Chris and his team did a wonderful job moving us from Georgetown to Collingwood. A full truckload loaded, delivered and unloaded in 14 hours. They disassembled and reassembled the beds and an armoire, packed the paintings and arranged the furniture and still said, "is there anything else we can do?" Highly recommended

Had the opportunity to contact this company Carlos Moving because they were recommended to me by my cousin. I had called 2 or 3 other movers to compare companies as everyone should. My daughter was moving from 1 end of town to another ( literally 2.9 km ) she has a 1 bedroom apartment worth of furniture, no appliances, no boxes, as she had already moved all the smaller time waster stuff herself the last 2 weeks. All she had was a few dressers a couple of loveseat type couches 2 desks table and 4 chairs queen bed( we had already disassembled it the day before,2 armoire a moveable kitchen island , 2 book shelves 1 lamp etc... literally filled only 1/3 -1/2 a 26' truck . When the truck arrived , and I mean no offense here, an older gentleman came out if the truck , slightly limping and his partner a older skinny guy came to meet us to see the space and access order of packing. My thought was omg they look so old and this job will take forever. At the price they charged I was a bit nervous. They started at 8 am shape ... well no one including me should ever judge a book by its cover ! Ever !!! Joe and Carlo handled the furniture like the pros they are . They picked up heavy pieces like they were made of balsa wood ( well maybe a titch heavier ) the whole basement apartment with steep stairs was emptied in 1 hour . LET ME TELL YOU I WAS SHOCKED! We all drove to the nee new place 2.9 km away and they emptied the truck in the same fashion. Not 1 piece was scratched or broken. They took care of each piece like it was their own. I would recommend this moving company any day . They are very professional, prompt , courteous,respectful and fast . No time wasted at all. Koodos to this team . I promise never to judge a book by its cover again . Thanks Joe and Carlo for making my daughter move less stressful. You guys are worth your weight in gold . Absolutely and completely the WORST move and storage ever. Rude, ignorant movers and owner. Moved and stored my household for 3 months, and then lost almost all of my antique furniture, bicycle, and over 20 other valuable furniture and items when I moved to my new home. Then after waiting 50 days, the owner tells me they don't have it. Only have my 10'x10' dog kennel, but nothing about delivering that. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. I would have given minus stars if I could have.
