What an absolute joke! I've had better service from random guys with vans from internet classifieds! These aren't professional movers by any stretch of the imagination!!! Moving is already a stressful thing, and these people made ours 100x more stressful! They sent the wrong team at the wrong time to us, and they didn't even know our addresses! We asked for a packing service, and they had no idea so brought no boxes or materials at all! They tried to make up for it by sending 2 more people for just 45 minutes - 3 hours after our scheduled start time - so of course we ended up doing nearly all the packing ourselves... and the 2 packing people only brought boxes! No one brought anything to pack fragile or specialty items, even though I'd provided a list of nearly everything we own more than a week in advance! They used zero protection for floors, stairs, and railings, and had no tools to disassemble anything. They were so late and took so long that we're incurring penalty fees for use of the elevator in our old building past the acceptable time. My new, clean floor was absolutely filthy after the work was done! They left all the doors open for hours in 35° heat, making my home a sweat box and all of us overheated and miserable! It took them over 30 minutes to figure out how to carry in a collapsible 2 seater couch (while expecting pay by the hour, of course), which they eventually managed by dragging it up the fire escape pulling on sensitive mechanical parts with no padding or protection on it at all!!! It probably goes without saying, but of course there was zero effort whatsoever to work within guidelines regarding the COVID-19 pandemic!!! At the time of writing, an invoice hasn't even been provided to us. I wanted to withhold my judgement until after they charge us for the work to see if they do so fairly, but honestly, even if today was done at half what they said they would charge me, it wouldn't be compensation enough for this awful day.

Crown movers are simply amazing. My parents and i were looking for movers around Montreal an no ne were available at the time. I saw their name on google reviews and decided to give them a shot. Not only they were very professional. the representative we were talking to was named Johnathan. he was patiently answering our questions and never used a rude tone with us. he placed in the exact time we wanted and was very accommodating. On June 29th Bijan and Hicham came to help move some pieces of furniture to my new place and I have to admit I haven't had a better experience with movers than I have with Crown Movers. Our day started just a bit rocky, with a minor delay due to scheduling, but to be honest they more then made up for it when they arrived. They provided a third worker to make up for lost time. I don’t review services on Google (I’m lazy like that) but these guys went so above & beyond my expectations that it’s the least I can do. I’ve witnessed a few moves in my lifetime and I’ve never seen the kind of attention and care that I got with Bijan, Corey & Hakim. From being careful not to damage walls or leave mud on the floor (despite a very rainy day) to wrapping up so many items to protect them, I would recommend these guys to anyone. They really worked together like a team and were very organized, requiring very little involvement from me to get the job done.

I had crown movers come to my parents house and dismantle my queen size bed that was to be delivered to my condo. they are super quick they dismantled my bed brought it to my condo and re assembled took about an hour including transportation. The movers are also super friendly which was a pleasure to have them in my home. They were gentle with my mattress and bed parts and even entering my home they were very careful. Jonathan delivered great customer service he took care of everything from a-z and answered every question I had with re assurance that my bed will be in good hands and he was right. My great experience with Crown Movers started from the get go when Jonathan picked up that phone when I called asking for a quote. I actually called Crown Movers by accident (must have clicked on the wrong link) but Jonathan being quite courteous and genuine provided me with all the info I requested in a very polite and professional manner so I was sold right after that phone call and did not bother calling who I originally was intended to call. The day of the move, movers Bijan and Hisham did an excellent job! Just continuous courtesy and professionalism from when I first called Crown Movers. Great all around staff and service. I really don't move on a regular basis but the next time I do or if anyone looking and will ask me if I know anyone, Crown Movers would be the first and only name that would come to mind!

