Worst move ever. Told Tasha over the the phone she that I would be renting a truck and needed assistance loading and unloading. When I asked about the fuel fee she made it sound as if they would be in a car not a truck. Also she neglected to put in half the stuff I told her so the total bill was over double the estimate. When talking with Patrick he asked me why I didn't stop the guys when they where at 2 1/2 hours. Because of they never mentioned an increase charge until they where 8 hours into the job. There is no integrity in this company, the name is false advertising.

Starting with positives: Dan was very responsive and had a quote to us quickly. The guys who did the move were super polite. The quote was fair. Not-so-great: The movers were three hours late and no one called to let us know (I was able to get in touch via text). We had labelled items to go in our new garage, basement and attic - but much of the stuff was put in the garage (discovered after the guys departed). So lots of crawling around garage trying to find things during an already hectic time. Not awful, but more angst than we needed on a stressful day.

Integrity Movers accomplished the near impossible by moving my beloved armoire (very large and very heavy) up over our second floor deck railing, down into the yard and into their truck in moments flat without one spec of damage to the piece and the deck. Their well thought out, brilliantly executed plan was extremely impressive. Integrity Movers moved me to my new home September 2019. I called to get a estimate & I was told they would send me a quote via email, and I was able to edit my quote. It was crazy & misleading in my opinion. I had a smaller move. Their business is out of Scarborough. They were to pick a couple of things up at Higgins Beach, and proceed to Ocean View Harbor (4 min from Higgins Beach) to pick up some furniture to proceed to my ultimate destination which was The Downs. By the way they charged me $40.00 for gas & $150 hour to two people to move me. When the 2 men showed up to my place at Higgins they were 40 minutes late stating they had lack of help. Then they claimed to have LOST their tools. I had to find them a screw driver which wasted at least 10-15 min. They reminded me they would have to go back to Integrity Movers to get their tools. Which I was paying for because they get payed for traveling time. They then went to Ocean View Harbor got my stuff & my Ex texted me that they were just leaving the driveway, and should expect them to arrive to my new place in 10 minutes. They took 35 minutes! This place is not professional. It's ironic their name is Integrity Movers. I called the Owner/Manager to explain the situation and that I was upset, and felt that I should get credited at least a hour. They owner had no reaction, and simply said: I'll find out what happened and call you back. Guess what? He never called me back. I called twice & left a email. I have been ignored. UPDATE: April 2020: Still no contact from Owner/Manager.

Integrity Movers does what they promise! I had an upright piano to be moved from Falmouth to Kennebunk. They were able to arrange a mutually convenient moving date, and sent 2 men and a truck, and all equipment necessary for moving the piano safely and efficiently. HORRENDOUSLY AWFUL EXPERIENCE. In all my time as an interior designer I have never run into a company that has treated a job more poorly. I arranged for "Integrity" movers to receive 2 tables and a sideboard for a client arriving from California, then hired them to deliver it to the client. They were totally unresponsive while the piece was in transit to them, until three days after it arrived when I finally reached them. They signed a delivery receipt from the trucking company that the items were received in good condition (the paper they signed instructs that a piece must be inspected upon delivery and any damages must be reported to the trucking company within 2 days). Integrity delivered the furniture to my clients with a large piece of the marble chipped off the top of one of the tables. The clients pointed this out to Integrity on arrival. They responded saying it was not their responsibility. I have spent weeks trying to address this issue with them. I finally spoke with the owner today and while reviewing the issue trying to find a resolution he hung up on me. This company has absolutely NO INTEGRITY. Run screaming from this company. They don't care if they damage something or deliver something with damage. And they are incredibly disrespectful in the process. Now my clients have a very expensive damaged table and no course for resolution. I will now be suing them for the cost of the table, the freight cost and their delivery charge.

