After posting this review the owner did not take it well and called me and yelled at me and talked rudely and told me that how dare i leave bad and fake review. I have been texting him three consective days just for receipt request. Also, I never dealt with such unprofessional people who does not able to take the bad reviews well and start calling and harrassing their customers. I also told his one of service man who came for moving that he damaged our product he ignored our concern. I have attached here the number of calls he made to me yelled at me and i had to disconnect and he is not even letting me finish but screaming and telling me how i can write bad review. instead of open to hear what customer has to say he is yelling

We hired Apollo Moving Inc. two times in last three days. Both time they showed up exactly on time. Management answered our each and every call and resolved our queries. Movers were very professional and hard working. They wrap all fragile furniture very well and moved inside our new house very cautiously. Price-wise, this was also the most reasonable quote, both with timeline and price. I was really impressed with service.

Very unprofessional and irresponsible team. Very greedy on money. When I contacted two weeks ago, one of his team members told he will send his guys on time and sent an estimate invoice for $720.00. Again, yesterday they came 10:55am and took more than an hour to disassemble my son's bed. It gave me an alarm, that they won't complete the task on time. Finally it happened. They somehow wrapped up everything and while leaving, I followed them, in 5 minutes they went for fueling, which took another 20 minutes delay. These things need to be taken care of before or after customers' completion of task. Why am I writing this because they charged all this hours into my invoice. Very rip off. I've attached picture, how they damaged my hardwood. There also pictures, I didn't post from the walls and my bedroom sets. If needed I will prove. One of the crew members, used washroom twice, he peed all over the seat. My son 11 years old knows how to do clean. He complained right away, I told him to be quiet but second time it happened at my another property. DISGUSTING. MASK : Very important at this pandemic but one came without and when I asked he asked me whether important. I said yes and looked at them, and understood he might not have it. But I offered. Even though, they didn't wear whole time. Their manager told me it was not necessary because they both were vaccinated. TELL ME MORE ABOUT IT! After bringing my stuff to my second place, they refused to unload, told me if I pay only they will unload and assemble. After a big argument, I've paid $1035.25. It took 45 minutes, that also they added on my another invoice, which they created for $600.00. Main thing, they didn't bring the big truck, it was 16ft. I told my house has 4 bedrooms but only two has bedroom sets. I've mentioned couple of times. They sent the invoice for $721.00 but charged $1035.25. Still need to bring one more load. Which they refused. Please be careful with these merciss people. Lastly, they throw my stuff on the driveway and didn't assemble my dinning set and table. It was 9pm yesterday, me and my kids were looking at them sadly at their merciless and careless behavior.

If you are in real worry while deciding for movers then please stop worrying and instead just use Apollo Moving. I have my own personal experience of using their services for the first time while moving from Georgia to California. As a student who is new to a particular place you need to have a secure mover and Apollo Moving took care of this problems. The staff were very disciplined and caring cause they loaded and unloaded with complete care. They have the required expertise for their job which was reflected from their service. The guys were friendly too and had entertained us throughout the entire journey. All this at such at low price and fast delivery is amazing and so I can say only one thing "Thank you and hats off to you guys!

The two workers I met while moving my piano were super nice and did a great job taking care of my full-size upright using all the proper tools to professionally move a piano. The covered it in a blanket and even plastic wrapped it. I used them to store my piano until i can find a new place to live. They made is affordable where all other options made it just not worth it. Movers wasted time looking at their phones and required constant supervision from us. In my opinion, they took longer than necessary to finish the job. One of our furniture was damaged in the moving, but management took the onus upon themselves and fixed it at their expense. I have addressed my complaint with management and they assured me that they will hire better people in future. Furthermore, they went above and beyond to reimburse us the money which I thought was unfair.

Very poor service and unprofessional behaviour. 1 bedroom condo move to another condo and distance being just 1 Km. I had even shared the pictures of all the items. The price quoted was for the items to move and not hourly. The initial price was 350 and then when I discussed on the day of move it started from 370 and went all the up to 440. He was even asking for 590. Dont discuss with a person called Ishaan as he gives one price but later on asks something else. They did similar issues for my Sister’s move as well. If your movers take 1 hour just to load one sofa and dining table then thats not my fault. Moreover the discussion had happened for the complete inventory of items and not hours. Very unpleasant experience!!! Update - Madhav called me explaining what happened and why. Seemed quite professional in the way he discussed and trying to sort the issue. Revising my rating for the customer care and behaviour shown by him. Thanks Madhav!!!

