Damaged furniture, scratched floors. They didn’t use any of the moving blankets they brought. They put the truck in the ditch and nearly tipped the whole thing over. Then they refused to compensate for any damages. Every piece of my 5 piece bedroom set is scratched. They showed up 4 hours late and underquoted the job so they charged me an extra $500 and refused to leave my property until I paid. If it was possible to rate less than 1 star I would

I booked NK for local move. The came late by an hour, which made me loose other delivery and a monetary loss of $100. The quote me for minimum 3 hours, finished in 2 hours and fraudulently charged me for 5 hours with no explanation, I requested many callbacks with no answer, the receptionist says all the people who work there has email no phone, amazing, very shady company, deal with your own risk and be prepared for fraudulent charges on your credit card.

Don't trust for price! it looks cheap in beginning but later u end up in paying double amount. When u call them to find out they tell u all hidden charges and showing contract term and conditions. And finally when u ask explanations they reduce some amount and say will give u good deal....

I would like to preface this by saying the two young men that physically moved our things were fine but I have no idea how in the world this company has 4 stars. After working in customer service for 7 years, safe to say no one recieving calls or emails has received adequate training. No one is accountable, helpful or can explain what is what. We were quoted a price for a specific truck and hours and agreed. The woman takes down all of my info including credit card and tells us she is sending over papers to sign which we never recieved. The day of our move I recieve a note with a different amount of hours and price to sign, send an email with no response. Call and... apparently what we agreed on wasn't "in the file" the DAY OF our move so we ended up with a smaller truck for more money coupled with a whole lot of excuses and a "sorry not sorry" attitude. Save yourself the hassel on your moving day and take your money somewhere more responsible, accountible and where the staff have some premis of a basic understanding of their job because you have enough to worry about.

Wouldn’t recommend these movers to anyone looking for a good quality movers. They send students as movers who are made to work on empty stomach so you can’t really get much moving done from them.Also no tools were provided to disassemble furniture. They took more than 12 hours and still left our furniture in the garage. Extremely bad experience.

My Sincere request to any one who is reading this review is please don't opt this service. They are the worst in the moving service. I requested for a moving service in october 2021 and they send 2 people. Out of the 2 person, 1 person came from india (i am not even sure whether he is allowed to work) before 30 days to do his college here. Other person has absolutely no idea in moving service. They don't even know how to bring their utilities down from the truck. At the end, i have to do all the lifting. for 4 hours work they took 7 hours and at the end of 7 hours they kept the boxes in the entrance and left. Next shocking news is when i received the invoice, for 7 units of work they charged me 11 units and when i call or email they dont respond to me. Now they have charged in my credit card more than the amount in the invoice. Absolutely ridiculous service, response or professionalism. Please stay away from this Service. They are not eligible for this service. Very Very Bad experience.

Terrible! terrible! terrible! Not only was the truck not packed correctly it allowed boxes and boxes of dishes to be smashed. I was harassed all day for more money by the office manager. He put a cease and desist order out to the movers and insisted on 3x the quote (negotiated down from 5x!!) in cash before they would resume unloading. 3 days later they dinged my credit card for an additional $1400. Still waiting to hear from their insurance.

One of the worst experience of my life of hiring NK Movers, Mismanagement, unethical, no professionalism, rude, and so on.... Starting from a sales guy to cunning dispatcher, customer care guy to accounts department they all are crooks and thieves, they will rip you off as well threat you on every other step of the move, they showed up next day and cunning dispatcher begged me not to cancel the move with them,next day she misbehaved and the movers showed up at 12pm while the committed time was for 9am. Movers were so unprofessional and NK Movers didn't provide them any tool so we had to dismantle and assemble the furniture by ourself while it was committed with us by the sales rep that it is included in the prices, he gave me 2100$ price and I ended up paying over 3200$. Please take a look at the attached pictures, they will mess up with your belongings the same way they have messed up with mine. It is a humble request please "NEVER HIRE THEM" for your move ???? Most unethical people I have ever took some service from. Save your money, time and belongings.

Were promised 3 movers, however, one of the three was hurt and was of no help. Took longer. Also, the morning of, we received a call saying they couldn't conduct the move on the date. After push back, they said yes. Unnecessarily stressful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The 3 men showed up with a rented truck (strange.. expected a truck with the company name). They fiddled around at the back of the truck and couldn’t get the ramp out for about 20 min. Finally started only to find out they had no carpet runners (we just had cleaned our carpets) they had limited supplies of blankets and tape (they actually ran out of tape so my husband gave them some of ours. I honestly felt bad for the guys working for the company. Give your men the tools to complete the job properly! Ended up getting $refund because the one guy literally did nothing and watched. I wouldn’t be surprised if they picked him up that day to work. Spend extra money because in the end you get what you pay for.

If I could give 0 stars I 100% would. This was the most unprofessional move I've ever experienced. The 2 guys that showed up were on the phone a lot for people who were supposed to be working. They had a 26 ft truck for a small basement apartment and basically left the truck half full, we ended up having to waste 2 whole days moving the rest of our boxes because they refused to take anymore. On top of that said basement took them 4+ hours to move,the estimate was 4 hours including 1 hour drive time. They carryied EVERYTHING up the stairs together like small end tables that I as a woman can lift one handed. Then it took them over an hour to reach the new place 20 mins across town. Once there in an apartment building now mind you, they were not filling the service elevator nope they were loading one thing on the dolly at a time it took them 4 hours to offload. They broke the microwave plate, one guy came into the new place carrying our toaster oven by the cord, they scratched the floors, they ripped open our futon. Now ladies and gentlemen payment time.... a quote of 500 turned into 1300.00. We were charged for tools , yet they had no tools to take things apart we had to search through the truck to open our boxes to find some, so 50.00 to use our own things how kind, we were also charged for 11 hours last I checked 4 plus 4 is 8. So now apparently it's drive time charges please explain how a brampton company charges 4 hours drive time when the move is in brampton to brampton. Please please save yourselves the headache, call Two men and a Truck your experience will be 100% better.... leave it to the experts if you will

These movers were horrible. I moved to a new house and needed help moving my furniture.They sent two guys who wasnt capable of lifting the furniture. They were moving really slow so that they can charge more because it's by the hour. They damaged my new hard wood floor and my dining table.My bill was about 500. Customer service sucks! What a disaster I would never recommend to anyone.

Absolute worst moving company!!2 hours Late for 1, the workers were incapable of moving stuff that was not heavy, they send the 2 smallest guys to do the job to take longer to bill you for move time, they lost all the hardware for my mirrors and dressers bedsets absolute disaster!! Called to address the situation after was blown off saying they have to check with the crew, and call back to find a solution, no call has been returned its been 2 weeks. Do you self a favor and get professional movers this company is useless.

Worst experience ever. Got a confirmation call a day prior and on the move day no one shows up on the scheduled time. When I called back, I was told the movers will come late by 2 hours. They didn't have the courtesy to call the client in advance and provide an update. I somehow managed my move, but these guys doesn't even deserve the 1 star.
