Waited all day for delivery yesterday and nothing, parcel was put on the wrong truck. Waited all day today and still nothing. Called Purolator and they said it was put on the wrong truck again today. Now nothing till maybe Monday if it gets on the right truck. Incompetence I guess, I did give them two stars because there was two parcels and they delivered one of them yesterday as scheduled.










I am please with the speed and accuracy of my recent orders from purolator, but lately my orders have just been left on my front veranda without even a knock on my front door. I live 10’ from a very busy street with a lot of foot traffic. My orders could easily be taken by a driver or passer by. I have had some very pricey orders lately and the driver does not knock on my front. There is always someone home. I understand the reluctance to pass a parcel to me but the driver could at least knock before he gets back in the truck and leaves.

Watched the driver pass my house without attempt of delivery, only to receive a notification moments later that I would get my package 5 days later because the driver says I wasnt home. Watched him drive by my house. Such a joke! Avoid using prince albert purolator at all costs!

Worst courier service, I would give a zero star rating but cant do that on this site. over the last year 99% of all deliveries have been severely late by more than a week. Absolutely useless, excuses lies about attempted delivery, breakdown of vehicles, packages left at side of road on garbage day and package gets lost !!! the list goes on and on, try and avoid using this company at all costs, pathetic company.....

I live in an apartment they put my personal info on the front door for everyone to see my name and apartment number! I'm a very private person and this is not the first time they have done this. Disappointed with Purolator. Last week there was a slip for another lady and it was on the door for 2 weeks.





Got an email saying attempted delivery, which is weird because I have cameras EVERYWHERE. I checked my driveway and door cams and nobody came in my yard except for Canada Post at 12:15. So I went through the street cam footage and sure enough, at 1:35pm the Purolator truck drove down the adjacent street. Didn't even turn down mine. That's some great service. And I'll add that I watched quite a bit more footage just in case he came back. Nada.





Starting to get frustrated with the delivery drivers. My building has two doors both with which units are in it and they continue to never buzz my unit to actually attempt to deliver my parcel. I have been home multiple times but never get my parcel because they don’t even come to the right door and buzz the actually unit on my parcel.

Purolator is, without question, the worst shipper I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Just within the last two weeks they lost a package - no updates for 12 days and a rep said "We have no idea where it is. We can't find it" - and no effort to help and two other packages with no tracking updates/shipping movement for the five days since it arrived at the shipping facility. This is just the latest of my negative experiences with this shipper. I will NEVER let my items ship via Purolator again, even if it costs me more to use another company.





This place is amazing!! The building is not super nice but the people inside make up for it ten fold. The 2 beautiful lady's at the front counter always do there best to help me out eveytime I go in.

Extremely poor service.





Package was put on the wrong truck and it didn't arrive overnight as required. Called the 1-800 number and it was advised that ground "gets there when it gets there" and it should have been sent express if you expect a refund. This was not an option given to the sender as he was told it would definitely get there the next day. Human error happens, as we all know, but as a company you should take responsibility when the onus is on your end. Filed a complaint with the 1-800 centre as now it's a matter of principle. Received an aggressive call from a representative at the Sydney, NS office the next morning, yell-talking at me from the moment I answered the phone that she didn't know what I wanted her to do and didn't know why the complaint was sent to her. I couldn't get out that this was the 1-800 operator's advice. I stated she was being rude and aggressive to a customer and her response was that her manager was sitting right next to her and she was not being rude. I asked to speak to her manager and she told me her manager was not there. Will not use Purolator for business or personal packages, and definitely not in Sydney, NS.

Very very poor service were not able to get a parcel from Saskatoon to Prince Albert in two days. A distance of 120 kms. An absolute discrace! If you want accurate delivery times, this isn't the company to use.





I can't stress it enough if you can avoid using Purolator please do it. I thought UPS was bad but these people take it to a whole new level. I ordered a package from Amazon that was supposed to be here on Thursday, March 23. We had a snow storm so the package was delayed. That was understandable. The next day it said it was in transit. I have a long driveway and it was still covered in snow so I sat by my window patiently waiting for the purolator driver for about 3 hours. As soon as I saw the purolator truck I RAN out my house and down the driveway to greet him so he wouldn't have to walk through any snow. As soon as I approached the van, the van jolted ahead and drove away. For a second I thought he didn't see me, but he parked down the street, probably 100 feet away, not getting out of his van or anything. I check the package and it said "attempted delivery". I was furious at this point because I know he had seen me but he was obviously too lazy to walk the two steps to greet me. I called their customer service hotline and they were absolutely useless. The lady refused to call him back to my house and even blamed me saying "your driveway isn't plowed so we don't have to do anything". Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Now my package won't be here until Monday and they said there is "nothing they can do". Here's the greatest part: I had ordered another package but it wasn't due until Monday. The driver came literally 10 minutes after the purolator driver took off on me. I felt bad because this man who looked to be in his 60s actually walked up my driveway to deliver this package to me. Something this idiot driver couldn't get off his ass to do. Whenever I am ordering packages from anywhere I am going to opt in for UPS. I advise everyone else to do the same.

This company should be fined heavily for allowing parcels to be simply dropped on front door step, without knocking for some thief walking down the street to help themself to. I think this should be illegal if it's not already. Therefore I would give zero stars If I could. People work hard for their money and order items online just to have your employees leave them there free to quickly and easily stolen. Do something about this.

Reached out Purolator about a gross over charge on a billing only to be told to contact them at their Toronto location. In Other words you get a hold of us instead of they get a hold of their good customer! We had done business with them for many many years. Terrible customer service. Sent the item back by UPS arrive within two days and the service was extremely good.





Purolator picked up the package on August 28 it arrived at a Ontario facility and tracking shows it still in Ontario 6 days later package was supposed to arrive today and it has not Purolator used to be a good shipping company but from now on I’ll opt out of this company do not recommend.