I moved last weekend and was extremely impressed with Crown movers. In the entire time, in a heat wave, scorching sunny with 40C outside, the moving team did their job in the most professional manner and made sure to protect my furniture, boxes while also protecting my floors. They followed my instructions and had a smile the entire time even the sweat dripping from their faces. I am very glad that I didn’t go with another moving company. My moving stayed within my quote provided by them as well. They are very fair in terms of prices, the quality of service provided was much better than expected, I can really tell that they are a very honest company. Hats off to the entire team.. Had our moving today during the morning. Even tho I gave them a short notice of double the boxes of what I had in my quotation they still took them (and they were heavy) I felt so guilty. Despite all of that? They came at the appointed time. Not just they are fast but works efficiently and were very careful of the items. Bizhan (bijan) Mohseni and Matthew Tetley were the people that came to help me, and I couldn’t be more grateful. They were both super efficient, very nice, respectful and smiling. On moving day, the team of Chris and Tamarin (?) arrived and immediately started loading the truck. Friendly guys, they completed the loading without incident. We had a long distance move from the MONTREAL area to Kingston, Ontario. The truck arrived at the anticipated time, and unloading took 60 mins. Again Chris and Tamarin were friendly and careful with our items. The price of the move was very competitive and we were very happy with the overall service. This team is definitely one I would recommend in a heartbeat. My wife and I left a 4 1/2 to move into our first home and we were blessed with a motivated and efficient team. Corey, Hamza and Mustafa went quickly to work to carefully pack up our valuables and even protect our tropical plants from the cold winter air of December. When the bed frame didn't fit through the 3nd floor's stairway, they proposed to pull it in with ropes from the terrace on the roof which then smoothly passed through. They came prepared, equipped and ready to make quick work of what is usually considered a cumbersome endeavour. Our dog Zoe also really seemed to like them, that's always a plus!

I was moving from Montreal to Toronto (it's a big move), but surprisingly Crown Movers made the whole process organized, efficient and pleasant. I moved quite a few times before, and this was the best experience I've ever had. Jonathan is really a nice person and he answered all my questions friendly and timely (I even received an email after 1 am !!! Obviously this is not required and may be occasional but it's for sure that they've been working hard to serve the customers). Bijan and Hicham are also nice and friendly and did a great job during the two moving days. For example, they wrapped the furniture with moving blanket, so that the furniture won't be broken. Obviously this is a professional team and you can definitely trust them and rely on them.

I moved with them last Sunday and the experience was overall disappointing. The movers were hard working and friendly but the customer service was awful. I am giving 2 stars to appreciate the movers. To be honest, I don't recommend moving with this company but if you do, make it sure you take the earliest schedule because they can't handle unexpected situation and you might need to wait for a long time with out being noticed. First, my move was scheduled as starting on Saturday 12:30 - 2:30 to the next day, Sunday due to the rain. I understand the delay itself is not their fault at all, but I heard about the delay at 12PM, which was only 30 mins before the earliest ETA when I called them for confirmation. Anyway, the service manager rescheduled it to the following day, giving me 12:00-3:00 PM as ETA of the starting time depending on their morning schedule. He said they would call me this time once probably(or not) at night, and once on Sunday for sure to confirm the exact time. And I didn't receive any call or text until I contacted him on Sunday 12pm which was the earliest ETA as possible. And he gave me 2:30 for the start, and it got delayed few more times, and finally the movers arrived at my place at 7:30 PM and finished around 9:20 PM. During the wait I called them few more times(every 2 hours). When movers arrived they explained they were late because they had much heavier loads with their morning client and had to travel twice. I don't blame the movers(they were super helpful and nice even though they were really exhausted) nor the delay itself because I understand it happened because things were out of control. But I believe it's their lack of the capacity already not being able to handle the unexpected situation so the client have the right to hear clear estimation and explanation. Overall he treated me like I was rushing him for no reason and he was doing some kind of unfair favours for me by offering a service on Sunday, which is not their regular working hours for them so I have to understand even if the service was not proper. But in my opinion, as long as he confirmed the schedule he needs to take the responsibility by checking up what's going on with the previous schedule and keeping me updated with the correct ETA as possible. Or at least, he could've tried not giving me wrong ETA which he's not even sure of. And for the last, the manager said he would dispose my stuffs left on the truck with no charge, as some kind of compensation and it really made me upset because they were not mine. They were just loaded by the team's mistake. Him saying made me sure that they do have a bad communication inside the team and also he really thought I was the bad client all this time.