After discussing the move, Pat sent an estimate within the hour and our move was scheduled a few days later. On moving day, I received a call prior to arrival. I found Integrity Movers by calling around at several moving companies for a quote to move a full upright piano that I had purchased on craigslist. I was given a reasonable hourly rate in which I would be charged a minimum of 2 hours. With the piano being in Portland and only needing to be moved 10 minutes away to where I lived, I was assured that it shouldn't take more than 2 hours for the move. Happy with the quote, I scheduled a time that Friday morning. When the day came, I got a call about a half hour before the scheduled time and was told that the movers didn't show up for work and would need to reschedule for the early afternoon. That wasn't a problem because I work from home and my time was flexible. I get another call later in the day slightly after the rescheduled time and was told that they were stuck in traffic and would be a little later than expected, but they were on their way to get the piano. I was glad that they were keeping me updated and was fine with them being a little later. What I didn't know and what wasn't made clear to me when I called for the quote was that they begin charging as soon as they leave the warehouse. So I was being charged for the time that they were stuck in traffic before they even reached the house to get the piano. About 2 hours later they arrive and I was very surprised to find that there were only 2 people to move a 600-700lb piano. Jim was very friendly and apologized for the delay, and described the difficulties of getting the piano out of the previous owner's house. Luckily the move into my house was quick and painless. When the job was completed, I was told that the total time came to 3.25 hours, which caught me off guard. That's when I found out about when they begin charging. Jim was kind enough only charge me for 3 hours, which was appreciated, but the whole thing left a sour taste in my mouth. Once they left, I noticed that the tires of the moving truck had damaged the curb on the sidewalk in front of my house when they drove the truck onto the lawn. I understand that some things were out of their control and there could have been better communication, but overall my feelings are rather mixed about the whole experience. I'm am undecided if I would do business again.

**Update: the owner of the company did reach out regarding our concerns and came to inspect the damage to the property and bring us some boxes. He still failed to be apologetic at all of how terrible the move was, but did attempt to make things right in paying for the damages and bringing us some supplies. I truly hope this is a one-off for Integrity, as they have been quality in the past.** First, let me preface this by saying that this review is in no way a reflection of the two amazing movers that Integrity sent to our home. I have literally never seen two people work as hard as that two-man crew in my life. Therein lies my first issue with Integrity. We moved from a 2500 square foot 4-bedroom home to a 2500 square foot 4 bedroom home. We have a LOT of stuff (huge home gym, piano, giant dining room table, etc.) Integrity quoted us 11 hours of labor for a 4-man crew and two trucks. Much to our shock and dismay, on moving day, only two men and one truck showed up. The said the rest of the crew had unexpectedly called out that morning. We did everything we could to make the job easier on them - allowing them to back right up on the lawn to the front door, running out to grab them drinks and lunch, and even helping to move a few things once we got to the second location. Those guys worked like dogs the entire day. We called Integrity about 2 hours into the move to express our concern for them. Given that it was a 95 degree day with 100% humidity, we were honestly concerned for their welfare. Integrity told us they'd look into it and call us back. They never did. Therein lies my second issue with Integrity - communication. Aside from the lack of that call back, we also had a problem with the fact that we had initially had them quote for packing services. We contacted them several weeks before the move to say we decided to pack ourselves to save a bit of money. I had written confirmation that these services were cancelled. Much to my shock and dismay, I got a call on the scheduled packing day to confirm my address. Luckily Integrity hadn't put it on the paperwork for the crew, and I was able to tell them they weren't needed. Still I felt horrible that they may have been depending on that money and was confused why Integrity hadn't canceled them when I had let them know several weeks in advance. The last issue that I have is Integrity's supposed Covid protocol. Moving during a pandemic is especially stressful, but we were reassured that Integrity's quote had detailed guidelines for both the client and crew. It should have been a red flag to me that the quoting manager seemed wholely unable to keep his mask covering both his mouth and nose simultaneously when he came out, but since we had used Integrity multiple times in the past, we moved forward with them. Lo and behold on moving day, other than not coming to work if sick, none of the protocols were followed (gloves, masks, asking for designated bathroom, instructing them and them vacating the space). Due to the fact that it was a two man crew on the hottest day of the year, we didn't have the heart to force them to mask and glove up - but we as homeowners should not have been put in the position of policing that. We are truly saddened to have to write this review. Integrity has clearly gone dramatically downhill since we last used them in 2016. Hopefully this write up saves others like us some potential frustration, and also serves as a nudge for Integrity to live up to their name and get back to the good service they used to provide.

Integrity Movers was AMAZING! Our move had a lot of question marks as we had sold our house long before we bought one. It was also going state to state. Dan was awesome at working with us on timing of move, storage options until we closed on the second house and was extremely responsive to any questions we had throughout the process! This was a great experience!! First, Jim the owner was the nicest and most responsive contact we had of all the movers we called. He brought two young guys with him, both who were respectful, pleasant and extremely hard working. They were understanding when I underestimated the amount I had to move. These guys are great. We had a very complicated move. Items going to three different states and two places in each state. The third state needed to be delayed so local storage was needed which they helped us with. With 2/3 of the move done, can't say enough good things. They showed up on time, were careful packing and loading, and delivered in between a nor'easter to the first two states. Nothing broken or damaged. The movers working at all locations were good guys, polite and thoughtful and I was comfortable around them. Prices were competitive as well. If you need to move, call Integrity!!

