Our moving date was approaching and the level of stress was slowly crawling upon us. Its so difficult to have to pack all of your things, disassemble the furniture and start gathering the stuff. There's just not enough time for that. After we contacted Urals moving, all of our worries were defused. Vasily organized the move for us from A-Z, delivered boxes and tape, and advised what should go where for the easiest and smoothest process. He was right every step of the way. Thanks for dispersing the myth that the move should be a nightmare. It really was easy. Special thanks for disassembling all the furniture and putting it back together for us. From no won we are not afraid to move!!!

The team from Urals were great. We had a pretty big move of a big 4 bedroom house to a new location in town. The crew showed up on time with good communication before the job and during. They worked efficiently and did a great job protecting the floors, stairs and furniture. There were a few very small mishaps with some lamps (broken bulbs etc) but the issue was handled professionally. Very impressed. Although it was a hot day in August, the guys all worked tirelessly through the heat. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

From the beginning Vasily gave an accurate quote and explained all details through email. Tyler and Tolik came on time, worked efficiently and responsibly. The entire move took eight hours – from Brampton to Caledon – a 50km drive. They maximized the space in the truck, no damage or other issues. They disassembled my desk and assembled it back in better balance than it was since I purchased it. They were thoroughly skilled at their work and very courteous and polite. EXCELLENT! ***** These guys are rock stars. Vasily was very responsive to the initial planning and answered all queries quickly (By using the phone!?!?!). From the moment they arrived they did not stop once. I gave them coffee and water, but I did not see them stop to take a drink, on what was a very hot day. They were polite and courteous and very helpful. Everything was packed fastidiously and swiftly, and arrived without a scratch. They expertly negotiated our condo building moving us out in great time, and down three floors. They were incredibly accommodating, we needed to swing by my in-laws, and this was not a problem at all. The final price was excellent. My in laws are using them next week, and we so happy to have trustworthy, honest help. I couldn’t have asked for better service. On really short notice, Urals helped me pack up my insanely disorganized apartment and moved it over to the new space with so much care. They brought everything you could imagine to make a move easy, including wardrobe boxes for hanging clothes and unlimited amounts of padded blankets and packing tape, all at no extra cost, as well as dissembled and reassembled my bedframe as part of the hourly rate, again at no added cost. You really won’t find a better rate, particularly for the quality of service they provide. They were mindful and protective of my belongings as though they were their own. These guys were considerate, punctual, patient, and polite throughout the entire duration of the job which was many long hours of labour - literally an all day move. I’m so grateful for how helpful they were to me during such a stressful time. A real gem of a company.

Tireless movers kept going and going... These guys are athletes! They showed up first thing in the morning and tirelessly worked throughout the day packing and carrying everything down our shaky back stairs without so much as a drink of water until 3pm. They took a small break before meeting us at the new place and then unpacked the truck, placing everything exactly where we wanted it. Their service was outstanding and their staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't have to carry anything, and that alone was worth the cost of hiring Urals Movers. Everything arrived intact and I loved the runners that they ran from the truck, up the walk and inside the house covering the newly carpeted stairs. No footprints inside, even though our move was in February. I would highly recommend Urals for your next move if you want to have a stress-free move.

If you want all your belongings broken, thrown around, and have to have your friend come and do the movers jobs, watch them drop your boxes because they are told by their boss to "hurry", AND have the movers disrespect you while you watch them break everything you own.......then this is the moving company for you!!! We hired Urals Moving for my move out of Vaughan, to the Collingwood area. Vasily was very nice, and gave the right recommendations for how many trucks and people. I also needed to move a bunch of boxes and items to a storage unit, and some items to a second hand store to sell. When I booked the second move, Vasily said he would give me a 5% discount on both moves. Everything went fine for the small move. Now for the big move, the crew arrived on time, and I walked them through the house to explain what goes where. It was a long day, and everything was loaded in two trucks. All good so far. Next day, they arrive at our new home, on time. Now, I start to have some issues. One of the packers from the move out was not there for the move in, and he was the one who disassembled everything. The new guy was not there on the move out, so we lost that efficiency. More importantly, there was a big communication problem. Two guys spoke and read perfect English. One guy did not speak a word of English, and the guy who disassembled on the move out was the translator as well. So, we have a new guy, and one who could not speak and read any English. Now, boxes are not going into the room where it was clearly marked. We spent far too much time, (and therefore money) on having them move the boxes 2-3 times, as opposed to once. Then, my wife and I had to lift and move about 28 boxes upstairs, downstairs, next room, to garage, and so on. I wanted the boxes in the basement to be stacked in a particular way, and told the two who spoke English. But, they could not relay the information, as the one guy could not understand. But the thing that really upset me is they did not give me the 5% off on this move. I spoke to Vasily, and he said, it was only for the small move, and not on this one. I said that was not my understanding. Even after sensing my disappointment, he offered nothing. That is not the way you run a business. With all of the issues we had with communication, he should have offered something. After spending over $6,000, 5% on the big move would have been just over $200. Communication was the big factor, or lack of, between his crew, and even with the owner. If you do decide to book with them, if it is a big 2 day move, make sure the same crew is on both days. And ask and make sure all of them speak English. I wrote this review on my laptop shortly after the move, and decided to hold off from posting to make sure I felt the same way. I initially gave 1 star, and have changed it to 2 stars.

