I had a 1 bed apt amount of stuff to move to a storage space, not a huge move by any means but I was really worried the movers would drag their feet and it would end up costing much more than the 2 hour minimum On the day of the move, my fears were quickly evaporating as they worked very quickly and efficiently and were done in two hours. They loaded the storage space much quicker than I thought they would and the bill was reasonable. I was delighted with their service!"

Good day! Our move went as follows: My family moved from Thunder Bay to Toronto. the movers came and surveyed our belongings and provided an overall game plan. They worked extremely swiftly and diligently. they packed up the truck expertly and were able to complete the relocation with just one load, which I had my reservations about! Great service, 3 beds taken apart and put back together (a bit better than they were before, in fact). Friendly, positive, hard-working staff. Everything packed safely, nothing broken and everything delivered to the right rooms. Even taking off a door to get our fridge up some stairs was achieved and put back seamlessly in minutes. Glad we don't move often, but I hope Miracle is around when we do.

Dear Miracle, I wanted to let you know that Danika did a terrific job organizing the move at our residence today. She was efficient, detail oriented and asked very helpful questions. I really appreciate her efforts. In addition, the crew which was sent out today performed in an outstanding manner on all facets of this project. They were handling old antiques and numerous art pieces, portraits and family heirlooms plus assorted sizes of boxes and bags - All of which I needed placed in different locations between our two garages. I was so impressed that over a period of 5 or so hours they consistently worked extremely hard-plus they were courteous, polite, pleasant, careful and thorough the entire time. I would like to request this same crew in a few weeks when we finish our upstairs renovation - not only because of the above, but also due to their knowing exactly where the items have been placed-and on their next visit we have to reinstall everything back upstairs. I was more than impressed with Miracle Movers. The packing was done efficiently and to a high standard with padded blankets, ensuring there was no damages to any of our items. The moving men were professional and worked quickly. They were also at ease when we couldn't get into the new house for a couple of hours after we anticipated. Compared to other estimates I received, the cost was competitive and worth the money. Because they came to our property to do a proper estimate, there were no surprises with the cost (other companies quote without even seeing your stuff and then sting you for extra costs on moving day). Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend Miracle to family and friends.

Miracle Movers... What can I say? These guys mean business and know how to get it done. I was in a unique situation where I needed two apartments moved over a two-day weekend and they were able to accommodate a first move of the day on both days for me no problem. When they arrived, Alex and his team were fast and most importantly efficient in packing, dismantling and moving everything that needed to go onto the truck. They did not waste any time just hanging around. At each intended destination, the unload went just as efficiently. If you need movers, I highly recommend these guys. If you can, I recommend requesting being the first move of the day. :) I have used these guys since 2015 and wouldn't go anywhere else for my moving needs.

Can`t be faulted, for attitude and standard of service. They took down a king size bed and corner wardrobe and erected it at the other end, TV, Mattresses etc were neatly wrapped in blankets and everything arrived undamaged, in previous years of using other firms, items have either been broken or scratched but Miracle took extra care in not damaging any belongings, which to me is very important. The office staff couldn’t do enough when a call was made, nothing was too much for them and they were very polite.

I have been planning to move to a senior citizen assisted living for so long. I could not handle the cleaning, shoveling and mowing the lawn. Chartwell recommended me to choose the mover they regularly use, because so many companies called me and it was really hard for me to know who says what. The best decision was choosing miracle movers and then have them come over. They were not the cheapest one but I felt good and they were honest. How hard is to move you must choose a movers that will help you make it less stressful and not lie to you with their small print. MIRACLE MOVERS WAS REALLY AWESOME! I'm happy I don't need to move again, thumbs Up!

Both their clearance and relocation services were exemplary. Gary is efficient and always responds immediately to any questions, so you feel fully supported throughout the whole process from start to finish. The team at Miracle are a great bunch, extremely helpful and happy to assist in any way to ensure that the job gets completed to a high standard and in a timely fashion. We could not believe how hard they worked and in what a great condition they left our old offices and also how careful they were with our newly decorated offices. We paid for the IT decommissioning and recommissioning and our IT department were full of praise for this service. We highly recommend Miracle and would definitely use them again.

What a great job. These guys were the most efficient and effective movers I have ever dealt with. They swiftly and carefully moved all of our things in and out. The estimate came in slightly below the quoted price. The movers were friendly and proactive in making sure everything got to the right place. Moving out of province in 2 years and they will be the only call I make to schedule my move.