Worst movers I ever had..very rude manager! Unprofessional, untrained employee. I had movers from this company the movers started at 930 AM and finished at 6PM. Mostly boxes..one bedroom set dining table and chairs..it took forever for the movers to do it..to the point that myself and my friends have to helped these people to move my stuff. Damaged my mirrors, lost some parts of my home accessories..I have to request to wrapped my tv..put the floor mat in my house ...and very rude..unprofessional..after money manager who doesnot know how to handle customers..never go to this movers because you will end up of carrying boxes and helping them to move your own stuff..paying almost $650..ridiculous terrible experienced with this people..take note, manager will blame you for having so much boxes than furnitures..and ask you to pay at the middle of moving and if dont pay at the moment they wont take down the furnitures and stuff in their truck..disgusting!!!again stay away from this company..

This company is absolutely TERRIBLE. I used these people to move and they did not cover any of my belongings with sheets or anything. In result my wooden furniture is scratched, my leather couch is torn and my TV is broken. they also left my mattresses and couches in the garage and did not take it inside as instructed. They also took over an hour to arrive with my furniture after they finished packing up the truck when i moved less than 20 mins away and STILL charged me for that time. when i called to speak to someone in regards i was greeted with a very rude man who continuously threatened me if i were to write a bad review. an overall terrible experience and i was not reimbursed for any of my damaged goods. very disappointed and would NEVER recommend.

Arrived after one hour window agreed upon. The movers were careful with my belongings and wrapped them up nicely but they were moving very slow. Didn’t feel they were being efficient with the process. One of the movers was on his phone a lot so that was also slowing them down. After this experience I feel taken advantaged of. Update: Refunded me for one hour due to my dissatisfaction.

I just recently moved my 3-bedroom apartment with Apollo Moving. We had a team of 4 guys. The guys were really friendly, helpful, and efficient. I couldn't believe how fast they loaded up the truck and did it all while protecting all the furniture and moving with care. We moved to a single-family home with stairs and they easily moved the heavy furniture up the stairs on a very hot day with ease. No damage and they were very thoughtful and considerate to where everything went. Our tv cord was misplaced during the move (not taken out of the box) but with an email to customer service they found the cord and one of their trucks delivered it the next day. I had a great experience with Apollo Moving and they really relieved the stress that I was feeling about moving. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move and will definitely use them again in the future.

I didn't have a choice because my booking was done and credit card was charged. They don't deliver on the promises. They started late and moved slow to charge me extra. I felt cheated. TL;DR Avoid these guys. Unprofessional and very tardy/no show. The price is not worth the time lost. Read below for story. I called and booked a time slot (Sunday @ 2pm) that we had both agreed too. They called me at 1:45pm on Sunday (15mins before they were expected to arrive) saying that they were going to be late and it won't be until 5-6pm. I said that this was not acceptable that they would be so late, and the response was "Sir what do you want. It's Sunday". It shouldnt matter what day of the week it is if you agreed and scheduled it in. I needed to move, so I patiently waited until 5pm. By 530pm, I called them to find out what the status of this was - they indicated that they would be here at 6:30pm. I was irate, and voiced my frustration. I asked finally, can you guarantee that they will be here at 630pm - he said "anyways" and I responded that I don't know what that means and am looking for a guarantee and he guaranteed 630pm. Once more I patiently waited for another hour. At 6:49pm, I called them, no answer. I sent a text message saying that I am not interested in their services. He then called back, and asked why I am do not want them to come (the nerve of this guy to ask). I angrily told them. He said they are 15mins away, and I said if they come in 15mins great, but if they come even 1 min past the 15mins, I am not interested. I waited 5mins and texted, and said, they are 10mins away right ? He said no the crew is stuck on another job and that they would like to schedule for tomorrow and offered a $110 discount. I said no. Had I gone with someone else, I may have paid more, and I would saved on time and continued with the moving and unpacking. Do not use these guys.

This company's business model is predicated upon luring customers with unreasonable value proposition, targeting the vulnerable, offering a seemingly incredible price and value, refusing to answer your calls once your valuables are in it's possession, and leveraging your assets to get you to pay more than 2-3x the original price.

As an older female I felt very uncomfortable dealing with them to be honest. The movers seemed okay despite showing up late and wearing jeans and a jean jacket (are you here to move or go to the mall?), but any time I dealt with management I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. I would ask simple questions like "can you send me an invoice because the total seems way higher than what you quoted" and receive an answer like "Trust me, we're reliable, we won the award last year for homestars!! Don't worry". What does that have to do with anything when I'm asking why my bill is double. They seemed to talk in circles quite a bit--never answered a question truthfully. Were very aggressive any time I questioned the price. I wouldn't book for my next move.

