The delivery guys neither arrive within the 4 hour window nor did they call half an hour before coming as told. I couldn't get hold of anyone at the office to get updates. Twice they hung up after putting me on hold and then the extension number I was given went to voicemail again and again.

They said the time frame was 11-3. 2:55 was approaching and I hadn't received a call, so I called at around 3 to ask what was going on because no one had bothered to call me, they told me things were running behind and he should call me soon. Which never happened, and he showed up at 4:15. Pretty annoying, I know things happen, but they should have called met to tell me that everything was running behind. I wasn't very happen with this service at all.

I would give an absolute zero star rating. There's this lady at their office Kelly and is she very unprofessional in terms of delivering basic services to the customer. She has been fooling around with us for the furniture that we ordered via Costco. Re-scheduled our order 3 times and told us that its our fault the whole time. Not ready to cooperate with the customers. Me and my wife had multiple day offs from work in order to get the stuff delivered but she cannot cooperate in terms of delivering as scheduled. Very rude lady and just hoping that I don't have to deal with them in the future. At a service level company you have to sometime go an extra mile to deliver and sustain your best commitment to the customer and this is something they surely lack. A reputed company like Costco MUST withdraw their vendor status from them as they don't deserve such

Neighbour of client. Rudely knocked on door telling us to move our cars at 7.45am. No introduction. No pleasantries. No explanation of who they were. Just pure instruction. Explained we needed access to our driveway during the day for several personal reasons. Told not their problem needed to block to load. So rude and abusive in attitude. Gesticulated with arm gestures. Customer service skills non existent. Would not hire this moving company if they were the last one on earth.

Never hire @MackieGroup to deliver your appliance. Every week they schedule and every week on day of delivery either they lost the appliance or driver cant deliver. Happening with me for last one month now. Worst company i have ever came across. Shame on you guys. Every week they schedule the delivery date. And one day before delivery you get false call that you are schedule but don't trust that because when you call back just to be sure 90 percent time people who work there who schedule the delivery and they are lost. And even if they are able to find all information they will promised you they will deliver. Then comes delivery day either they don't show up and you call them back and ask and they say its no schedule or driver call and say appliance is not on truck. Happening with me for last 4 weeks. Every week 2 delivery days every time they have some excuse not to deliver. On the top no courtesy from that company to give you call back and explain what happened. You have to call them back and beg for the delivery which you are paying. Worst company i have ever encountered. Stay away from the.. if there is way i would like to file a complaint against this company

Just wanted to touch base with you to let you know that our move on October 29/30 was a huge success! Chris and his team did an awesome job on both days. They worked hard and efficiently while ensuring that our belongings were handled with care. All of the crew were very friendly and polite, and were more than willing to discuss with us whenever necessary. Overall, they all did an awesome job, and we would recommend them any time to anyone that is looking for help with their own move.

My wife and I could not be more satisfied with our experience with Mackie Moving. Everyone at Mackie we dealt with from Steve M (sales) to dispatch (Sheree) and the 2 crews (Devin, Chris) were all professional and very helpful. We had a very challenging move that started out as a 2-day plan, then changed 2 weeks before the move when our builder said our new home would not be ready. I'm glad we used Mackie because their large choice of trucks, and ability to store on the truck allowed us to be flexible. Mackie gave us very fair pricing for storage. On the day of our move-out we had a major snow storm with -19C temps but Devin and his crew were excellent. Their experience and professionalism helped us through a challenging day. One week later the pandemic hit and our move-in was delayed for over a month. Everyone at Mackie were patient and compassionate as our plans changed beyond our control. Finally we got our move-in at our new home and Chris and his crew did a great job. No dings in walls, no damage in our new home. No unexpected charges and Steve's estimate was very accurate. We would highly recommend Mackine to anyone.

