The website lies saying there's an online chat option. There isn't. Can't find anywhere to set delivery preferences. After 2 phone calls on hold for 45+ minutes, I sent an email. They responded but failed to answer my questions. Ridiculously hard to find because it's not Purolator, it's Apple Self Storage. Put up a sign that people can see and fix your address and directions on Google!

Didn’t bother to check the address and delivered an expensive parcel to some random person and didn’t even get a signature. Just said “Verbal” in the proof of delivery. Great! Been on the phone for hours where they keep saying they’ve delivered it. Well, I don’t have it, so who have they delivered it to, when it clearly needed a signature, exactly?

Delivery didn't work out and I had to pick up furniture from the depot. Depot front desk staff were courteous and helpful, but not having furniture delivered to my apartment defeated the purpose of online shopping. I'm happy that picking it up wasn't a hassle, but the drivers could learn to look a little harder before giving up on a delivery.

When I came downstairs the delivery guy was leaving. I shout at him try to get him too see me. He pretended not seeing me and drove away. Now I have to pickup the package my self. Great service. They try so hard to not deliver packages

The courier has never been sent to the door with a reminder, has never been put into the mailbox, and once even the courier slip was not posted.

Didn’t even attempt delivery. Not sure what the point of paying for shipping is if you’re just having fun driving my package around the city only to have me pick it up anyway. Not the first time and surely not the last as some suppliers strictly ship through this sad excuse of a courier.

Purolator delivery guy - called the door bell, slapped the slip and run away WHILE i was opening the door and calling him!!! Unbelievable.

I ordered something from wayfair and it was delivered to me at 10:51 AM. I have cctv cameras at my house and i just saw the clip of how ruthlessly the courier guy threw my package onto my front door. He dint even bother stepping a few stairs (the front door only has 5) instead he decided to throw it like a ball. It was very disrespectful to see!