During the visit Mr. Dan Roy came to our apartment and checked everything we had and gave us a rough estimate. Late, he gave us a final price; he was very understanding of the situation and helpful with the price. On the day of the move Mr. Jim Frati and four guys came at the exact given time for the move. Keith, Jake and Richard helped us to move in Saco. They did a good job carefully packing and unpacking each piece of our furniture. Jake did a great job disassembling and assembling back our beds. They worked quickly and seem to be quite experienced and found the most efficient ways to carry the furniture out and in. They brought plenty of blankets to wraps the furniture and to cover the floors. I was especially pleased that they were careful around the corners, didn't scratch the floor and walls, and didn't leave scuff marks on stair risers.

I organized a move for my aunt and contacted Integrity Movers. I initially appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism. Despite having a signed contract with Integrity Movers, they called to cancel a move from Maine to Florida ONE WEEK prior to the actual move. Their excuse was that another customer had canceled their move so it no longer made sense for them. I'd be very careful about using them as they may cancel at any time (despite a contract) and I would consider this company very unreliable. We relied on them for a cross country move and they let us down sorely by canceling - especially so close to the actual move date. I was surprised by their seeming lack of concern by leaving us in the lurch. BE VERY WARY OF USING THIS COMPANY!

I've been meaning to write this review for a month and am finally getting around to it. I seldom write business reviews, but wanted to make the effort to give a big 'thumbs up' to the folks at Integrity. They really made our move from southern NH to coastal Maine go smoothly! The home inspector who examined our condo in Maine actually recommended Integrity, but have to admit that I chose them because their price was the best of the 3 quotes I received. Now, sometimes when you select the lowest-cost vendor you end up regretting it, but in this case I have to say that Integrity was exemplary and a pleasure to deal with. Jim and everyone I spoke to at Integrity was consistently pleasant and responsive to our questions. Just before the move, I asked them to pick up some extra items at my wife's office and drop off some furniture at my son's apartment in nearby Portland, and they readily agreed to do so for a very nominal fee. All Jim's helpers were polite and careful with our belongings, and placed them exactly where we asked them to. I cannot speak highly enough about this business and the effort Jim puts into pleasing his customers. If all businesses were run this way, there would be no need for Yelp! or the BBB or Angie's List!

I arranged this move for my elderly Mom from out of state because of a recommendation from Realtor Carmen Lessard at Remax in Kennebunk, Maine, and all went very well! Mom said everyone was nice, helpful and had a can do attitude. She nearly forgot her large garden boxes on her back deck after they had already closed up the truck and she said when she told them, they said "no problem and re-opened the truck added them with no concern." Integrity Movers are the best!! I needed to move on a certain date and they accommodated me. They only had a small truck available but the movers packed that truck so expertly that we only had to make one trip. They even stopped at a seperate location to drop off a few items. They were respectful and treated all my items with care. It was wonderful to just be able to sit back and watch them do their work. They were so good that we hired them again to move items from the storage unit to my new home.They even reassembled my bed.! If you hire them you won't be disappointed.

When I called Integrity Movers, I was pleased with their responsiveness to my need to be moved by a quickly approaching deadline. I had friendly helpful service from my initial call to a successful move-in with no hitches. They came to the home I moved from to quote which gave me more confidence. The crew who performed the task was polite and very careful with no damages, plus they were efficient and my invoice came in below estimate, making me very happy!

This move was set up for me by an employee. Being in the transportation business, I felt that the fuel surcharge was quite excessive for the amount of mileage, but factored that in the overall cost and considered the total to be reasonable. Unfortunately, the excessive fuel surcharge should've been cause for alarm. It turns out the company quotes are not worth the paper they're written on. I was billed an extra hour more than quoted, resulting in over a 25% increase on the quote. Called for an explanation and heard a bunch of excuses for the overcharge, even though proof in hand proved the additional time was not spent on property. Their moving staff was so hard at work that they took an unauthorized photo of the inside of my house and posted it on Facebook. Make sure you are present for the move to verify the actual time spent on the job and not unwanted photos of your property are shared. I advise anyone considering this company for a move to be very wary of their estimates. I was remiss in reading the previous reviews as this seems to be a standard practice. Having the word Integrity in the company name is an oxymoron! Respectfully, Scott

We just moved from our home of 20 years in Maine to an apartment in New York City. Making such a big move was stressful, but from the first interactions with Ken to get a quote to the final signing of paperwork as the move was complete, we found the team professional, friendly, and responsive. Ken was great in answering my questions timely, providing the Certificate of Insurance to our building management, and stopping by during the load in to check in and make sure things were all set. And the moving crew of Tyler, Tyler and Jake were amazing. They were polite, careful with our belongings, and helped with wrapping up a few items that we hadn't gotten to yet. What amazed me most was their positive attitude and work ethic. Moving into an apartment in NYC is not an easy feat... and they did it on a 91 degree day. They worked so hard, including carrying one of our larger pieces of furniture up 7 flights of stairs as it wouldn't fit in the elevator. They were patient and worked with us as we tried to figure out how to set up the furniture, and were just nice to work with. I was also impressed that the cost of the move was very close to the estimate that Ken gave us. I highly recommend the team for a move big or small.