Mackie moving system has to be one of the worst moving companies. My furniture had to be stored in Moving Pod on my driveway, when they came, they brought 2 rolls of runners to cover the carpet well instead of doing that they used those runners as a doorstop, fine, when they started to take furniture apart and downstairs they at first didn't even bother to wrap it, when my wife mentioned it, they went in to the truck and brought roll of wrapping material. I have told them, and show them how to take apart glass extendable dining table, I went out for half an hour to come back and see my table apart the very wrong way, (no one can fix that table now)I have asked "Why did you do that? The answer almost killed me "well this way it's lighter." well that is why you are hired. Table destroyed. Eight days later same company, but a different team came to put my furniture back upstairs and together. This time around the runners were in place, but when they started to bring furniture up, they started to bang the walls, when they brought king size mattress they grabbed it by memory foam and backing material and totally destroy 8 month old mattress, if they didn't use the straps like the first team did, they could have use the handles on the mattress, but no, mattress is destroyed. Italian lacquered closet damaged, lacquered sideboard damaged, 75 inch TV damaged, All and all the damaged is at around $9,000.00, but they offered me $630.00 which is a spit in the face. So take it from my experience and hire someone else.

They deliver appliances for Home Depot and give you a four hour delivery window. They don't show up, don't call you, don't text you don't email you. Then you get texts stating delivery will be the NEXT day. Very confusing. Then, out of the blue 5 hours after their delivery window has passed, they show up at 9pm. Without an apology, or anything. Shame on Home Depot for using such a terrible company. It's 2020 you should be able to tell your customers in real time when drivers are delayed! A 4 hour window in itself is laughable, but with delays and lack of comms.... unacceptable.

delivery of appliance from GE. GE alleged they lost some of the items. Maki kept saying they never received them from GE. GE confirmed they did send them ( which also could be wrong) but at least for 2 weeks they would not check to make sure if it was misplaced. (i have previous experience with those folks not relevant to this incident but it confirmed that nothing changed !)

Terrible. Scheduled delivery between 11:30 and 3:00. Took off work, I called at 3:00 to ask them where they were; they told me within the next hour. I called again at 4:00, they said within another 45min. If you cannot honor the time allotted, do not over-schedule your clients. Home depot should remove their contract with you guys.

I am absolutely disgusted with how our move went. If you are thinking of going with Mackie I would suggest getting other quotes and comparing. I had two other quotes completed that estimated our weight almost exactly. Mackie underestimated us by approximately 1800 lbs and stated on the quote that the price was guaranteed not to exceed the quoted amount, so obviously we went with them. Anyways much to our surprised they got all of our stuff on the truck and then called me saying I had to pay more because it was so much over the quoted amount. They stated that we added things since the quote and listed things that were present during the quote. They then proceeded to threatening to take our stuff off the truck and put in storage at our expense until we agreed to pay. After many frustrating words and no sympathy with customer service we had to end up eating the bill for their mistake. We have many moves in our future and Mackie moving systems will not be a part of them. They made our moving experience absolutely terrible. **All the employees in the office were to blame and were terrible to deal with. The guys that came to the house to pack the truck were great.

I dont care how nice they are on the phone, how courtious or careful their drivers might be. When your delivery windows are 9-5, and I have to take a sick day off work, you get one star, on here, and everywhere else ratings are given. Home depot and Lowe's use this awfuly inconvenient service.

Mackie is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. Rescheduling delivery time and again as per their convenience is a tradition in the company. They have been associated with various prestige brands but looking at their service levels, neither they comply with their clients not the customers. Though, their mission statement says that they are committed to consistently providing the highest quality of services to their customers. Also they solely believe that superior customer service has always been and will continue to be the primary element of their success. Well it is totally questionable looking at the kind of service they provide; alas the way they treat their customers. They ask you to make yourself free for 4-5 hours and stay at home because according to them, your stuff will be delivered anytime during that slot. For the matter of fact, if Mackie is a process oriented company and call themselves customer-centric, then they are liable to understand that their customers are working too and cannot keep taking day-offs waiting for the delivery of the furniture and at the end of the day, getting it rescheduled. Additionally, if they are not able to deliver due to weather conditions, the scheduling department will give you a call saying that they need to reschedule because their trucks are not moving but the reason they give to their executives is exactly the opposite. They generally tell their executives or clients, that they could not deliver as the customer's path was not clear and that their delivery agents have safety issues. They just fool around with their customers as well as clients, who have given them the contract for transport and delivery service. MACKIE is a total disappointment. PS: Mind it, they will not cooperate with you at all; let alone compensation for the inconvenience.

