We hired Allied to take care of our moving from Toronto to England. The packing staff was great: efficient and professional. The problem was that after that we had a terrible communication with the people who where responsible to give us updates. I had to email several times with no answers until I finally had to ask a friend in Toronto to call them and ask them to reply my emails. That happened every time I need an update.
