Tyler, Tim, and Dylan moved my father's stuff from Victoria, BC into to my house in Edmonton, AB. They were fast, organised, clean, friendly and extremely professional. They took great care not to ding walls going down our narrow staircase despite being incredibly busy. They made sure that we had a nice clear path in our garage to move things around after they filled it with boxes. Everything was in perfect condition. They simply cared! Awesome service from 3 great guys.

This is the best moving company, Initially best customer service Second they keep their promises in term of time frames and quality. Bill is great, he was my moving manager, even he arranged for my car with best offer. In term of cost they are not 2 guys with truck and also they are not going to kill you with the charges. My wife and I used country-wide for a recent relocation and we’re very impressed with the service we received! Country-wide made the quoting process very simple as they offer a virtual service to meet with a representative to discuss your needs as well as to show them what you need moved - they were also the best “bang-for-your-buck” when we compared to competitors. Beyond this, the crew of movers who worked for our relocation were amazing! The crew was very friendly, hard-working, accommodating, and most importantly gentle with our belongings (nothing was damaged or broken!). We had Country Wide move us from Saskatoon to Kelowna. They transported our electric car quickly and even met my husband with a preferred drop off. Very accommodating with this and above and beyond. Packing and unpacking was efficient and done very well. The team was meticulous, friendly and hardworking. We needed storage in BC and it ended up that the Kamloops branch where our stuff was in storage wasn't able to deliver on our decided upon date. Country wide had a truck come out to Kamloops pick up our stuff and deliver it in Kelowna on our requested date. Talk about accomodation!!!! As for the physical move, again we had teams that were very careful with our furniture and considerate of the walls, etc. We were very happy with Countrywide and the move.

Country Wide was prompt, offered more services & options then previous moving companies. They checked in, and kept us updated each step of the way. They provided us with an accurate estimate, and they even fit within our budget! Moving to a different province with two small children, and two working parents is stressful enough.. but Country Wide made this move very easy, and effortless. Avoid this company! We hired the company last summer to move all furniture from our house to another city. Their quote is relatively cheaper and they were the only company has a semi at that time. We chosen the company as we had a lot to move. It turns out a total disappointment. 1. The quoting staff is unprofessional. All the good was estimated originally as 5000lbs. When the semi arrived, there is only 20% space left. We end up with dropping one bed, one desk & one sofa as they cannot fit. 2. The planning staff created extra difficulty. When the semi arrived the destination, they notify me that they need to leave in a rush. Their next stop requires a fairy ticket which didn't prepared by the planning staff. Therefore, the semi has to leave and to get the ticket by themselves. That results in half of the furniture was not assembled properly. 3. The warranty staff, Cam, is total irresponsible. There are a few items damaged through the move and the list was confirmed by the moving staff. In addition, we spent $250 on our good protection. Therefore, we contacted Cam about the damage, in last August. No response after TWO months of waiting! Then we checked with him again in October and he told us that he was looking into it right away. After another FIVE months of waiting, still no reply from Cam. Finally, he responded and told us those damaged good is neither too fragile so they should not be used or they are still usable (deformed). If follow his logic, I don't think that anything can be covered by the protection. I will NOT recommend anyone to use their service especially for long distance moving.

Moved from Saskatoon to Winnipeg by myself and needed some furniture shipped over. I worked with Janelle, the Relocation Coordinator, for pricing and booking my move and she was always easily reachable by phone or email and helped make my process very straightforward and smooth! Brian, the operations manager, was also on top of my shipment and letting me know when my stuff would arrive in Winnipeg (took about 2 weeks from pick up on May 28th to drop off on June 10th as it was a consolidated shipment). The movers both in Saskatoon and in Winnipeg were fast and efficient, they wrapped and tagged all my furniture and provided me with a list of the items they were taking. Some of my items were a little damaged but nothing destroyed or missing. They were also the more affordable option than some other moving companies I had reached out to, and my bill ended up being slightly cheaper than estimate due to the actual weight. Thank you to Country Wide Moving/Allied Van Lines for making my move smooth and stress free!

We received a handful of quotes regarding our move from SK to AB; very similar pricing from all. Country Wide was the only company that reached out to do a virtual quote which was very much appreciated during these weird times. It was quick and easy and Janelle was great to deal with. She answered all of my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. On packing day, the crew showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Answering any questions I had and asking me some along the way. They treated our possessions with respect as though they were their own. The movers came the next day and I got the same thing; questions asked and answered with respect. On delivery day, they arrived on time and worked really hard on unloading and unpacking everything, again as though it was their own possessions. We were extremely happy with everyone and everything that went into our move. It was well worth every penny we spent to work with such a professional company. Would highly recommend!

The guys from Allied were awesome. Showed up right when they said they would, and took care of everything. They also did everything they could to not block driveways. There were a couple instances where a neighbour was too new driving his truck that he didn’t want to try driving out. So Blair went out and moved the whole rig. If you’re looking for movers, this is the place to go.

Cam handled my grandfather clock with ease (and the mandatory white glives). As for Mark, Tim and Dillon....what can i say. Classy young men, nerves of steel and great humour. Even using white socks when Cam forgot to pack the white gloves. I always thought i was moving to 4th Avenue but in actual fact it was 4th Street. Thank you Mark for finding my home and never making me feel like a fool. Moving is an emotional time and this company is the best.

They packed our breakables and stored our belonging for a month while we waited on possession of our new home. They were also able to deliver some of our furniture to our son in a different location. The crew and driver were friendly and worked like bears. They packed it all so tight nothing could move. They unloaded in record time- under 4 hours for a whole household and garage full of stuff. Th edriver made a date to contact him for actual arrival and he arrived on the date specified bright and early. The weight estimator was out by 5000 pounds which made us leave some things behind as the bill was significant with a move from SK to NS. when the truck left and the weight was confirmed, while the $5K lower price was good, we couldnt add on some things. Maybe we didnt need them anyway. The company should tell people that when you pack your own boxes they should be able to be loaded in any direction. Boxes will get packed in any nook and cranny they can make it fit. The unloading was good with most stuff ending up in the right room. Still had many boxes all labeled in the wrong area. On the same floor is OK but some that needed up or down stairs was taxing for a few days as we unpacked and setup house. Minor problem. On the whole they did as they said, everything arrived in good shape, no broken objects and they delivered when they said. Cant ask for much more.