Delivered my 69 Superbee in perfect condition, driver is a "car guy" Car was covered in plastic and perfectly clean. He met me on time and even offered to help me load it on to my personal trailer! I will never order another appliance from Home Depot as long as Mackie is their delivery carrier. They are not responding to calls and on Home Depot status delivery page is showing "Rescheduling". I moved a while ago but waited to write a review so I wasn’t angry. Sales (Cate) was great, the movers were EXCELLENT, hard working and very professional. Their claims department is horrible, item were damaged, when I tried to file a claim they told me it was my problem and made it difficult to submit , I didn’t want the headache of filing , as they weren’t taking responsibility, so was out of pocket in replacement/repair an additional $1200.00 on top of the 7000.00 the move cost me. Hope to never move again, but would not use Mackie again if I did.

Incompetence best describes their service. Driver got our house number wrong when making the delivery and didn't even bother to call us to check. Than tries to defend himself by saying he took a picture of our front door. We have a security camera at our home! We know you went to the wrong house. In addition they never follow up in hauling away our old washer. They said they would come back once we remove our basement door as there was insufficient space. So we removed the door and called them back. But now they refuse to do it and switch the responsibility to Costco. Incompetence best describes their service. Avoid if possible.

Mackie was scheduled for 3 different appointment times to deliver a fridge order from Home Depot. On all 3 occasions the delivery window came and went without so much as a courtesy call. On the final scheduled delivery the driver reported it as a missed delivery and told Home Depot they waited on the street for 20 minutes which I found amusing as I was hanging Christmas lights at the front of my house. After the 3 missed deliveries they were contacted by Home Depot and informed them that they had to locate the fridge in the warehouse or loading docks before they could attempt to schedule another delivery. I will never order another appliance from Home Depot as long as Mackie is their delivery carrier and have already escalated this matter to Home Depots corporate offices as I’ve been waiting almost 6 weeks for a fridge to arrive. Needless to say I ordered a new fridge from another store Saturday afternoon which was delivered today by a reputable carrier. My 1 star rating is generous as I couldn’t pick anything lower

We had three appliances purchased at Home Depot a week to be delivered today. Driver showed up, took a lot at the haul aways, and claimed they couldn't do this with 2 people. As my husband was opening the garage to accept the delivery, drove away with our new appliances. Upon receiving his call, and as Home Depot was on my route back, I stopped by Home Depot Customer Service, who immediately contacted Mackee to have the drivers. With 3 people, trying to reach Mackee, to make other arrangements through Mackee, Lynn, Home Appliances from Mackee, called back my husband and basically offered delivery for Tuesday or nothing else. Minutes later, once Jennifer, Home Depot rep reached her, she passed the phone to me. When I was advised the delivery will be for Tuesday, I was attempting to confirm that it will be done on Tuesday at the time she's giving me, she said "Are you threatening me?" At which point, I passed the phone back to Home Depot. Lynn further lied to Home Depot rep, telling her that Project Team Support was contacted and already advised the delivery is for Tuesday. When Jennifer contacted the same person, Lynn alleged to have talked to, the person had no recollection of the call. All of this happened within two hours today. I will be taking additional measures to complain about your service to Home Depot head quarters.

Before delivery of our kitchen cabinets, I had concerns reading the 1-star reviews, however, our shipment arrived as scheduled and the driver called an hour ahead that they are on their way. The two men were friendly and careful unloading, no damaged boxes and nothing missing. It's unfortunate some people had not so pleasant experiences.

Thanks to Steve M. for doing a second assessment after we had done packing and moved items already on our own. We were pleased the move only took 1 day even though it was 1 1/2 hours away. This is the second time we used the service and were fortunate to have the same crew. They were all very friendly and polite and worked steady. They were also careful with the items. They were even willing to move furniture around for me after it was already placed in the home. It was a good experience and we felt we were in very experienced hands throughout both the sales and actual move. I would recommend Mackie as a very professional and reliable service.

