The facility is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff are very knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and are professionals. I was pleased with the treatment that I received from both, Chichi and Camille. These are two dedicated hard working ladies who bring ease to the hustle and bustle of the dreaded moving in and out of your storage locker. Although they had their protective mask on, I'm quite sure that they had a smile on their faces, as it was heard in their voices. Keep up the great work ladies G

The two ladies from this location, Mal and Yasmin, really deserve a lot of credit for their customer service. I literally had 20 minutes to check in before I had to leave to meet someone and they got on their feet and was super accommodating! The second time I saw them, my phone ran out of battery and they personally looked up the bus schedule for me! That extra mile really helps! Thank you ladies! The storage itself is super clean with no bad smells, great security. The only thing that I would say was meh is that you can't borrow the dolly/cart to move your stuff past 5 pm....because you need to borrow the keys from the office to unlock the dolly....I totally get it though because it might get stolen otherwise...but if they can come up with a system where the storage tenants can borrow an return the keys during off hours (5pm-10pm), then that'd be fantastic.

This place is very clean and has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I was unsure how big the units were, even though the pictures showed how much room I had to see the unit. They gladly showed me multiple different sizes in person. I even made a request to have a different unit same size due to lighting and they were happy to accommodate my needs. Camille was very sweet and knowledgeable as she didn't hesitate to answer all my questions. And Deepiaka was very smooth with the transaction and was thorough with all the terms and conditions as I did ask quite a few questions. Would recommend to anyone wanting to rent a storage unit.

As of writing this (May 2016), this is a brand new facility. The building is bright and clean. The storage area is well setup for easy pickup or dropoff at any time. In the retail store area, they have a great selection of moving supplies for just about any kind of item. Finally, the staff that I have met have a great positive attitude, and they were very helpful. I picked this location simply because it was part way between where I am currently living, and the location of my new home. I'm just lucky to have happened upon such a great storage location.

I've rented many storage units all over N. America and this is by far the nicest, cleanest, most well-equipped facility, with great, professional staff! Everything is climate controlled, and they have plenty of availability. I didn't call ahead since it's so close to my office in Streetsville, but Mal & Kayla made this super easy, helping me find the perfectly sized/located unit in their building to suit my needs. It's for business purposes, and I was shocked they actually have real loading docs and pallet skids-can you believe it?!? This makes large shipments easier and cheaper as no liftgate service req. Now I don't need to lease warehouse space and move my office- so happy!

While singing up for the lockers was a great experience, moving out after giving them 14 months of business was not a very good experience. The individual my movers were talking to literally hung up the phone on them. I had to call up and straighten things out with the manager. They have definitely lost any further business with me.

I strongly suggest using any storage facility other than Public Storage. The location promotes $1. For the first month and charges 1st and second month. Then they still charge you again for second month claiming you do not qualify for the first month promotion and 8f you do not pay, you get locked out of your storage so you can not move your items out and they call your place of employment yelling at who ever answers the phone. Rudest services, extort you as they lock you out so you can not just move items out when they break the agreement and this was after someone broke through the wall of another unit into my unit and I could not get access (during actual paid term) as they had to "investigate and repair" break in so I do not even know a month later if everything is even in the locker. I think that they are just trying to avoid liability for break in and potentially missing items. Now due to the dispute they are now adding auction charge, refused me access and are auctioning items so now I have to file a lawsuit against the Surrey BC location, Public Storage Canada, all executives and management. Funny part is that, running moving companies who USED TO refer between 6-10 customers to PS in Metro Vancouver over the past 10 years I see the true colors of this company and will ensure people know how they treat customers in order to avoid liability if your unit is broken into.

I moved my stuff here from another storage facility at Derry and Argentia...night and day difference! The staff are professional, helpful, efficient and the facility is beautiful. Inside is the size of a Walmart with automatic light sensors, clean, several loading docks, roll up doors and it’s actually heated and comfortable. It may cost slightly more than some others by a couple of dollars....its worth it! Even is only for the convenience of being able to pull up to your own loading dock to load/unload. I am now vacating the unit since I’m moving, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future if necessary. Thank you for everything!

I had a wonderful experience with the employees of Pubilc Storage located on Argentina in Mississauga. I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Chichi Geff-Okolie who is the property manager and Camille, who is her right hand Associate. Both women were very professional, informative and polite. They did everything with a smile. They were very patient with me as I filled out my forms and tended to my son. Camille, walked me through everything showing me my storage unit, how to open and close my unit and how to access it. Chichi, was patient with me when explaining everything to me over the phone, when I initially made my reservation. Finally being able to put a face to the names was great. Would recommend this location to anyone in mississauga but be aware of their policies that they forget to mention upon signing... one being that once you make a payment on the 1st you cant get a refund of half the months rent if you chose to move out on the 15th...even rental properties will return a refund where it's due.. which was unfortunate because I was paying almost 300$ a month for a 10x10...

