I needed a piano skid when the rental place Buffalo said that they had one but when we went to pick it up it was the wrong kind. Not only did Scott (the owner) have one, he also had a 6 wheel dolly that I was able to use. He was also willing to let me pick it up Sunday and return it on Monday. Mind you this was Memorial Day weekend. Scott and his piano skid and dolly was a life (and back) saver. I will gladly recommend Graham Moving based on this interaction.

I have used Graham Moving for many moves while in Minnesota and when the time came for a cross country move I reached out to Allied thinking this was normal to use a bigger company for this move. Well was I ever wrong, I reached out to Scott and explained my situation and told him the outrageous rate given to me by Allied and asked Scott for his help. Best thing I ever did Scott, Amy assisted my spouse who has a brain injury pack my entire home into a Uhaul truck and trailer, due to Covid situation I was not able to travel home to help thus it was imperative that whomever I hired I must trust implicitly and the Graham Moving Team did not disappoint. I could write a book about Scott, Amy and the entire Graham Moving Team, so I will close with this, for the best bang for your buck, trustworthy, integrity, ethics there is not a better moving company in the country. I can not thank them enough for all they have done for myself and my family I will truly miss companies like this in Florida.

If you have anything you value? Hard pass. They apparently remove any negative comments?. His way of storage damaged 3k worth of saddles I had, when they were under his care I would look elsewhere. But that's just me.

Scott is the man! His team had out 2700sqft house empty within two hours and did not damage a single item or damage the house. They took the time to wrap up our items in blankets and wrap. They held our items overnight in the truck and unloaded the items even faster when we closed the next day. During transportation we had a jukebox that had a piece of glass that was damaged. As soon as Scott's team noticed the damage, he was on the scene within minutes assessing the situation. After doing a little research, this piece of glass from a 1964 jukebox was going to be very hard to replace. Instead of spinning our wheels while trying to move into our new house, Scott promised he would find a replacement and make it right. This is the amazing part... Finding this piece of glass was like finding a needle in a haystack but Scott found the exact piece from across the country and made it right!!! His team was professional, everything that was moved was treated with care and Scott went above and beyond to make an unpreventable mistake right for us. Would recommend to anyone and if we were not in our forever home, we would hire them again and again. 10/10.

We recently moved from the south metro to the north metro. I was referred to Graham Moving from a co-worker who had used them a few years ago and was really happy. I contact Graham through their website and Scott responded to me within a couple of hours. He gave me an idea of cost via email based on the description given to him. Then after speaking to him on the phone for some clarification we lined up a time for him to see our house and what there was to move. He estimated we could probably get it into one truck with three movers. I have a small enclosed trailer and was planning on moving some things myself. So we reviewed that and he said if I take care of those items it will be full but he was confident in one truck. He also was able/willing to hold everything in his truck overnight for a minimal fee. So we had him pickup in the south metro the day before closing and unload in the north metro the day of closing. We were organized and ready to go come moving day and Graham Moving showed up promptly at 9:00am as we planned. Scott's estimate was about 4 hours to load. Well... those boys were on top of it! We reviewed the house and cut them loose and they had everything we planned on them taking plus more that I was originally planning on taking because we actually had more room in the truck that Scott originally estimated, and they did it all in 2 hours! The next day for drop off I gave them a target drop time of 2:15pm based off of our 1:00pm close time. Again they were right on time and again they were on top of it. They had everything from the truck plus helped unload a few large items from my trailer and did it all in 2.5 hours. Overall, they came in about $500 less than I was anticipating I would spend! All of the guys were very friendly and they were having a great time working together. This is the first time I have ever hired movers and Graham Moving made it a great experience. Thanks to Scott (or "Big Guy Scott" as my 2 year old called him :) ) and the team at Graham Moving!

Highly recommend! They had me moved out and moved into my new place in less than 3 hours! I had a broken footie on my tv that had came off during the move (my own fault) and the owner ordered me a new piece, came to my new home and installed it on my tv. They did not let the snow get in the way of moving furniture in. They were extremely friendly, and professional. Scott and his team of movers are great. Scott's super-responsive and efficient and was great to work with. His team (3 guys and a big truck) moved me from a short-term 1 BR apartment back into my 4 BR home (including a stop at my storage unit to pick-up the rest of my household items and furniture). Movers arrived on time and were super-friendly and fast-moving. They did the whole thing in less than 4 hours (which is their minimum). They took apart and put back together bed frames and a couch, as well as worked steadily in the rain and kept things clean (laid down mats and were incredibly respectful of my home and all my stuff). Not one damaged item. Also -- and this is BIG -- they were $150-200 cheaper than the other company I was going to use. I'd recommend Graham Moving in a heartbeat! A+