When I asked for a breakdown of why the price went up so much they said "just pay cash and I'll take tax off". Okay, but that doesn't answer my question. Stop talking in circles. What a disappointing experience we had the last weekend in May 2021 using Apollo Movers. Just as a recent reviewer posted things were going great until the day before the big move! We had all plans set for our family of 4 (including 2 kids under the age of 3) to move over an hour away . Let me tell you the owner is great at his sales pitch but things quickly changed the night before moving when the owner called us at 730 pm to let us know the truck had broke down and the move was now being pushed from a time window of 9am - 10am to noon. After further discussion with the owner he was able to change this back to the original time , which was great. So we thought , sure enough the team arrived at 11am, I guess the sayings true you get what you pay for. Moving out of a 1500 sq ft house you wouldn’t think it would take 7 hours to fill the truck taking into account you had already moved your garage out days prior. When it came to taking out furniture and exercise equipment you would think they’d be experienced to deal with a variety of possible problems you’d run into, but I guess that wasn’t the case considering it took them over 30 mins to move out one piece of furniture (3 movers) . Hours passed and the truck was finally packed and ready to go, we headed to the new house and patiently waited for the truck to arrive as it was a long day. Team unloaded the truck, but at one point noticed only 2 out of the 3 movers were unloading, that’s when I found the third mover sitting on the truck on his phone. Don’t get me wrong I get it’s a tiring job but when you’re paying hourly you would expect them to just get the truck offloaded (contract states you are not responsible to pay for their breaks) . At 11:30pm they were done and patiently awaited us to pay our invoice, which we had to go back to owner to fix as he hadn’t compensated us for their break or the fact that they were an hour late. Not to mention they hadn’t reassembled our furniture or who knows how long they would’ve still been here. I called the owner the following morning to let him know my concerns, he was going to compensate additional money which took a bit of time but we have since been sent additional money. So if you have lots of time to spare, want your furniture dinged as not all furniture was wrapped although we had paid for it, and a company that clearly doesn’t want to build a good reputation Apollo movers is the way to go ! Hopefully this experience we had was just a one off for the company, and this normally doesn’t happen.

MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING WITH THEM!! SEE PHOTOS! Be prepared for a lot of talking in circles and for the price to be double. "We needed extra crews for some heavy furniture and for stairs! You never told us there would be stairs at a TOWNHOUSE!" **Dm me for screenshot of correspondence with company where they confirm knowledge of this.** They brought in another crew and didn't even move the ONE PIECE OF HEAVY FURNITURE THEY WERE THERE TO HELP MOVE. So why am I paying for this separate crew then?? They didn't finish, charged me to store the boxes THEY didn't finish, sent two guys to finish the next day and they sat on the back of the truck refusing to work until I paid double in cash. Broke furniture, dented walls, scratched hardwood, shattered a box of fine glassware and at the end of it all left the furniture on my stairs and left. Got very confrontational when I asked for an invoice before paying. My quote was $500...all of a sudden its now $1700 and you're holding my belongings hostage until I pay? Refunded me $300...thanks...that doesn't even cover the cost of booking another moving company to finish the job you didn't do, let alone the $1200 piece of furniture you destroyed. Had to check into a hotel that night because they didn't move my mattress in the 10 hours it took them to do half of my move (I had a two bedroom condo. Is this a joke? how does it take two crews ten hours to do half a move. I'll tell you, its a SCAM ) Do yourself a massive favour and avoid this company like the plague. I have had a very poor experience with Apollo Moving for my recent move. Let it be known this is an unreliable and unprofessional company. They simply never kept their word, agreement and commitment. The 'movers' were an inexperienced international student crew who took long hours to disassemble and assemble the furniture. They appeared to do everything in a trial by error fashion. Although the written agreement I signed was for the cargo to be retained in two trucks for a two night transit period, Apollo offloaded the goods in-between those nights in order to free up the trucks for other jobs. This resulted in twice loading and twice offloading which caused damages to my furniture. They also extended the transit period by one additional night as they ended up using the trucks for other clients. They even blackmailed me that if I did not agree to the additional night of transit, I would have to make arrangements to pick up the goods from their location and have them transported. This was most certainly an unethical business practice. Concerning pricing, I had a fixed flat rate quote of $3100.00 for the move plus $100.00 for the Insurance coverage of $25,000,00 plus taxes $416.00, which totaled $3616.00. Before they quoted for this move on the 08th April 2021, their staff Mr.Ishan Kapoor and one other employee visited my home and inspected the scope of work. They plainly saw the 4 bedroom furniture, the clothes, and glassware/souvenirs that had to be moved and quoted accordingly. A few days before the move Mr.Parshant and one other staff once again visited my home and checked the scope of work. Instead of the two 20ft trucks to be provided as advised at the time of inspection they supplied one 20ft Truck and one 16ft truck for the move. On questioning his crew I was informed that the decision to downgrade one truck to 16 feet was done by Mr.Parshant as he felt that two 20ft trucks were not necessary which resulted in a few pieces of furniture, one Fridge, and one Freezer, and a few boxes left behind in the garage causing inconvenience to the new owners who moved in the same evening. When I reported the numerous damages to Parshant, he first denied liability saying that scratches and dents were not covered. On challenging him he agreed to get the scratches and damages repaired provided I pay the deductible of $2500.00 which was not stated in the agreement or the Insurance coverage obtained from Apollo Moving. After much haggling, he agreed to have them be repaired on the first of August 2021. His repairman attended to the Dressing Table mirror frame which was broken, fixed the back plank dressing table cupboard which had come out, and the computer table side beading glued. He tried to glue the broken, cracked, and chipped armrests of Rosewood 3 seater Sofa but could not fix it as the chipped pieces are missing with too many cracks and the Centre Table scratches cannot be rectified without polishing it which is estimated to be a 3-day job costing more than the price of a new center table. On reporting the problem to Parshant, I requested replacement or compensation which he has refused. Unfortunately, at this point, I will be forced to take legal action for the recovery of the cost of the unrepairable damaged furniture.