As others have said, this is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. They were contracted to deliver, assemble and install a bedroom suite. They got to the house and almost immediately claimed the furniture would not fit upstairs. Clearly it would, but they didn’t even want to try. They instead just plopped it at my front entrance and said they weren’t moving it anywhere unless I signed a waiver saying they are not responsible for any damage they do. These guys were lazy and I think they just wanted the morning off. They knew if they didn’t take it upstairs they wouldn’t have to assemble it. They were very rude, unprofessional, careless and messy. Once they left, my wife and I did what two 250 lb “professional movers” couldn’t do... we easily moved the furniture upstairs ourselves.

UPDATE: Mackie has replied below and requested my info, but has provided no way to contact them. Completely consistent. My wife and I have called dozens of times and each time the automated system puts us on hold for 20 mins+. If you *really* cared to resolve this, you would have left a direct phone number to reach you. Or, you can just listen to the many voice messages we have left you and call us back. Don't pretend to be a caring company just because you post a reply to my review... -------- Original Post: They were the designated delivery company for a replacement Whirlpool washing machine. They called on a Tuesday and said they would deliver Wednesday (not much notice!). They said we needed to disassemble the old stacking washer in advance. We did that and also booked a service elevator for the building. Waited around all day and no one showed up. We reassembled the washer (tenanted unit). They called again Thursday and said they would deliver Friday. Again, we disassembled the washer and booked an elevator. They showed up on Friday and when the drivers went to look in the truck, they were shocked that they didn't have our washer! They said they would check with the head office and call us back - no one called us back. We have been calling them all day Friday and today (Saturday) and only get directed to a voice mailbox after 30 minutes of waiting on hold. We now have a washer and dryer sitting in the middle of our tenant's apartment as we have no idea what is going on and if/when the new washer is coming. What a disaster. Wish I could give this company negative stars.

Moved my 83 year old Mother in-law into a retirement home, they were extremely patience and curtesy with her. The move was a tough one from a condo to a home elevators at both ends. Move went smooth and fast. Highly recommend, will definitely use them again.

We were greatly impressed with the people at Mackie Moving Systems, Their people were prompt when assessing our move, estimating the number of boxes and packing required to facilitate the move and the time frame and man power to complete the job. Absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They were responsible for delivering / organizing the delivery of a couch originally purchased through Costco. The Couch was shipped from Vancouver to Calgary to Ontario and than back to Kamloops- why that was necessary when were located in BC - Ill never know. Our estimated shipping time was 2-4 weeks at 8 weeks our couch failed to be delivered. It was constant smoke and mirrors, late email replies and poor information. In the end 8 weeks in- we had to request a refund for the couch because it was not received. What we experienced was way beyond bad customer service- If Costco continues to ship through this company they will surely loose money as they are down right unreliable and I will be telling other people in my area about our experience.

I would just like to take a moment and give my personal experience with Mackie Movers. From start to finish you couldn't ask for a more friendly, professional and caring company to take care of your most personal possession - your home. From Doug Burns, our personal consultant, who gave us an honest estimate ( no surprises), was always there to contact when needed. The girls at the office ( never had to hear " our customer's are important to us, and then wait forever listening to awful music ). They too we're always there for us. But the best was the moving crew. Devon and his guys ( sorry I didn't get all their names ) came right on time. They were all very friendly, every single piece of our furniture was documented, wrapped and carefully stored into crates on the truck. They didn't stop for a break and had our home ( 3 bedroom, 3 bath ) done an less than 4 hours. It's really quite the process and the company should be grateful for how hard they work. If I could give 0 stars I would. My parents have waited over 5 months for delivery of appliances. First time they delivered they dropped an item off the truck.3 of 4 items were damaged. The delivery guys were very rude. Now 2 months after the first time they delivered damaged items they have returned with the wrong items, another damaged stove, and refused to take the original broken appliances with them. They wouldn't give us their names or the names of their managers. They refused to give us a phone number to talk to someone. Now my parents are stuck with 2 damaged stoves, 2 microwaves, and a broken dishwasher.. no one seems to care to help or want to. If you're moving and want all your stuff broken when it gets to your new home is these guys, if you want it in one piece and damage free go to anyone else. Not sure how to reply to the owner as per his response, our order number is 198273854.

