My entire home buying experience has been a difficult one with a lot of people along the way making mistakes and causing us more stress. However, this moving company was easy to get a hold of, easy to get a moving date and Jessica has been a pleasure to deal with. On the day of the move, the 2 workers arrived on time and greeted me promptly and they were wearing face masks. They looked like they loved their job and they definitely knew what they were doing. I had some really expensive furniture that I expressed my concern of. Everything was wrapped in either blankets or plastic wrap. Absolutely no scratches anywhere. Most of all, the prices were extremely reasonable. Another moving company quoted us double the price. I would use this company again and wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

Falcon Moving is the best I ever seen Canada as I have experience with many companies, I don't really know how to express and appreciate them as they provide packing and moving for me super professional, nothing were broken no any little scrutiny happened even I had another of heavy stuff, the pickers and movers were very friendly, hardworker, respactable and professional. 5 start I wish I could put 10 stars for them And will recommend then forever. I hired Falcon movers last week to move my 2 bedroom condo Downtown to Richmond the team was really amazing, quick, careful, friendly, and polite, and on time coming. I had a queen size box spring that could not fit to the elevator as we have a small elevator so they used the fire exit stairs instead and brought up to 7th floors without charging me more or any hidden fees, Thank you Simon and your Team for the great job

Canada Falcon Moving is amazing. I have used them twice now for different moves and they have gone above and beyond. Recently, I needed to move a bunch of bigger furniture items. Jessica was able to accommodate my needs and book me in. She also checked in the day of to make sure everything was ready to go. Our movers Hunar and Mario were so careful with all of our furniture and were very efficient. They were also able to accommodate my ask to make a second stop. I will always use Jessica and her team for any future moves. They are great!

I used Canada Falcon Moving for our pack and move in September 2021. Jessica and her team were amazing! Our two packers, Picasso and Luis we very careful and thoughtful with how they packed our things. They both worked in tandem efficiently and packed all of our stuff in record time. Both of our movers, Hunar and Adrian moved our boxes and furniture items with so much care. They were both professional and quick to move so many items. It was the exact same experience for unloading all of our items. Throughout our experience with Canada Falcon Moving, Jessica was in contact, making sure that everything was going well and there were no hiccups. When complete, payment was quick and effortless. Overall, I am extremely happy with this company and will not only be using them in the future for all my moves, but will recommend them to anyone!

Worst movers. Bad customer service. Late to job and one of the mover constantly on the phone. I hired these movers in Vancouver, bc. You have to baby sit these movers as I learned since they would disappear for an hours and stall to charge more. I hired two of them. One was doing the work while the other one was on the phone a lot. He is a short iraqi/arab/Kurdish man with a beard and he will make an effort for the first 2 hours until he gets your belonging in his truck then he will stall as much as possible until you get him to move your stuff to the new address were he will refuse to unload the furniture until you pay upfront. He also tries to stretch the time as much as possible so he will try to charge for more hours. Also he broke some items and promised to come back and fix and did not show up again. Never hire these guys. Also when I confronted these movers one of them throw some of the boxes on the ground. And one of the movers swore at me. And he yelled at me for asking him to get off of the phone and do this job that I’m paying hourly for. In the end they finished the job after I had to argue with customer service agent named Jessica and I still payed full price. I realized this is a small company if you google there company they have no real office and even when you complain to customer service the customer is never right and they will defend their movers even if they are wrong. Never hire this company you will regret it. If you do watch them and make sure they are actually working not on the phone or doing other things while you are being charged hard earned money. They will probably write a response to this review but it will show you what type of business this is. They will never admit to any mistakes they make and will probably blame the customer.

I found the team at Falcon Moving to be reliable and hardworking. These guys moved me over Jan 1st and Jan 2nd. They were energetic professionals who didn't stop moving for a second, that is when they weren't confined in an elevator. I moved from Vancouver to Port Moody and on each day they were on time and ready to go. Communication was good, no difficulties with planning. The price was fair and the service was excellent. They are flexible in their service offerings. They can provide a truck and all materials, cleaning and packing service or just labour, as in my case. They don't charge for travel time. I can recommend Falcon Moving as long as as I Simon is heading up operations.

By far the best movers in town. We have used falcon movers twice now and won’t use anyone else in Vancouver. We have used other movers in Vancouver before but nothing compares to them. Simon and his team are very accommodating and goes the extra mile to make sure that all your needs are met. They make sure all your furniture and belongings are well protected with shrink wrap and blankets. With the large move we have had (2 days of 10hr days) Simon was extremely thorough in placing our furniture and setting up all the beds. Definately A+ Service . Highly recommend them to all that are moving. No job is to big for them.

I moved my 1 BR + Den condo just yesterday with help from 2 amazing people (Hunar and Uche) from Falcon Moving. Spoke to Jessica over phone and she helped me very well setting up my moving schedule and kept me posted with everything required. Extremely pleased with their service, fast and very efficient. They shattered my glass dining table on August 5, stated they would compensate through their insurance, it is now September 7th, and they have gone silent, forcing me to seek assistance from my lawyers. Not professional and all and would never use them again. Needed to pack a 20ft container with household items I had packed prior to the move, from my house for overseas move from Canada to Europe. Falcon Movers sent a crew of 4 guys, who were on time, totally professional and careful, packed all items into the container end-to-end and top-to-bottom. I doubted all items were going to fit but the crew made it fit. They worked in good mood and spirits, work was heavy and intense and the crew never lost good mood. Falcon manager followed up with phone calls prior, during and after the work was done. Very professional. Price was very reasonable as well. Great value service. Highly recommend this company for anyone's moving needs.

I used Falcon Moving to help me move from Vancouver to Coquitlam, I was worry about my move that way couldn't catch a moving company on web as I had a lot of heavy expensive furniture many of them contained sensitive glasses, my best friend recommended me to use Falcon Moving as they did a good job for him last month then I chose them, they sent a perfect size truck which was 5 tone truck with a lot of four wheeler dollies with all necessary tools and screen carts, they wrapped most of my stuff properly with blanket and shrink plastic wrap, they used special plastic to protect my mattresses not to get dirty, they disassemble all the beds, tables, and reassemble them properly ,they were really quick and super careful, I don't believe my eyes that can't see even a bit scratch in my furniture or my place. I'm definitely recommend these strong guys and I appreciate Simon for the great service that he was providing.

Amazing movers. I had two guys (Amir+Mario) and a truck for a two location pick up (new west and Burnaby) - storage locker and an apartment, with an apartment as the destination. Done in less than 4 hours. No hidden fees. Everything’s perfectly explained and coordinated. The two men that did all the lifting were very efficient, friendly, and no slacking! Was a wonderful experience and I’ll 100% be using this company again in my next move! Good work!

Booked Canada Falcon Moving a week before our local move and they were able to accommodate. Jessica who handled our booking was super friendly, courteous and responsive. There were some issues receiving the booking confirmation as it wasn’t coming through my email, but Jessica was prompt to address it and double checked and confirmed later on that I have received it. On the day of move, we booked 2 movers and they were both friendly, professional and very efficient - we were done our move within 3 hours (from start to finish) for a one bedroom. We are particularly impressed with Simon who was a beast and moved non-stop throughout the 3 hours. He also has amazing parking skills for such a large truck! We only wished we could have offered them some refreshments but we cleared out our kitchen for the move. Definitely recommend and will use them again for future services, and I would personally request for Simon. Outstanding job and the whole process made our move smoother and less stressful.