I booked with Apollo moving based off of the great reviews I read across many platforms. Normally I am skeptical of any company that has such a high level of 5 star reviews, but they delivered. Booking was an easy process, and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was extremely informative and wanted to make sure I had every bit of info I needed. Come move day, the movers arrived within the specified window, assessed my apartment and went right to work. Excellent work ethic and attention to detail. Everything was wrapped properly and with care, total move from my 1BR apartment to a storage unit took 3 hours. Everything arrived at my storage unit in excellent condition, and they quickly unloaded the truck and placed everything in the unit with care. Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience with this company. This is a review on behalf of myself and the family and friends we had to call in to assist for the move. I am pretty lucky my brother who had moved a number of times due to being in the military arrived and could immediately see that the quality of the move was not sufficient. I have never been so stressed and unhappy with a service in my life. Pros: They got the job done. We moved an hour away and they drove the speed limit the entire time which was great! They at least paid for the uhaul truck we had to rent in addition to theirs. Their manager was responsive to my calls. Cons: They arrived late, the truck they quoted was too small, we had to go out and rent a uhaul because the workers let us know pretty late into the day that not everything was going to fit, they ran over the deadline and the other family moving in arrived, despite being behind, the movers found time to goof off and fool around which was incredibly annoying and disrespectful. The sense of urgency was just not there. They mistreated some of our furniture. My husband caught them allowing one person to lift and drag a heavy coffee table that required two people to carry it. When he asked why, they said it was okay he can lift it. Unacceptable! They scuffed up all the corners of the table due to him dragging. My husband did instruct them to have two people carry it .. which they did... However, my brother overheard one of them saying a disrespectful name in their own language and when my brother called him out on it, his coworker said “oh ... he was calling me that name” .... sure... Overall, none of us was impressed! As a side note, they do not use runners or any other materials to help with the move... just shrink wrap. I got to see another moving company in action and wow what a difference! This was definitely a learning experience for me as this was my first time moving. I now know what to look for in a moving company if I decide to move again in the future.

They are careless with your items. Be ready to go in circles and having Long arguments over getting the job done. You give them details only to get there and they say they had no idea what house you were moving to and that the price must go up. Very confrontational and don’t clients. This company is great to work with! I was planning to move my stuff all by myself when my brother recommended that I try Apollo Moving Inc! They are some of the nicest people that I have ever met and were extremely helpful in getting all of my stuff moved into my apartment from Florida to South Carolina. Not only were they extremely helpful but I couldn't find anyone that could beat their price of $3100. I really appreciated the time and care that they took in making sure that I had a satisfactory experience. I have a terrible back and moving all of this stuff by myself would have been an extreme burden on it. Thankfully Apollo Moving Inc was able to take care of it for me, thanks a bunch!

