I had a very good experience with Miracle Movers. Getting a quote from them was simple & straight-forward and they worked with me when my move in date was delayed twice. Day before I received a call and an estimated arrival time about 10-15 minutes before they actually got there. The movers were professional and courteous and got everything out very quickly. They arrived at my new apartment in the time they had originally indicated and again were swift in getting everything into the space, including reassembling my bed frame. The total was in line with what was quoted. Overall, I was pleased with my experience and would definitely work with them again in the future.

Because of two home offices and inherited antiques, moving has always been an anxiety-filled nightmare. However, the movers worked not only at a lightening pace but also with kid gloves on. Incredibly competent, friendly and careful pros, laid floor runners and also wore shoe covers so as to not damage new hardwood floors, checked to make sure boxes were going in the right rooms, and never stopped working! I’ve used other bad movers in the past , but finally found a team that can put me at ease when it comes to moving. The best money spent.

I couldn't speak more highly of the services provided for our move. This was the best value option we’ve ever even heard of - incredibly affordable, efficient and professional. My roommate and I moved a full studio apartment in the lower east side to a 2 BDR on the upper west. The quote for services, upon providing a description of our furniture, was very reasonable. The actual cost ended up being even less than our estimate, which we would have been happy to pay. I think that speaks volumes of the professionalism of this company. I will give us some credit in that we had completely packed everything and wrapped what we could, but our movers had everything in the truck and ready to go in no time at all. They wrapped our mattresses in bags and wrapped our couches and tables in blankets. Everything made it across Toronto and up a few flights of stairs without any damage done to the furniture for a very reasonable price. It was worth every penny and honestly more. Such a positive moving experience. Thank you!

They have a lot of seemingly useful automation on their website that will take you through a quote acceptance process over 36 hours, only to then tell you after you have accepted their quote (including the move date) that they are booked that day. If you're going to have an automated system it should only accept dates where you have availability so people don't waste their time being strung along with pointless back-and-forth.

I was *very anxious* about a move of my furniture out of storage in Toronto and into my home in NYC. I had researched a ton of companies and, when I dug under the surface, discovered a lot of concerns about 'shady' treatment and service, even from the biggest international players. I moved today with Miracle Movers and was very happy with the experience. I chose them because I thought the representative that called me was helpful and friendly and because (of course) I liked the quote. In particular, I thought the hourly rate ($109) was great and liked that they only have a 2 hour minimum and charge by the 15-min interval after that (rather than most places which seem to charge by the 30-min interval). I also liked that they bring wardrobe boxes and mattress covers without an additional fee. The movers arrived a few minutes early and were ready to go immediately. They weren’t the most friendly in the world, but they were professional and careful with our items. I wish I’d received an itemized invoice or been walked through the invoice before paying to know I was charged as quoted, but the final amount was within the realm of what I had contemplated so I just paid the amount requested and went on with my day. Overall, I was happy with the moving service and would happily hire them again in the future.

I ended up booking with them right away so that I could be sure to save the moving date and had crew arrive promptly within our time window a month later. Yesterday I had my house move in Mississauga.and I had very pleasant experience with Miracle movers.Philips and Louis helped us in moving.Great guys. They were right on time.in fact 20 mins before. Very efficient and work continuously without a break. Advised us what should be moved first. The whole move was done within the time frame quoted earlier. While putting furnitures to new house they always checked with us,which room to put things. Friendly and courteous. Specially I like the extra care they took for moving my marble table. I chose to book with Miracle Movers because a friend had used them and thought they were great, and after hearing so many horror stories about moving companies I wanted to book with a company that was reliable. Although the quote they provided was more than almost all the other companies, they assumed me that they strive for an accurate quote so there are no surprises on moving day, and I appreciated their effort to provide an honest quote. I think the video walk-through was also helpful in ensuring they generate an accurate quote (versus several other companies that just asked for the square footage or the number of bedrooms). On moving day the movers arrived 2 minutes early, they were super friendly, and overall it was a great experience. I've seen others complain that their movers took too many breaks, etc. but you have to remember that they are doing a physical job day in and day out, so they can't be expected to work for several hours without a quick 5 minute break here and there! Overall I feel that they were efficient and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. And they were very helpful, always checking in to make sure they were putting boxes or furniture in the correct spot. If I ever move again, I will certainly hire them again!