Very unprofessional. They cancelled our delivery without giving us any notice. It was only when we didn't receive the delivery and called to find out they told us the delivery got cancelled because one of the drivers made an error. When we asked them why did this happen they said we don't know and there is nothing they can do. When we asked to speak to a manager they said there is no management here you can call home depot. Clearly they messed up on their end, and instead of accepting it and trying to fix issues they lie, they are being rude and unprofessional. Do not waste you time and money with this company. Bought a washing machine from Home Depot the old machine was supposed to be taken out and taken away, delivery guys showed up grabbed old machine got to the stairs said that they couldn’t do it as it was a job for 4 people, this made me laugh as this machine was taken into the basement 10 years ago by me and my father who was 70 at the time, most laughable is that they brought the new machine to the basement which is the same size and weight as the old one, anyway called HD they gave me a credit towards my purchase called my son and we took the machine out of the basement in 5 minutes.

Edit - Google Reviews are not a chat forum and offers no method to reply to company people that respond to you. If you, Mackie, understood how this worked, you would have provided an actual reliable method of contact outside of this forum. It astounds me however, that you have the audacity to actually respond within a half hour of me publishing this review. Where was this urgency over the course of the 3 months I myself and Home Depot's Customer Service team tried to contact you regarding my stove? If you really wanted to resolve my issues, you would have taken one of the numerous opportunities already given to you. You clearly care about your image and not the quality of your work, and the quality of your work has already stood for itself as stated in my original review. _______________________________________________________________________ This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with ever since they misplaced a stove I ordered through Home Depot. Very rarely does anyone actually answer calls, and whenever I do get a hold of someone, I am referred to non-existent managers that have never once tried to get in touch with me despite me leaving the same message and clear contact info over and over. No one seems to be able to tell me what on earth is going on or where the stove I purchased is. After 3 months of attempted phone calls and emails, I fully believe at this point that they have just stolen my stove (there is a nation-wide appliance shortage after all) and have no confidence that any resolution will come about. Never EVER use this company to move things for you, because you will likely never see those items again. Google does not let me give less than one star, but I would give zero or negative stars if possible.

We recently used Mackie Moving Systems for a local residential move. I was very impressed by the team's professionalism, efficiency and caring especially during this stressful time of COVID19. They arrived on time and we all met to review how the day was going to unfold. Devon led the hard working team of Freddy, Jevae and Daniel. They ALL worked extremely hard to load and unload our belongings quickly and without any damage to any of our furniture or fragile items. This company had to make 2 tries to install and remove a washing machine unit bought at home depot, highly unprofessional people that just came and dumped the washer and dryer without installing it. Also yelling at the customer's residence and walking off without installation. Very poor experience. Great people / mixed results Mackie was relocating my family from Toronto to Calgary. All the people that I was dealing with were very helpful, responsive and extremely pleasant to deal with, however the results were truly disappointing: - high-end bike was damaged. Frame was scratched (it is a ~$2,000 frame); - working surfaces of the bike's fork were damaged, and, most importantly, in an attempt to remove the front wheel the moving crew annihilated the thread on 2 out 4 bolts holding the front wheel. As a result ~$2,000 fork has to be replaced; - Sharp 62" TV was damaged (upper corner chipped off). As I showed the damage to the moving crew, I was told that if I file the claim to the insurance company, the insurance provider will recourse the damage to the moving team. These are really nice and hard-working people, who did their best to deliver the job, but there was an obvious lack of training in terms of how to handle fragile and expensive items. I do not feel comfortable converting their trip across Canada to a loss, therefore I'd have to absorb the damage. I really hope that Mackie is not going to use this review against their employees, because they are great people and did their best, but would rather make an effort to learn a lesson at a corporate level.