The girls are great Chi-Chi and Savannah they are WONDERFUL! Knew their work and were super professional. I look forward to coming to my locker just to see (if not covered by a mask) great smiles!! Thanks On leaving I had a “deal” for three months only - could not extend or pay for more at a discount. The place was well kept seemed clean and smelled good - whatever freshener they had. they knew when I had emptied my locker before I had the opportunity to let them know. The employees do “rounds” I believe. But unfortunately missing the inconsiderate other clients, at the loading docks. Just problems with some clients leaving their empty cars in the loading ramp for longer than necessary and no “carts” to use. There was no evidence of people using the carts just a couple of us carrying what we should of put on a cart. Thankfully a customer struggling to carry his own stuff helped my son load a heavy item. (The two of us had managed to slide to ramp) Thank-you person. I would use public storage again (but I would again check around for prices first) as I felt the facility secure and clean. Thank-you

Best facility in Mississauga, I think it’s among the few in the city with a truck level dock. Staff is cooperative. They have ample trolleys and also provide a pallet truck. We are renting units at other storages also but so far this is the best facility. Clean, spacious. Washroom are always clean. Hats off to the staff for their hard work. Both ChiChi and Camille are wonderful and very easy to deal. Please continue towards great service in the future also. Cheers

Today a very pleasant & attentive property manager ChiChi helped me out & throughly explained everythjng, she showed me different units and tried her best to assign a unit close to the elevator. Although I have to call uber to get to my unit at least she tried. Lol! All kiddin aside it's a good spot to store your stuff.

Hello, my name is Louise Leite and I cant express enough how great the service I received at Public Storage at 1740 Argentia road was. I arrived there somewhat distraught from moving all morning and leaving my home after selling it. I was greeted by Jewel and her beautiful smile and how helpful she was explaining how storage worked and trying to get us a unit closest to the door as my husband is handicapped, she really went the extra mile! As it turned out, I waited there for three hours or more for the movers to arrive getting more and more stressed with every minute, then I met Mel she made me feel so welcome and not like I was bothering them for being in their showroom for so long, she even shared her lunch with me, which was delicious to say the least! They both made a sad day for me somewhat bearable, and I appreciate everything they did for me. They made me feel so comfortable! I went in on Saturday to remove my stuff from storage and they were so happy to see me and I was greeted by name and those great smiles! Great new facility. As a tenant everything was seamless, clean, and very friendly. Codes are great and personalized touch is nice. Cost was my only critique. There is no need to sell the boxes for as expensive as they are I would have bought everything there- instead I bought none. In my opinion you sell much less because it's worth the savings to go 3 min down the road to Walmart to buy it all for a few bucks less a box, it adds up. Aside from that, everything appeared standard prices (although I also wasn't pleased I had to buy a 17$ lock which I'll never use again. Should have a rent option).

First impression is that they are organized. Facility is clean and looks secure. Moving carts are provided free to use. Unloading areas has both a ramp for cars and vans and unloading dock for trucks. Information about rents, dos and don'ts are spelled out and explained. Have to wait till we start using the storage unit for overall rating but so far so good.

Poor experience here. A lack of dollys/carts to use to the point that there were disputes between customers to use them. Also you better not rent an upstairs unit, as the elevators have not been put on service, making them quickly open and close, hitting your cart on the way in. Also to use the elevators you must put in your pin every single time you want to go up. Extremely inconvenient and time consuming when you have several trips to make. Lastly is the hours, if we don't need a worker to help us, why is this facility not accessible 24/7? There are several better options for you to go to, I would not recommend this self storage. Places with enough dollys and carts to go around, easy and convenient elevators, and 24/7 accessibility. Not sure about the price comparison, but I would be willing to pay extra to not deal with this next time. Although I have seen other companies giving promotional discounts.

This place is very clean. Only problem is shortage of dolly's and hopefully they will take care of that asap.

I was shopping around for a storage facility and had visited 2 other facilities before I visited this one. When I called in to inquire, the person I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. On visiting the facility, I was convinced since the storage was clean, easily accessible and all storage units covered and secured inside the building. While they have quite a good selection of moving and storage supplies, I was a bit concerned about buying the specialized cylindrical lock which can only be used at this facility and nowhere else. But the first month for just a $ promotion in a way compensated the cost of the lock :-). The staff here have a great attitude, are very friendly, always smiling and ever ready to help.

Chi Chi did a great job of helping us to move in as the power was out and the place was in total darkness. Our original unit was on the second floor which we could not access so she went above and beyond and temporarily gave us access to an unoccupied unit on the first floor as we had professional movers that cost us a lot of money. As we started putting our things in the temp. Unit, the power came back on and we we’re able to access the elevator and moved everything to the new unit. Her resourcefulness in an unprecedented situation made the move easier.

I am giving 3 stars because place is very clean, otherwise , took 30 mins to sign up for a storage , people are in a rush these days and don’t have time for that, this is my second storage unit at this location , so I presently have 2 with them , and it’s very expensive since you don’t get any discount on the second ones that you rent , they need a better system , more fast & efficient, I was in the process of moving that day and it still took 30 mins , no clue why they couldn’t just duplicate my previous information onto to the second one , but it was way to expensive for just 1 month and the least they could do is give a discount on each unit . I don’t know if I would recommend

Good Afternoon, I normally do not like putting bad reviews, especially when our storage unit was clean, service last year was great. Would have recommended them with 5 stars. Today whomever is working the office I question this service ...early afternoon requested a copy of 2019 statement and it's now 4 and nothing. I call the office AGAIN and this time a get a man with an accent answer...told him I need it as I am leaving at 5. Took me 5 minutes for him to understand what I am looking for...then at the end says YA OK and hangs up. I called back and asked why he hung up on me...said he didn't...ya ok!!! Then told him that's not how you end a call...after a few minutes he says "No Problem" and click again....AGAIN that is not how you end a call!!!

This is Canada we are talking about where everything is regulated by official business laws and we practice customer is always right rule generally. Where we have legal rights as consumers and tenants I had to pay movers twice ($500+500) because my unit was locked and no one was there to assist. they simply failed to advise me on how to ensure that I have access to unit after office hours. they refuse to take responsibility