My family used Urals 2 times: 1st in 2017 & 2nd time in 2019 and both times I was totally satisfied with their service. They're super professional: showed up on time, carefully handled all the stuffs, fast moving, working hard, covered the floor to avoid wet footprints, everything was organized nicely and in exactly the place we wanted. I have to say they're worth every penny Nothing to complain except for communicating at first, after filling form & making payment we didnt' receive any confirmation from them. They said they emailed but we didn't find anything. Our family was moving from a Mississauga condo apartment to a house in Barrie and so we began our search for a capable moving company that was ready to transport our furniture and then carry it all to our new house. The job itself was by no means an easy one - carefully taking all the stuff and moving it from the 6th floor of a condo apartment through narrow corridors. Urals Moving is an outstanding company. I hired Urals Moving for a three-stage move over three weeks. I moved out of a large 4,000 square foot house I’d lived in for 29 years into a 2,000 square foot townhouse. Stage one was a 9.5 hour move, stage two was a 3.5 hour move, stage 3 was a 6 hour move. The same team was scheduled for each move, giving me a comfort level which I greatly appreciate.. My husband travels 3 days a week, every week, which left me alone to handle these moves. I could not have done without the excellent, honest help from the team at Urals Moving. Each move day the team arrived well dressed and groomed, in uniform. They were always smiling and had an excellent attitude and worked incredibly hard. They did everything possible to help me and even reminded me of things I forgot along the way. It felt like I had family by side every step of the way. They were extremely responsive to my emails and texts, which made me feel confident that we were all on the same page. They were very careful, wrapping my all furniture in good quality blankets. They disassembled and reassembled furniture. They protected both the house I was moving out of and the house I was moving into with floor protection and care in handling items. I was nervous about choosing a moving company. We are a non profit organization and recently moved out of a rehearsal facility/build facility and hired Urals Moving. We looked at 3 different moving companies and their prices were competitive but their follow up and customer service got them the contract. On the day of the move 4 men and 2 trucks showed up on time and worked tirelessly all day (almost 12 hours straight). They asked if us we would rather work straight through the day or split the move into 2 days and we agreed to get it all done in one day. They were extremely polite and easy to work and direct. Never complained, even when we had to move a few pieces back to our old place due to the fact they were moved in error. I highly recommend this hardworking, customer focused organization to anyone needing a professional service done with great respect for your property.

I made my move date clear when submitting my info for the quote and also on future email correspondences when confirming what time they could be there. The next day when I again mentioned the date of my move date again, they told me that my move date is fully booked. I was misled into thinkin this would be a viable option and I informed my building management regarding the required time of my service elevator bookin based on this, only to find out that they ignored all the information about my move in date and misled me. I find this to be highly unprofessional. The response from the company below completely ignores the fact that just 12h prior to telling me my bookin date was full, they confirmed that 8am on that day would actually be feasible. They misled me by confirming that this time would be available on that day, which was the information I relied on to confirm my building's service elevator booking. See emails attached. They stated that the April 30th move date was already fully booked by the time I responded to them on 19th...yet they did not state this in their response on April 19th, nor was it mentioned when my 2nd quote was requested on April 15th.

Urals Moving assisted with our new custom cabinet delivery, which included a couple of very large heavy cabinets that would have been difficult for us to manage on our own. They were great communicators throughout the process so we knew practically to the minute when they would arrive. The gentlemen that they sent were very professional. My husband and I have used many moving companies over the past few years moving my parents twice, other members of our family and ourselves. Hands down, these gentleman are superior to any others. They run the gamete of professionalism starting at the initial contact, right through to the actual move. Always avail to answer questions, right on time, took great care of our furnishings by wrapping all delicate items. We were amazed at how long they worked without so much of a 5 min break. Only when we insisted did they stop for a quick bite and a drink. It was a very hot day also and raining. They also moved our daughter and son in law who were equally impressed. Hats off to them, we would never hesitate to use the again. One last thing, their rates are very fair.

