I used Kleiner Services to move 2 one bedroom apartments into a 3 bedroom house. They were excellent. I have had some truly awful experiences moving but not this time. They did assessments of both places, they were are on time, worked at a great pace and were courteous and pleasant. From my initial phone contact with Mary to Constantine at the move they put me at ease. They were friendly and funny while still being very professional and they finished under the estimated time. Their rates are reasonable and well worth the money spent. I would and will recommend them.

I missed out on hours at work (which are few and far between right now) in order to rush home for a virtual site visit with this company and was ghosted by them completely. Very unimpressed, wish Augustina or anyone from the team had reached out to me to let me know they had to reschedule the video call instead of leaving me to wait by my phone for 45 minutes until I gave up on hearing from them. I understand this is a very busy time of month for moving companies but I am disappointed at the quality of service I received. Also, beware the website FAQ - it falsely advertises a $200 deposit when the actual deposit they ask you for will be over twice that amount (at the time of writing this review).

Booking was easy. They did an on-site visit to give an accurate estimate for our move. They were polite, friendly and professional. They took care to properly wrap our items and were cautious to move everything safely and not cause damage to our items or the buildings. The price is a bit high but I think worth it. My only real complaints are that we had a time limit at our new place and I had communicated that to the people who booked us and gave us a quote, however, they arrived with our load to our new place late giving us a very short amount of time to unload. However they did a great job at hustling through it. I was concerned the day before the move as I couldn’t get through to their office to speak with anyone. Though this was in the midst orb the corona pandemic and maybe there was some other issues tying up the phones out of their control. All in all, a great experience. We will use them again!

Reliable, Responsive, Trustworthy, and Clean! I have used Kleiner Services a couple of times for the past few years; and they have always left me satisfied with the results. 1. Konstantin, the owner, always comes to give estimate/quote in person. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. He is a family man, father to young children. So he totally understands our family's needs and priorities when comes to home-moving. 2. Their moving truck is always clean and looks well maintained. 3. Konstantin does not simply hire any part-timer movers to do the jobs. His staff members have had their criminal background checked. They wear uniforms and well-trained; they take good care of our furniture and no matter how heavy the boxes or furniture piece are, I can totally count on them. As an OCD person myself, I like the way they work as a team. Very organised, clean and respectful. No slacking. The young staffs have good sense of humour too. I trust Kleiner Services and will definitely use their services again, maybe in 1-2 years time when we have to move again.

I hired Kleiner Services for a commercial move. I had a very challenging job because both units (from and to) just had brand new renovations. On top of that, I had heavy equipment to move where the equipment needed to be brought up to a second floor because there was no elevator. I was very worried about any potential damages to either premises. Fortunately, guys at Kleiner did a fantastic job. Not a single scratch. We would have scored it back to 5 stars had it not been for 2 things: (1) initial compensation that was sent out was not the amount we agreed that led to the second reason - (2) speed of resolving the issue. I was a little surprised to see that a moving company could have a solid 5 star rating. Now I know why. These guys are amazing. From the first chat with the owner Kon to dealing with a little scheduling issue last minute(my fault not theirs) to the actual move, this was hands down the best experience I've had moving. Can't say enough about the company, their services and the people. Will use them again and would highly recommend you do if you want a move that's done right. Don't sweat the cost and try saving $100 somewhere else. It's not worth it. (they're actually cheaper than the big guys) In fact, they thought of everything in the planning for my move. They even recommended things that saved me money.

These guys had a great attitude from the start of the day onwards, and they were fast! They were half an hour late due to traffic, but got to work right away upon arrival and accommodated changes to transpo plans later in the day (had two stopovers). What took me several minutes to lift and move to the door myself, they lifted and stowed away to their truck in seconds! I feel I should have just left it all to the pros and saved myself time and trouble! They properly shrinkwrapped loose items and secured blankets on my furniture, too. I had to use their storage service (inbound), and if my TV comes out in one piece in a week, I will make sure I keep my five-star rating for this team! :) I don't move often, but after hearing other people's moving nightmares with other companies, I am surprised my move with Kleiner went super smoothly. I just finished a move in Richmond and couldn't be happier with Kleiner. On time, under budget, they helped me pack the last few boxes, and made sure that the glass and fragile items were handled with care. I have no reservations in recommending. One of my colleagues recommended them to me initially, he has moved with Kleiner twice now, and has had exceptional service. There might be marginally cheaper movers advertised on craigslist etc, but who knows who they are, and if my stuff would have arrive in good condition.