A friend of mine told me about Miracle Movers. He told me about his experience which I thought was really good so I hired these guys to help me out too. I had to switch apartments and was in a bit of a hurry so I needed immediate assistance, they came in the next morning and took care of everything, from taking the stuff from my previous apartment and loading stuff in the new apartment. Worst company to work for and never trust their word . I hire them to bring all my furniture from Toronto to Vancouver they quote me 2000$ and after 10 day my stuff was arrived to Vancouver and they gave me a invoice of 7500$ and they said if you don’t pay we will not empty the shipment. Most of my stuff like very expensive coffee table and side tables and flatware boxes was broken and they insurance offers me 150$ for at least 20,000$ damage . Very bad company to trust and work with .

I purchased a used Yamaha upright piano from a home in Markham. I needed it moved to my home in Etobicoke. I called Miracle Movers company..They gave me a fair price on the phone which is a very reasonable, due to pianos not being easy to move. They delivered my piano to my home the next day without a scratch. I would recommend these piano movers to anyone. Nice people to deal with.

These guys are the real deal -- dependable, reasonably priced and good at what they do. I've tried a bunch of different movers (for big moves, furniture pieces, etc) throughout the city and this efficient crew of two are the only ones who get it right. They're responsive, punctual, respectful of your property, great troubleshooters and really nice guys, to boot. I seriously didn't think movers like this existed in GTA- turns out they do! Miracle Movers were recommended to us by some friends, who had used them previously and this was enough to dispel the fears of trying to find a good moving company can be, the personal recommendation works. They arrived 15 mins early, took a few minutes to assess all the rooms of our apartment, and then just got down to it.. Within a couple of hours they had wrapped and carefully carried an entire flat down 2 flights of stairs and loaded into their truck. Tvs were wrapped in protective blankets, .. nothing was too much trouble However the drive to our new home was a nightmare, they took over an hour to get to our new place. However when they finally got there they just buckled down, unloaded everything, putting things into the random rooms we requested (from 1 bed apartment to 2 bed house meant it wasn't such an obvious choice for rooms) but again nothing was too much trouble and within a very short period of time they had finished.. They had made our completion day a breeze by removing all the tension from things as they could.. Would heartily recommend them to anyone, for any job.

I googled your company, the reviews were positive so I decided to give them a try. I have moved several times before and was not happy as they did not show the due care with my items and were untimely.The office staff and Gary were professional. I had three movers come and load the truck. They were on time and efficient. Mike did an excellent job loading the truck very methodical with placement of items and timely. He was professional and had excellent leadership skills. Phillip also was very professional he maintained contact as they drove and delivery was smooth. There was one more guy who helped and i forget his name a he was stayed on task and did a great job! Thank you all for a smooth move.

I just used Miracle Movers for my move and they did an excellent job. Their upfront quoted price was the most reasonable and, at the end of the move, there were NO HIDDEN COSTS AND NO EXTRA CHARGES. They were also very responsive before and throughout the move. They are friendly and very easy to communicate with.At the day of the actual move, the movers (Mike and his colleague) wrapped and boxed some of my items that were unwrapped (or poorly packaged by me). Parking also took longer than expected at the new apartment due to downtown traffic which stretched out the move by about 30 mins - 45mins. Having moved 4 times in Toronto, this has been my BEST experience so far. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Mike's crew - you won't be disappointed!

