Great service. When I called for quote, Anna responded very friendly and prepared my quote in an hour. On the day of move, 3 movers came in well-prepared. They were friendly, efficient and professional. They picked my things from Mississauga, stored for 20 days and delivered it to Charlottetown PEI. All the things were intact and in excellent shape. No missing packages or broken things! Overall, great professional service. If I am moving again, I will definitely use their service.

- The movers broke quite a few items on the move. - I bought extra insurance to cover any damages. - They made me send pictures and research current prices of those broken items. - I complied and supplied all they asked for the claim. - They emailed to confirm that they will "send me the money" in a few days. - Then they stopped communicating for a month. I have no recourse. - I wrote a factual review of my experience. - They then suddenly decided to reach out after a month of silence. - They threatened to not give my money back if I don't take down my review. - It seems that the damage insurance is a scam. I never got my money back. - I contacted BBB for a compliant. They never bothered to respond to BBB. Do yourself a favour and avoid the headache of a dishonest company.

Hercules saved me in a last minute nightmare where they came late at night the same day to help a stuck situation. Another company who were so unprofessional and rude and did not refund me for a piano moving job they didn't complete and left the piano on my apartment landing outside the door. The awful company was there for hours swearing and stomping through my apartment, using the washroom and not flushing. Hercules then came in the evening after their work hours and were able to get it in in 15 minutes - SAVIOURS. They were polite, reassuring and very professional. They went above and beyond to reassemble and give me tips. Should have called them first and I will be calling them when I move next time.

I highly recommend HMC for all your moving needs. I was moving from Montreal to Toronto, and was extremely stressed out about it as it was my first long distance move. I contacted HMC based on the great reviews I read online, and most definitely made the right choice. Anna was super helpful in organizing all the logistics, and was able to schedule the move last minute. The movers came prepared with all of the packing materials and were extremely careful in wrapping all of my pieces of furniture. Everything was delivered on time and nothing was damaged. Overall, I had a great experience and will without a doubt use HMC in the future and will recommend them to all my friends. Thank you!

Very satisfied with their service. HMC quickly responded when I first contacted them and picked up my furniture at a date of my preference. However, I had to wait for 4 days when I was trying to contact them to ask them to deliver it. Regardless, they fixed a mutually convenient date and time for delivery of the furniture and assembled it very well. Nothing was damaged or missing. Will use HMC again if the opportunity arises.