We were moving to our new place and wow, I was pleasantly surprised at their efficiency. They showed up on time and always got back to me right away if I had any questions. Their pricing was very clear and concise, no hidden fees and no BS! We hired 3 guys for our move which was quite substantial and these guys did not waste any time. They were constantly working non-stop and were good at taking direction. They dissembled and assembled our furniture really quickly, wrapped everything in blankets and had everything from packing tape, dollies to wardrobe boxes. They were super careful with all of our stuff and did not damage anything. Their quote was very accurate and we are extremely pleased with their services! In an industry riddled with scams and fraudulent behaviour, I was glad to find these guys. Straight up honest, hard-working and very professional. Urals moving helped me move from a condo to a house. They were professional, courteous and efficient. They showed up right on time, used floor runners to protect floors, carefully wrapped all the furniture. All in all they were careful with all my stuff. In my new home they put everything where I wanted it even though it meant multiple trips to the basement with heavy boxes. Anton even offered to help me dispose off a sofa by dropping it at a donation centre. These guys r so professionals. I was hesitant about choosing them coz 100% reviews seemed fishy to me, but actually i now understand y do they have that rating. Came on time, worked so quickly, had everything ready with them, boxes, mattress cover, wardrobe boxes. Disembeled the furniture with least possible time, as much as they could keep parts assembled they did, so that they save the time. They arrived from Toronto to Oakville faster than me, and when they entered the new house they covered all the paths they will use with carpets they had so that they don't get the house messy with their shoes. They watched out for every corner of the house to prevent any scratches to the wall. They gave me an estimate of 3 to 5 hours including the road, and they took exactly 4 hours. Great moving team. Punctual, professional, efficient and dedicated to customer service. This group of great guys ensures all of our furniture arrived at our home safe and in the same conditions as what they had picked it up. They took care of the home as if it was there own. Wrapped everything properly. They guys are quick and just push to no end. Our move was not a regular move the total love took 17 hours and we were only moving 20 minutes away. I am so great til to have them as my movers because I don't think a many moving companies would do what they did. We just moved in at an end of a new court where new houses are still being constuction the rides are beyond back with mud rocks and water as it was raining that day. On the de wind load when we got to the new home there was a skyjack blocking the road going from one side to the other and because it has rained the ground was all mud to make a long story short the guys physically carried all my furniture from the truck to the house that was 300-400 meters away. They made the move so smooth and hassle free I would not only use these guys again but would recommend them to anyone who want to move without headaches and hassles. Sept 17th 2019, I used Urals Moving company. Moved from a detached home to a Condo/Townhouse. I was extremely happy with the movers. They were efficient, friendly, took care of furniture. In my case they had issue to get a couch up multi level home. They resolved the issue and hoisted it up through balcony. They were not phased, just kept looking for solutions. Awesome team! There was a huge snowstorm the day of my move - they showed up on time, cleared off my sidewalk and a path to the truck themselves, then worked quickly to pack up my apartment. Urals was a fantastic moving company for us. We had to reschedule to a week later fairly last minute and they were super accommodating. On move day, we had issues getting access to the service elevator despite it being booked and the crew worked around this by triple handling our belongings and still getting the truck packed in the originally estimated time frame. They were extremely professional and efficient. Nothing was lost or damaged in the move.

Anton and Vasily are very professional and quick. We had a 5 bedroom house to move to a different city and they did the packing and moving in 2 days!! They were reasonable priced and very organized! The only thing I would ask them to change is the type of tape they use on certain things leaves residue like on kitchen cupboards and floor mats. Other than that they had everything pat down and the team did not stop working for more than 5 minutes the whole 2 days from 10am to 8pm! The come prepared and even disassemble and assemble beds and entertainment centres. This was a blessing because moving with 2 little kids is hard enough but when we got to our new home the beds were made and the kids could nap right away. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. The guys were extremely careful with all my belongings. Wrapped all our furniture with blankets, put protective mats on the floor and worked non-stop to complete my move as quickly as they could. Upon arrival, the movers wanted me to sign for min. 3hrs. and $110.00 extra for being there totaling $497.00 for 30 min. work to move one bed around the corner using a dolly. They said that I agreed to all this. The man called VAS lied about everything. They are not trut worthy.