I loved that I was able to adjust my inventory online as I packed, so that I could accurately estimate the total cost of my move and know how much I could leave to the movers.The movers themselves were super friendly, prompt, thorough, fast, clean and careful with all our belongings. And on moving day they packed all my wardrobe boxes carefully and provided special wrapping for my fragile items like large mirrors, TV, and artwork. I spoke to John about my needs and a time frame was agreed upon. Unfortunately, I needed to change the date which he accommodated. I didn't have to lift a finger. My movers did one hell of a job! I was very impressed with what they did considering how big, heavy, and fragile my items were, and they had to move them through very small staircase at delivery too! Great job! Great guys! I used Miracle Movers based on a recommendation and the reviews here. The communication was very professional and setting up the move. I was quoted 4.5 hours for a 1 bedroom move. Which was fair although when I moved into the place ot took 3.5 hours. But was ok because it was a quote. I was so surprised to see they had arrived early which was nice although the elevator wasn't available yet since I had booked it for a specific time but whatever we could get started. The first hour was great they moved all my boxes into the truck and what is left in the picture is what was left plus my mattress and a large wooden dresser in my bedroom. So great timing I figured we'd for sure be out in the next 1.5 hours (making it 2.5 hours from arrival). But then about 45 minutes later I noticed there hadn't been much change from what you see in the picture. So I started to follow them to the elevator. This is when they were loading my dresser. Then they tried to close the elevator. I said hey you can fit a lot more stuff in the elevator (dresser only took up 25% space as it was on its side) I was responded with "we have a plan" and I had requested that they should be filling up the elevator as much a spossible especially if they have a "plan" then I was met with ok you are the boss?! So they started to fill up the elevator more. Anyways I realized they hadn't been using the entirety of the elevator which unnecessarily was increasing time for a service by the hour. Also they tried to move my dresser with out blankets they said they would wrap it in the truck I said no you should wrap it now to prevent scratches. I was assured by the person booking my move that all my furniture would be handled carefully. My dresser was very important as it has a glass top, is solid wood and hand made by a local designer. I even sent them pictures of the dresser prior to my move to ensure they came prepared as they had requested the pictures. Then they could not get my couch in the elevator when I moved the couch into the apartment in the first place. Granted the cabin was renovated since but if anything there was more space as there was no longer a coiled vent in the ceiling. It took them 30 minutes of trying and me trying to coach them. They said they would have to carry it down the stairs then of course further increasing time. Thankfully my superintendent came to advocate for me. He got the couch in the elevator with in 5 minutes. This was very concerning to me as these are supposed to be professional movers. Anyways we did not leave my place until 1pm when they had arrived at 8:45am!! For a 1 bedroom a apartment!!!! I was told it's because I had a lot of little stuff but as you can see by the picture at 9:30am most the "little" stuff had already been moved. So why another 2.5 hours to move the rest of what you see in the picture?! Also I moved in in less than 2 hours my total move moving into that apartment was 3.5 hours!! So how is this possible?! Anyways if you are a single female I strongly suggest you have a friend watching their every move and ensuring they use all of the space in the elevator. Since you will be busy with other things. I am really disappointed by this experience. I provided my feedback as requested and no one addressed my concerns. I will not be using this service and do not recommend their service. Again very disappointed I felt cheated. The move ended up taking 6 hrs 45 mins. We started at 8:45am and ended at 3:30pm. My new place was a 25 minute drive away so the rest of the time was all spent moving the contents of a 1 bedroom apartment. Shame on this business for taking advantage of a single female!

They were efficient, professional and had a real work ethic to ensure we had a more manageable experience. They did a brilliant job loading and unloading our heavy and fragile furniture (we have quite a few pieces with a lot of glass). Nothing got damaged. The office called the day before to advise of all details, they arrived right on time. • They were both very polite and professional in appearance and manner. They never hesitated to answer any questions we had either. They handled all our possessions with care and attention…and there was absolutely NO breakages or missing items the move upon completion. They worked almost non-stop until completely done. We offered them a drink…but they even had that covered by bringing their own. When all was done we presented them with a small tip, as I am on reduced income we did the best we could do…. Please let them know how much we appreciated how well they treated us old folk!!

I moved from a two store house to a second floor apartment. I have good quality heavy furniture. So I was worried about the care the movers would take. Moving is emotional at best, but the men from Miracle movers proved it to be easy. It took 4 1/2 hours door to door. My estimate from Gary, based on an hourly rate was spot on - actually it came out slightly lower in the end. I wish I could remember the names of the movers, they did such a fantastic job! My daughter moved from Ottawa to Fort Vermilion. Everything went as Max promised. They covered everything necessary with blankets and all was handled carefully and respectfully. My Daughter was most impressed with their work. Excellent all round job done in an efficient manner.

The cost came out more than the quote due to the fact that we just had a lot of stuff, and another truck and 3 more guys had to come to help out with the move. I am exceedingly happy with the service provided for my recent move. The team that was sent out were great. They were smart about how they took stock of where all the inventory to be moved were located at the starting address, organized the loading of the truck, and excellent at dealing with minor issues -- they had to move the truck twice at the destination address because the apartment complex structure is awkwardly situated with the loading door next to the underground parking entrance/exit. They also had an issue with the ramp on their truck but they were able to work around that. They even finished the job earlier than anticipated! I am extremely happy with how it all played out.

Miracle Movers helped my family move from a 2 bedroom apartment to a similar sized apartment in Brampton about a week ago in the same area. It took about 6 hours for everything from disassembly and assembly as well as the travel to the new place (which is just 5mins drive). In hind sight, it would have been faster if I hired a third person but that is a lesson learnt for next time. The two were really friendly and efficient with the move. They never looked tired or unhappy during the entire move even if they have not eaten lunch because they said that they do it normally during the travel which in our case is a very short distance.. They were pro-active in asking where to place the things during the move in and were really professional the whole time. I will definitely go with Miracle Moves the next time I do my move (which I hope is not very soon).
