Simple job of moving a piano upstairs, job done on multiple occasions in the past with less people in way more difficult staircases. Yet that crew led by a very young and arrogant individual simply refused to do the job asking me if I was really sure I needed to move that piano upstairs...... That company didn't get a simple and fairly expensive job done and unfortunately it sends a really bad image to an otherwise good company.

I moved to NB in March. When my things arrive there were 8 bins completely shattered and so were the items in it. There was also one bin missing with all of my motorcycle stuff worth hundreds of dollars…When they dropped it off they told me to contact the office and they would “deal with it”. when I filled the claim I was told it was my fault because I packed myself. I’ve been moving with plastic bins 14 times and never had one break on me like that. It takes a serious level of negligence so end up like they were. The missing bin was totally ignored and they stopped answering my calls and email. I cannot believe how unprofessional and crooked this experience was. I never write reviews but I’d like to know if there were chances some of my valuables wouldn’t make it to final destination and no accountability was done. Never again

Hoyt's Moving and Storage was a terrific moving company. Great communication from Charles, and the moving crew themselves were fantastic. The crew was on time, worked quickly and were extremely professional. They got the job done faster and cheaper than the original quote which was great. Everyone there made the move fast and easy! Highly recommend Hoyt's for your next move!

Well let's start with the driver not arriving with tools. Expecting the customer to disassemble stuff when there tools were already packed. I wouldn't recommend them to move anything if they use unprofessional people like that.. don't waist your money here. The amount they charge for a move to pull that bs no good.