I needed a last min move and Zack and his team was very responsive to my request, 4 men came to my big house with 5 rooms, they were very organized, came in walked thru the whole house first, because I have other furnitures belonging to the staging company, so we quickly went over what stays what goes, and they remembered everything! And they just started packing things, they are very careful with my leather sofa and chairs and other fragile items, wrapped them up carefully and used clothes for proactive. Once we got to the new place, I had to fit everything from the bedrooms into 2 sheds in the backyard, they were very patient and carefully helped me rearrange all the furniture, at one point they even took everything out and rearranged to fit them in! I really appreciated their work and professionalism, I would highly recommend them if you need any type of move I think they can do it all!

My experience with Miracle Movers was only positive. Their rates are super affordable and the service I received was great. Coordinating with Nick on the phone and through email a few weeks ahead of time for setup was very easy. My plans for moving day kept changing and Nick was super patient and helpful in updating each time. On actual moving day our two movers, Domenic and Murat, were awesome. I only had a very small window for the elevators in the condo I was moving out of but these guys did it in record time. My move was a bit complicated because I had to store a lot of my stuff at a different location but these guys were super professional about it and made it as smooth as possible. They also did the whole move in half the time I was originally quoted! I would definitely use Miracle Movers again.

I moved apartments recently. I requested for 2 packers for minimum 4 hours per move. The guys that turned up were punctual, well presented and acted professionally on site. They were very respectful of my belongings and thorough and very efficient in their activities. They offered advice on some of the expectations I had for packing that saved me time and additional work post move. For the actual move, the same 2 guys that arrived, again on time were similarly respectful and professional. They worked as a team, were brilliant with my quite large couch and getting it through the doorways. It was a rainy day but you wouldn't have known it from the state of my belongings; boxes intact and dry. Miracle Movers will be my first call for any future moves and I will gladly recommend them to friends and family.

I just hired these guys to move us last weekend from Markham to Brampton. They were super quick to respond, and were understanding when we had a potential last minute schedule change. Ron, Alex and Vlad showed up on time and were very professional - packing and moving our delicate furniture very safely and quickly. They had to carry heavy boxes and furniture down 1 flight of stairs, and at our new place, up 3 flights in some instances. These guys were excellent and professional, and nothing was damaged during the move. I highly recommend them and would use them again for any future moves.

I had a wonderful experience with the movers. I was given a window of 2 pm to 4 pm but they came sharp at 2 pm and first inspected the number of things we have. Then they began moving everything immediately. It took them just one hour to load everything into the truck. My wife and I were in awe as to how quick they were doing things. They wrapped our beds, couch and tv stand and handled everything with care.The unloading into the new place took another one and a half hours and they were quick in everything and did not try to waste any time. They placed each item exactly where we wanted it. We were very glad about the overall experience and will definitely use it again in the future. Thank god we made use of movers instead of moving by ourselves. Made everything so much easier.

I saved up for a few months to make this move happen and I wanted to make sure my money wasn't going to be wasted on some mediocre moving service. I had movers in the past run very late and even a moving company break things without covering the damage. I'm much more careful now who I choose to touch my stuff, which is why I saved up extra to work with a good company. I found these guys originally on google with some stellar reviews so I called up and put them through the ringer with a list of questions I had ready for them. Questions like : Do you cover damaged items in case of accident? Are quoted prices ball park or near exact? How long have you guys been in business? I made sure to really feel out the guy on the phone. He was very calm and down to earth the whole time which made me feel good about using them. The phone rep also didn't try and poach me for a sale right away, which they all seem to do. He listened to all my concerns answered questions and set me up with some qualified movers.Got moved a long distance away with barely any problems at all. Arrival time was a bit late but they called way ahead when they ran into some crazy traffic. Other than that it was great service.

Miracle Movers did a few types of services for us. They helped us move out of the house, store our belongings for a year and move us back into a new house. Our belongings were very carefully handled and stored. From the very first minute I knew we were in good hands, even when our tabletop got accidentally misplaced, the team went above and beyond to locate it within their storage and deliver it to us in a timely manner. They also communicated very thoroughly throughout the whole process. I want to also highlight how this company outdid themselves as well as our expectations when we had to transfer a few boxes from New York State. They found a convenient connection and were able to pick up our stuff from the small town near Albany and effectively dealt with the paper work that was supposed to be submitted at the boarder. The packages were safely delivered the next day. If you are looking for a moving company, go for Miracle Movers- I recommend them without any hesitations.

