These guys were my first experience hiring movers and it was a great experience. They worked quickly, diligently, and handled our stuff with care. The moving day was a bit stressful having us wait almost 3 hours outside the new house for keys, but our movers were perfectly respectful and didn’t try to rush us. I will say there was some poor communication on moving day as I didn’t receive a call prior to confirming the start time, but it all worked out in the end.

Movers we hard working curious and friendly. I was amazed at their stamina and cooperation in moving items to our spaces that suited our wishes. I would rather their part as 5 out of 5. The disappointing news was when we had to sign the invoice which turned out to be 40% more than what we were quoted by Burlington,s sales representative. We went with Burlington because their price seemed better than the others but in fact they were more expensive if the other quotes were more accurate.

Not impressed with this organization at all. I called on Thursday August 29 to inquire if they were available for a last minute move. Despite calling the Burlington phone number, it was answered in Kitchener. The person answering the phone "screened" me first to see if I was conducting a survey?? She put me through to a voice mail in Burlington - I explained my situation in a message and even mentioned that I was a former Director of one of the organizations that had given them a good review (hoping to indicate that I was a sincere caller and not just price shopping). Never got a call back!! For anyone looking for a rush job, I found a mover in Toronto called Seven Stars who moved me yesterday - September 4 - to Burlington - completely responsive, caring and professional. Sorry Canada Moving - but you dropped the ball. I was hoping to use a local firm to support Burlington business.

We have used Burlington Movers 4 times now, and once again the experience was smooth and worry-free. On Friday July 7th, John G., Brad, Josh, Jeramey and Allan were fast, efficient, careful and very cordial. They were always concerned for our well-being, asking if we were okay, and telling us everything was fine and "easy-peasy". It is a testament to their professionalism and skills that they worked their a***s off while making it look easier than it was and maintaining their sense of humor. They have earned my highest praise and I would obviously continue to use their services and recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Burlington Movers provided great service from the time I initially called to get a quote right up to the end of our move. All staff were very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. One of the guys was stoned and kept saying he's so stoned he can't see very well. Pretty unprofessional and he was extremely rude. Hope he's not the one driving your trucks.

They backed into our car on the side of the road then denied it. Their people stood in the driveway watching as my wife walked to her car and said nothing about hitting it, then when confronted denied it. Our car was smashed into by a white transport truck, you can see the paint color and the hits from the upper and lower bumper. The only transport on our street that day was Burlington movers and its a quiet court with no thru traffic. Thanks Burlington movers. Worst company ever. If they deny hitting our car I can only imagine dealing with them with an actual move, completely dishonest.

Burlington Movers just helped me complete a move to a new home. As this was my first time using movers, Burlington Movers helped me out and stayed in touch for every step from setting up the move to the actual move and made it as simple as it could've been. On the day of the move, the crew arrived right on time and got to work. Fantastic to have Simon and the crew from Burlington Movers at Royal Botanical Gardens this morning (5 December 2018) to help us move some new cabinets into place. These heavy cabinets are part of our program to protect our most precious rare books, archival collections, and scientific specimens. They handled my items with care and were very polite and answered alI my questions regarding the move and storage of my items. We recently used Burlington Movers for our big move to Stoney Creek from Oakville and we have nothing but amazing things to say about them. The guys were very friendly and helpful. They worked hard and made sure to take time to joke with us when we all needed a laugh. We only wished that we could remember all their names because they made this move a smooth transition from our home of 33 years into our new home. We know we gave them some challenges with an oversized couch and a piano in the basement, but we only heard laughter and words of encouragement from the guys working together to get everything out. Thank you for all your efforts and always smiling!! We will definitely reccomend you to anyone that we know is moving!
