The team at Northside Self Storage were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. After an initial call inquiring about pricing, sizes available and term length, the total process took about ten minutes when I arrived to sign the contract. Being able to use their facility made the process of moving between homes so much easier. I knew our household items and furniture were safe and sound during our moving process. Thanks again! I was beyond impressed with the customer service and the caring nature and speedy response when I enquired about needing immediate storage. It was an urgent situation where I had to store my furniture and other belongings. It was less than a half an hour later when the paperwork was drawn up and I had the key in-hand and was able to move quickly! The monthly cost was reasonable for the amount of storage I required!
