Setup a time, weeks in advance. They no showed. Called them and they told me they need to push the date back. Ended up talking with them another two times on the phone and all three times proceeded to push the dates back. No communication. I had to call to find this out. So no communication, pushing back dates with no reason. Would never go with them. Ended up telling them not to bother coming since it was pushed back over a week.

Andy was the moving manager for my move across the country. Andy puts an effort to "do right by you". A lot of things were going sideways with the move - the packers and movers came earlier than agreed upon and threatened to leave without packing and moving if not allowed entry asap but Andy pushed to get them to stay and do the work; the weight and therefore price were more than double than estimated so Andy reduced the rate to make it more reasonable; and I needed to understand and feel comfortable the weight was accurate so Andy arranged for a reweigh and documented appropriately to help make me confident in the process. There is real opportunity to change the way this industry works. In the meantime, Andy is making up for the gaps through his client service approach. Thanks Andy

In October 2020, I did my moved from Ottawa to Halifax with this company. Amir was my contact person and the driver. He was on time, very responsible, packed all my stuff very professionally. He kept all his promise and gave me the best deal. Deliver the stuff on time as promised ( within 2 days). Informed me right after the delivery. if you are reading this, pay heed to this.. I hired their services to deliver my furniture in Montreal, the movers somehow ended up breaking my tv stand and they do not want to pay for broken furniture. Be careful when hiring their service. I advise anyone who here reads this review not to do the move with them, really. They are not reliable at all. They don't take good care of your stuff and will do the move any which way.

I'm disappointed with this company as they seem to be acquiring several fake reviews if you actually look at them closely. As a third party company that has used their services I have plenty of experience with this particular company to advise a warning to there are potential future clients as we've received many complaints about there unpredictable services. We have currently discontinued our affiliation and with Warren clients to be cautious.

I moved with my family from Toronto to Ottawa. I was trying to get quotes from different moving companies before moving. Quotes which I got were so confusing that it got difficult for me to choose the right co.As quotes were from $1000 to $4000.Then I discussed with my friend who is a driver in big co. He guided me that I have to choose a co.with good reviews and not price vice. So after going through reviews I found this co and I am more than happy with their professional services like time factor and courteous staff. They showed up at my place as per fixed time and I have to do nothing except showing them the stuff.Rest all was taken care of by them. They also delivered as per time scheduled . I trusted this company for moving my stuff for this big international move and they did this job exceptionally well. Provincial moving moved my stuff internationally and they were superb in their profession plus the staff offered me extended help in moving my stuff when I was out of the country. The staff was soft spoken, punctual and careful in moving my stuff. Boxes were well labelled and marked. I have used them earlier for moving from Toronto to Edmonton and they did the great job. I have moved on multiple occasions, and I had the best experience with Provincial Moving. Gary was polite and easy to deal with. He gave an accurate quote when he came to look at our stuff, so that there were no surprises when it came to paying for the move. We used the packing service and found that the movers and packers were all punctual and polite. Nothing was lost or broken. The service from Provincial Moving was excellent! This was very refreshing, as we have had disappointing results with other companies in the past. I highly recommend Provincial Moving.

Amazing. We just completed our move from Alberta to BC with Gary and the Provincial team. They were professional, courteous, responsive, considerate and overall more than excellent to use the entire way. I did my research when looking for a moving company online, and they seemed to be trustworthy, and their prices were lower than other quotes received. Trust them 100%. They did all of our packing, moving across provinces, and unloading and the teams along the way were all awesome. They went as far as to hire extra guys to fit in a tight timeline giving by our building for unloading, without charging anything extra. They helped accommodate a family emergency in the middle of everything also. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you guys for the hassle free experience.

Provincial Moving (Great Canadian Van Lines) was great to work with. They were very accurate with the online quote that was provided beforehand. The team was very communicative from the beginning about when the moving dates were, how much was needed to be moved, and confirmation of billing and deposit. The drivers/movers arrived on time and were able to move everything relatively quickly. They took good care of wrapping all items to ensure they would not be damaged in the move, and everything was delivered in one piece! The only reason I'm giving four out of five stars is because only small details were not mentioned during the booking process. First, they didn't advise that if you have any furniture from IKEA it is automatically not covered in the moving fees or insurance, which isn't ideal to find out the day of the move when I had quite a few IKEA items. The second was the movers who showed up were not aware that we required them to pack some of the items, and they seemed a bit flustered that they had to pack the items (otherwise they would have shown up earlier, they said). All in all it was a great experience and totally worth the money and hassle to have them move our 2 bed 2 bath condo from Edmonton to Victoria, BC.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BEWARE. The mover had no idea what they were doing. Tore off the mahogany longcase door, tore off strips of veneer, ruined the clock movement and irrevocably damaged an antique clock from the 1750s - 1790s. Then wanted me to pay for the move despite the clock was irrevocably damaged.

We used AAA Provincial Moving & Storage to relocate locally within the Edmonton region more specifically from Sherwood Park to Spruce Grove and I have to say it was very much the right choice! As this is the third time we've moved and having had to deal with some difficult moving company's in the past, this time we decided to do our homework and conducted a fair amount of research beforehand (i.e. Better Business Bureau, HomeStars, Google Reviews). I have to say from the initial estimate over the phone to the final delivery in our new home the entire team delivered excellent service. Andy one of the sales consultants was very approachable when asked specific questions regarding certain items (i.e. treadmill, piano, etc). Not to mention they also delivered some extra moving boxes the day before the move as my car was in the repair shop. On the day of the move our moving crew was prompt, friendly and worked steadily throughout the day all while taking minimal breaks from loading to unloading our precious belongings and were very professional. I would highly recommend using AAA Provincial Moving & Storage and will surely not hesitate to using them in the future!

I had provincial move us from Ontario to Alberta in May of 2021. Their team loading the truck seemed to do a good job, but broke some furniture and when the damaged furniture arrived we identified several concerns. The quote was off by $3,500 - they way underbid - when I requested some compensation for the damaged furniture I was told I could get $.60/pound for the furniture that was damaged and was offered $250.00 as a goodwill payment. There was a broken desk, antique crock that they dropped on the pavement and scuffs all over a new dresser. Anyway not sure why they have some many positive ratings other than they likely paid for them. Wouldn't use them in the future.