Apollo Movers helped me move last month. We asked them to both pack and move our things and they did a great job at both (the packing was done the day before the move). The cost/time required for packing depend on how many belongings you have, but both were reasonable. The movers were very polite, courteous and professional. No items were lost or damaged and we were very happy with their services.

Book with LITERALLY any moving company but Apollo. They lowball the quote to start and then all of sudden they're demanding twice the price in cash to finish the job. I had to contact the Better Business Bureau regarding this. Seems likes it's a pretty common occurrence based on the reviews. The fact that they have "Moving Pianos" listed on their site is laughable. They couldn't even move a dresser of mine. Left it on my stairs and drove off. Had to call in another moving company to finish the job at additional cost to me. Do yourself a favour and book with a real moving company from the start.

So this review is meant to be written from April 2021, I hope as of now they have gotten better. I was quite surprised at how this company had such good reviews and a high rating. My assumption is the people using this moving company don't have high end furniture or don't have too many furniture pieces. My mom had told them a week before to please bring a big truck as we knew our furniture would require a longer and bigger truck. To our surprise, they brought such a small box truck and ruined half of all our furniture. The lifters too were very inadequate in their practices to the point my parents had to properly instruct them. We will not be working with them again and hope that they get better as a company so future clients don't get their furniture ruined.

*second paragraph is in response to owners answer* submitted a request for an quote online, company called back and gave me a quote in which they said $336 for the job but when he sent me a quote to sign, it said the estimated price range was $350-$425 for the job. I then asked for the quote to reflect the price promised over the phone. He refused to send a quote that said $336. He called me and said "You can find someone else to do this job. I'm not going to do it for you." and cut the phone. Extremely unprofessional. They put a price bracket larger than your estimate to get more money out of you later. They will take longer to get from the origin address to destination address so they can charge you more. BEWARE!! Just wanted to say, after I left the first review, I received non stop calls from a few different numbers. Over 15 of them in one day. He was telling me to remove the review. I picked up a few times and when I said I am not removing the review, he said "you will have to". I have screenshots of that text. He even threatened me over the phone a few times..he was yelling so much that he couldn't find his words. Please do not make it look like you are the victim here. You harass people when they leave honest reviews about your business. Absolutely disgusting. Now, in response to what you said in reply to my review, First of all, the quote was $336 for 3 hours all inclusive.. you told me no tax. that's the first thing. Secondly, you said on the phone "we will not charge you more than $336 all inclusive". So what is the need for writing $350-$425 on the quote??? $336 is not even in that bracket!! You said this job will take 2-2.5hrs maximum. So I said to you that I will pay you for 3 hours to ensure that you will not go over and you agreed. Also, you didn't tell me that my move date was fully booked, you said that day was fine and you even sent me documents to sign with that date on it. Thankfully, I didn't rely on you for my move. And the first time you said to me that the date was fully booked was when you spoke to me aggressively and cut the phone on me after saying "I'm not going to do the move for you". It is not my problem if you are not aware of what you said to me over the phone. Last of all, you said "we are here to serve our clients with utmost respect and clarity in the quotes" I hope everyone now sees what we are dealing with. Do you call this utmost respect and clarity in quotes???

Apollo moving was the WORST decision I’ve ever made. Do not book this company! They broke thousands of dollars of our furniture, we have missing boxes that they never brought to us and they showed up to our house with the wrong truckload when they arrived LATE to deliver our belongings that were in storage with them. This delayed they by an additional 4 hours as they had to go back and fourth and reload another truck. To top it all off after damaging our expensive items they were rude, charged us full price and will not respond to our communications. They robbed us out of thousands of dollars.

Everything was going well up to day of move. Responded to calls/text in a timely manner. The day of move crew was 2 hours late in which we had a tight deadline to meet. Person in charge through in an additional person for inconvenience, and to speed up process. Before they even came we started moving items ourselves as we couldn’t take a chance in not meeting the deadline. They Pulled up in which appeared to be a rental vehicle, not bad if they have other company vehicles. Crew was not dressed in uniform, not even company logo t-shirts. They spoke in their native language while on site. Not very professional when in presence of non speaking individuals. They damaged a piece of furniture and if I didn’t see them trying to repair it, they probably wouldn’t have informed us. So when they were moving that piece of furniture they were giving it extra care, whereas when they loaded it was sturdy only requiring one person to move vs two after it was broken. They were fast and we did meet deadline and can only think it was because we started to move items ourselves once we realized they were running late. Will not use them again.