I had an awesome experience with Integrity Movers. I moved from a third floor condo to a ranch, both located in southern Maine. They packed all my kitchen cabinets for me which was nice to not have to do. Derek, Riley, and Bob were so funny and easy to get along with. They were the guys who moved everything from my condo and storage unit. There was a week's time between house closings and they stored all my belongings in that time. Such a relief! Then they were so nice and flexible when closing dates kept getting moved around. They were able to accommodate perfectly when things were pushed back. Jim and Bob were the guys who moved everything into my ranch (in the pouring rain). They had door guards and mats to put on the floor too! Overall, they were very professional but also personable. I love the added touch of the care package. In the end it all came in under the quoted price. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move, it certainly made it a whole lot less stressful.

I could never say anything but great for The Integrity Movers of Portland Maine. They moved us from Harpswell to Nottingham NH. It was a very difficult move and they handled a long day and many problems with , well Integrity, The move lasted all day and into the late evening. There were two stops to be made. They were careful and handled everything perfect. Our house sold much faster then we had thought. Our attic had not been completely boxed and then I ran out. The guys were great. I would love to have them move us out of storage and into our new home next summer but they may not want to come this far.:-)

Extremely disappointed in this company. We had booked through Uship to move our life from Maine to Florida and James called a mere 12 HOURS PRIOR TO PICKUP to cancel our shipment. Apparently the load before our pickup filled the truck to the max after the other customers loaded in more than they were quoted for - but somehow this fell back on us losing our spot and space in the truck. James did not offer any solutions and put the blame on his other customers. "Integrity" movers - what an ironic name. Save yourself the aggravation and go with a different moving company.

I called two days before my move and they had no record of it. I had spoken with Jim multiple times about the move for the two months prior to it, yet somehow they had no record of it when it came to the time to move. Super frustrating. Would not recommend them.

They showed up the day they were supposed to, delivered the day they were supposed to, took good care of our belongings, using probably 100 blankets or so, and everything arrived in good condition, despite the long trip from Maine to Tennessee! The staff was friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Can't ask for more from a moving company; we went with Integrity at the last minute after the moving company we had previously contracted with failed to show up for 2 sets of moving dates and then told us we'd have to wait another MONTH. Integrity got us out of our dilemma. I'd recommend them to anyone doing a move.

These guys were contracted out from the Orange Box store to deliver my daughter's swingset that came in 4 giant boxes, totaling nearly 700lbs. They were going to deliver it from southern Maine up to central Maine (about 2hrs), and couldn't do it for 2 weeks beyond what the store quoted me for delivery. I needed to put this together while my daughter and wife were on vacation as a surprise and this would have killed that plan. I got in touch with Pat, who MADE it happen!! He personally delivered it in his own pickup since he was coming up this way for personal reasons. That speaks VOLUMES! He didn't want my little girl to miss out. I cannot thank Pat enough, truly. And if ever in need, I owe him one.

200% SATISFACTION!! This is our second move with Integrity Movers, and they are stupendous! This move involved getting an upright piano from a basement. Piano in new home and sounds great! They also had to struggle with moving a new stainless refrigerator thru 1900 Victorian size doors. They took their time, with TLC, and job was accomplished. YOU'D BE CRAZY NOT TO USE THEM!

For a move from Vermont to Portland I deliberately chose a local company, Integrity Movers, over the big national brands. Maybe I should say I lucked into them. They were really good. Everything happened on schedule. The staff, from my initial contacts, to the individuals who did the physical moving, were all pleasant, reassuring, professional. Not a single thing was damaged— from a baby grand piano to glassware to glass cabinets and many dozens of boxes. The truck itself was impeccably loaded. Most of all, the three people who did the ‘heavy lifting’ (Keith, Bub, and Mariah) were not just skilled and hard-working— they were a pleasure to work with. Over the years I’ve had a lot of moves. Jim and his crew moved me locally, in June 2014. They did an outstanding job! After a nightmare and costly 1500 mi. move this past year using one of the big, national moving companies, I was afraid to hire anyone to handle my possessions again. Integrity movers is not recommended. The company damaged multiple expensive items in a move. Owner, Ken, would not make right on anything. Overpriced compared to other local companies. Please do not make the same mistake we did.
