hands down the very best experience I have ever had while moving... Everyone was courteous, speedy, and meticulous. The booking was incredibly easy and straightforward. I would recommend them to anyone... SO worth it!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND R&R Moving! The entire crew of movers were extremely friendly, helpful, fast, reliable and were careful with our belongings. In fact, R&R Moving, Pete and his crew in particular, truly helped me and my family out of a devastating experience when our hired movers (Grizzly Movers) left us in the lurch with a significant amount of our belongings left to move. Pete and his crew stayed over, rearranged their schedule and didn't charge an arm and a leg to finish the job of our hired movers. I cannot say enough good things about this company and in particular these men. If you want the very best this area has to offer I would hire R&R Moving!

We had R&R move us from Wisconsin to Ohio and they made the move an absolute breeze. Very easy people to work with and very well priced. We had one minor incident with a piece of furniture (as one can expect when moving 500 miles) that was out of their control and they still went above and beyond to fix the issue with no questions asked. Who likes to move? Right? Maybe one of the worst things in life next to going to the dentist or public speaking. But R&R Moving made it so simple and easy I won’t look at moving the same way anymore. They were on time. They were extremely helpful. We had several special requests and they handled all of them with aplomb. We had added a lot of items/boxes to the move and they set it up so that more movers could assist. We have a large house with lots of stairs. Great group of guys. Someone always answers the phone at the office when you call. The only negative I have is there are many boxes/tubs that were labeled for the basement or upper floors and they were left in the garage or on the 1st floor. UPDATE- I posted a review a short time ago but it will not let me revise it. In the past month while unpacking and looking at furniture we are finding several items with damage. There are many dings, scratches and even broken items such as drawers.

We used this company twice. First time the owner was actually part of the move. We were charged fairly and what we expected, what we were quoted, for 3 hours. The second time, the total move was an hour, and we were charged the same as the 3 hour move. Both moves were in Sheboygan. After telling people of my experience, I found out that this is a common problem people have had with this company and is becoming a part of their reputation. I recommend 2 men and a truck, who I had no problems with 2 years ago.

They reuse boxes and mistress bags. They do not bug bomb their trucks despite what your told. He will tell you what you want to hear. Yes his bus will come in the lowest bur remember you get what you pay for.

This company is fantastic to work with! We hired R & R moving to move some equipment out of a basement. First, the owner showed up promptly at the scheduled appointment time to provide an estimate. That won major points with us. The two young men who did the move were Evan and Matt. They also arrived promptly on moving day. The basement stairs are steep and narrow, the day was 90+degrees and humid and these items were HEAVY!!!! They were polite, professional, fast and efficient. They did an awesome job and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!!!

It's under new management.... Hoping they know how to learn from experience. I would......, recommend using their services but ask a lot of questions, like "its there a fuel surcharge?" or something like "do you charge for travel time?" ...... to and from their starting point. Overall the 2 workers were pleasant , professional and respectful and I was ready to tip them 40 each when the lead man started to recite overcharges, ended up giving em 10 bucks.