This is the worst moving company I ever dealt with and I can compare Mackie (Mackie Moving Systems) with at least four other companies in Canada and the US. Their crews are most disregarded people and also they are untruth-ers. Their claim coordinator is even worse. Mackie would deliver your stuff (e.g., a washer and a dryer from Home Depot, as in my case) but a week later than initially scheduled. Do you want such a service? Then, go with Mackie. If you want your stuff delivered on time, forget about Mackie. This is certainly not the company you need. When their first crew came, they did not bring my washer/dryer to my house because, as they said, I did not separate washer and dryer from pedestals. I immediately called HD and was told I don't need to do this and that none did it ever. The crew told HD that they could not deliver my washer/dryer because I have … the hardwood floor!!! I separated washer and dryer from their pedestals myself. The 2nd crew came a week later (i.e., two weeks after I bought the washer/dryer) and complained that I was not at home (!) when the 1st crew came a week earlier. The washer/dryer was lifted to the 2nd floor and installed. The wall to which the stairs is attached was totally damaged--through touching it by crew's shoulders, elbows and even by heads (!). THe wall now needs a serious repair before it could be painted. All work would cost me at least $1K because the wall is about 18-m long and is the same for two levels. My laundry room needs to be painted also after Mackie. I filed a complaint, sent dozens of photos to HD; HD contacted Mackie, etc. Do you think Mackie apologized and repaired my walls? Its Claim Coordinator wrote, "The marks on the walls going up the staircase would be very difficult to make when the crew is holding onto the unit and trying to get up the stairs – it would be difficult for the unit to scrap against the wall." If you are still planning to deal with Mackie, don't be surprised when you will write here a similar review.

This moving company was recommended by my son who used them a couple of years ago. This team arrived on time, introduced themselves, asked questions and got down to work immediately. I was so impressed with these three young men. Kyle was the main man, he was terrific! All three were polite and helpful beyond belief. My big couch was a bit of a problem to get it through the door. These fellows had some awesome Tetris moves and got this leather couch in without having to remove the door, and not a scratch or mark on my couch! If I ever have to move again (I hope not) I will be calling Sheree and requesting these terrific young men again! Great job Kyle and crew!

Horrible customer service. This company was contracted by Home Depot to delivered my cabinets. They failed to contact me the day before my delivery to inform me of the time window as promised. After trying to reach someone at their company for hours to confirm the time I was told the office just closed and no one could help him. How do u expect your customers to sit home all day waiting for a delivery?

Everything you read about delayed appliance deliveries and poor service on the reviews are 100% accurate. Someone from Mackie will call to schedule your delivery, then you'll get a confirmation call the night before, and then on the day of the delivery you get ghosted. Rinse and repeat, Mackie will just keep stringing you along. Not sure why anyone is using Mackie as a carrier given the clear pattern of issues of delays and poor service being described throughout their reviews. At this point I'm starting a chargeback on the appliance and I'm explicitly calling out Mackie for failure to deliver.

I hate to give them 1 star as the movers were awesome! Had some damage but was only concerned with the TV. I moved with myself and the movers only, I moved from a 3000 sq ft home and because I didn't get everything checked over in time (16 days) the b*$#@ Cheryl in claims said they wont cover! I moved December 21st so with the holidays (not for me 24/7 job) and being it was a bedroom TV I didn't inspect it soon enough. Therefor my 1 star is more directed at the claims b*&#@!

Worst moving company ever. Don't bother using them. Samsung must have contracted out appliance delivery to these clowns. I ordered a fridge and microwave and only microwave showed up. I had discarded my old fridge already after receiving the delivery confirmation call to make space. Now all my food is spoiled because of their mistake. No apology or compensation whatsoever. Then they give me another 4 hour window on another day for delivery. I ask them to schedule my delivery at the beginning since they made this mistake, the lady says no. Rude service and does not care about customers time at all. Companies like Home Depot or Samsung should not be using a low rate company like this.

