We just moved from Vancouver, with $15000, United moved us and Bekins' in Vancouver packed us Armstrong in Thunder Bay deliver. Actually Armstrong dumped it off, Didn't pick up there boxes, and while to promising to return phone calls, could do that either. A case of now that we have been paid, you can go F*** yourself., Give then a pass if you can.

Very happy with the service. Good value for money. Was a pleasure to deal with Steve. Straightforward about costs and timelines both of which were reasonable and adhered to. Steve also helped with the transportation of car through Hansen which also was reasonable and timely. Household goods were picked up with care and delivered with no damage. Loaders were also very helpful and pleasant and went out of the way to help set up the house as desired when delivering.

Good price for the storage and decently clean. HOWEVER, DO NOT store anything valuable here since they get broken into often and it may get stolen (I.e my 30-06 sako and .22 rifle), with no real compensation. Recommend you put cameras up in your lot since you've said it has happened before..

Delivery services for my recent Best Buy purchase. TV worked fine but I was a little concerned when the deliverer propped up a 65 inch television on his shoulder straight up in the air. I don't think those TVs are supposed to have that much stress on them. They were prompt and on time. Voicemail on the cell phone they used to call me was not professional. Left message with business but to no response, so leaving a review here.

I had a tv delivered that needed to be sent back (at no fault of the delivery service). The store contacted Armstrong to have a new one delivered at a rush in order to have it in time for an event on the weekend. Armstrong contacted me directly to move up the date as they had an opening, and we got our replacement earlier than expected! Very happy with my experience!