Ask most people who have used a moving company and they will tell you they never paid the price quoted, always much higher, they weren’t on time., they damaged property, the list of negatives is endless. We relocated from canada to usa in the summer of 2021. The most critical and stressful thing was to select the cross boarder movers. It was very stressful situation as less movers were available for cross boarder move. Additionally, we heard many horrible stories from friends and family which made us even more nervous in making decision. We knew no one who hired any professional movers in our social circle so we had to rely totally on our market search. Initially, we shortlisted around 10 moving companies and finalized Miracle after analyzing reviews, rating, pricing, service, etc. we were still nervous even after such a big market survey. We contacted the representative (Sheena) of miracle movers who make this whole moving process extremely easy and hassle free that it is even hard to believe. Miracle movers gave us competitive pricing based on number of items we provided and this number was so accurate that we were not charged even an extra penny. Miracle movers prepared all the documents required to cross the boarder. Their crew arrived in time, efficiently packed everything with extreme care, and with no delay. They provided us 3 weeks storage. They promised to deliver our household at 9 am on the promised delivery date in usa. I was not expecting they will not arrive at the committed time but they proved me wrong. The crew arrived even at 8 45 am and unloaded stuff in less than committed time also. There is another thing which I would like to mention about their professionalism that I asked the driver did he leave the Mississauga facility early morning or late for delivery as we were close to boarder. He told me that he stayed arrived last night and stayed in a nearby hotel and arrived here in the morning. It took us a few weeks to unpack everything and we were surprised to see that not even a single box was damaged. They took great care of all if our belongings. We give our strongest recommendations based in our experience as the made this entire move hassle free for us. Their service was excellent, professional and with competitive market price. It was the first time for us with hiring movers. the entire experience from booking to the moving date went super smoothly and easy. WE did a long distance moving from Toronto to Montreal. Vlad and his colleague did a great job for loading the truck and unloading the truck, they took care of eveything includind deassembling and reassembling some of the furnitures, no damage, they were very professional and nice, they arrived even earlier than expected, it was a nice bonus :) You can go with this company with no concern, i recommend 100%

This was the worst move I have ever experienced. I got noticed less than 24 hours before my move that due to covid, I'd have my move pushed back three hours. I was ok with this, but turns out they subcontracted my move out to a terrible company called TransNet. I had been quoted $750 for 6 hours for an 800-square foot 2-bed apartment, which was a 5-min drive away, and this was based on an accurate list of my belongings. The movers took over TEN hours to move, carrying things one at a time, on their phones as they walked back to the truck, didn't fully load the elevator and when I complained, the driver entered my home without a mask and was rude to me when I asked him to wear one. My little boy was kept up until 11pm and the day was enormously stressful. I watched the movers carry just a broom, or just some shelves in one hand. No efficiency. My neighbours were remarking they were dragging their feet and both supers were flabbergasted and frustrated at the inconvenience they were causing the buildings. They blamed "small elevators" even though the smallest one of the two modern elevators had an 8-person capacity. They claimed there was a "long hallway" slowing them down, despite both units being directly across from the elevators, which were both on service. All sorts of excuses, all of which I addressed with photographic evidence to the contrary. The mover said he'd only charge me $1000 if I gave him cash. This was at 8pm after the move had already dragged on over eight hours. I have no idea where or how I was supposed to suddenly get $1000 cash at that hour, nor was I prepared to hand a pile of cash over to somehow I did not trust. I was charged $1150 over my $100 deposit. In the end, I received $200 total compensation from Miracle Movers after a lengthy dispute.

We moved from Toronto to New York and had a great experience with Miracle Movers. Sheena was very helpful and responsive when organizing the move. Sheena arranged for the movers to start earlier than usual to fit our schedule. Three movers packed the truck from our storage unit in 30 minutes (one bedroom apartment). We had our things delivered in New York two days later. One of the main reasons we went with MM was their ability to deliver our items so quickly despite being a long distance move. I would use MM again for our next move and would recommend.

What a VERY pleasant surprise after hearing so many moving horror stories. Miracle Movers lived up to their name. They arrived on time (actually, 10 minutes early), moved like lightening, and were extremely professional. Then, about 200 km later, they arrived on time, moved like lightening unloading the truck, and again, were extremely professional. Kudo's to Serge and his team, working in high humidity over 30 degrees. We would HIGHLY recommend Miracle Movers. The cost was 1/2 to 1/3 of the quotes we received from other movers, with no hidden charges or 'extras' added on. I hope we never have to move again, but if we do, Miracle Movers will be the first company we call.