It is amusing to see that they need to pay for the fake positive reviews. As long as Homedepot partners with them, I will never order from it again. I cannot say enough about the incredible moving experience I recently had with Mackie Moving and Storage. I made a decision to sell my home and move back to my hometown, and found the need for a long distance mover with almost no notice. I was in a panic when I made the appointment with their moving specialist, Jena. Her grace under pressure and absolute professionalism truly saved the day. They were able to accommodate my ideal dates, and a detailed cost estimate was prepared. I was thrilled and engaged their firm. When move day came, the truck and crew were actually a little early (perfect) and were equally professional in their work and attitude as Jena, quickly completing the loading. At the other end, they were precisely on time after travelling more than 350 km, and unloaded the truck as quickly and efficiently as they had loaded it. Not a piece of furniture was marked, not a plate or cup cracked. The van crew was remarkably upbeat and added greatly to my experience. At the end of it all, they completed the move under estimate. Mackie Moving and Storage was an excellent choice and provided superb value. Jena, Kyle, and all of the folks I met from start to finish do not maintain the standard of the company, they set it. The Mackie Moving team was exactly what I needed to physically launch me into the next phase of my life. The entire team, from Doug in sales, Sheree in customer service, to Mike, Kevin and Wayne who came to do the physical move. They were all wonderful to deal with. Mackie Delivery company is contracted to install and assemble the appliances, as per Home Depot. (After seeing reviews, I guess from Costco, as well). After ten phone calls later with Home Depot, months and two weeks, ALL calls to Mackie go unanswered, the appliances came but Mackie did not install nor assemble washer and dryer ... because they do not know how to stack them onto the pedestals. Home Depot blames Mackie, and Mackie also say that they do not have any obligations.***Contract says that Home Depot uses Mackie for the delivery service and promise to have technician over to install your fridge, washer, dryer, and etc. Lesson: don't buy appliances nor anything that Mackie may need to deliver to your home. I notice that in Mackie's customer reviews, Mackie provides very poor service for the delivery of Home Depot/Costco purchases. People may have better luck with moving services. *Check their BBB reviews, Homestar Reviews, or just scroll down to the reviews for purchases made with Home Depot/ Costco. Washer/ dryer are still not stacked nor installed.

WORST customer service ever. Absolutely UNRELIABLE in timing. Even you CANNOT rely on the people that call you from head office promising you that the appliance will be delivered. Based on my experience, I do NOT recommend it at all. We bought a dishwasher from home depot more than 3 months ago and after several followups it was delivered yesterday after more than 3 months!! I had a really hard situation with my tenant, they are not paying the full rent because this company is very unreliable in terms of timing.The first time it was supposed to be delivered sometime between 8-11 am which they came at 5 pm so it was rescheduled and the second time ( a month later) they didn't show up. What happened after that, I called and they said they will reschedule it for 3 weeks later. On the day of delivery, they called saying that there is a damage with dishwasher so it is not being delivered. After that, I kept calling Home Depot customer service and they kept saying that we will send an email to see when the dishwasher will be replaced and this took 2 more weeks! There was no answer at the end, they kept saying that Home Depot can not call the delivery company because they dont answer the phone and only can send an email and nothing happened. So, after 2 weeks, I should take a day off to go to the Home Depot store. I went there and then they helped me to figure it out which took another week. Then I got a call from delivery company head office saying that it will be delivered on Saturday from 11 am - 2 pm. He basically promised me but I was waiting until 8 pm. I tried to call but no one answered. Finally at 8:30 the delivery guy called me saying that he will come tomorrow between 12-2 pm. finally the dishwasher was delivered at 4pm !!!! Mackie is the WORST delivery company ever!

The administration team was fantastic at assessing and estimating our needs, preparing us for the move and final invoicing. The moving team of Chris, Kevin, Travis and Jacob were outstanding, both for pick up and next day delivery. They worked quickly and very hard, always being respectful of our houses, our belongings and our anxiousness. We wholeheartedly recommend Mackie, and we will only use Mackie for future moves.
