Best workers in Sydney! Value for service is unbeatable, plus only delivery company in town and they still don't monopolize or hike up prices. Hard working honest drivers trying to make a few bucks, and most people don't realize they live off tips. So tip up next time you order a case of beer in hurricane weather

Placed an order at 8:57pm.. Claims to have showed up multiple times (didn't show up multiple times) got the order at 12:46am and a buddy that looks like he's been on a drug bender for a month shows up & I still have to pay delivery. Will never recommend anyone to use this service. Terrible.

The orders are delivered quickly but sometimes it got delayed during the rush times(Still its OK, we know how difficult is to work in bad weather and rush times)Your drivers are so friendly and I consistently receive great customer service order after order. Sydney's favourite Delivery service and all it takes is a call to have their drivers bring you whatever you can think of right at your doorstep. There isn't much competition for First Class in the vicinity other than Food delivery apps such as Doordash who has 0$ delivery fee. Drivers are quick and mostly carry the full order without any mistake. Overall their service has been quite excellent

Placed an order at 10:40. Called first class delivery and gave them my name, number, and address. They confirmed that my order would be in 5 minutes and that I would receive a call when my order has arrived at the university. They closed at midnight decided not to update me that they wouldn’t be delivering my order after confirming it was. Communicating would have been sufficient business. But this is just let down

Typically take over an hour to deliver something from a liquor store. Often get a larger size bottle than what I originally asked for. Other than that, good service and nice delivery men and women.

I waited 3 hours for two hamburgers, and half of my order didn't come. I called up to let them know, I was asked about the receipt 3 times before I lost my cool. Then I had to call from another phone, because they wouldn't pick up. Imagine.... 46 dollars for two hamburgers... Bad business

Placed an order at 4pm and its 10pm now and still have not received my order called them to find out why they just didnt care at all. Poor poor service and customer service after waiting and still waiting 6hrs Called delivery service back at 5:30 pm an hour and a half after order was placed to see how much longer and was told that they were starting their hot food delivery and they told me they would get to it when they got to it, which i placed order an hour and 30mins before they started hot food delivery, so that made no sense, Called back at 7:36pm to check the status on the order told her i was already waiting 3 and a half hrs she told me my order was not as important and booze and food orders all she said was we will get to it dont know when then called back at 9:41pm and she raced me off the phone and said he went now to get it, order finally arrived at 10:13pm after placing order at 4pm no refund was given of any kind..no compensation was offered of any kind after waiting over 6hrs with one excuse after another from them, pathetic
