Solomon and his team was great. Hired flex movers to move to a new house. They came with runners for the floor, bed and furniture covers. They were fairly priced, efficient, very careful with your belongings not to hit any walls. Highly recommended.

I had the opportunity to personally use the services of Flex Movers on November 21, 2020. Solomon and his team were extremely professional, well organized, and effective. Just as their scope of work describes the team with military-like titles, the team completed the move with military-like efficiency. The whole process was targeted and effective, and every request was followed with precision and made the whole process incredibly easy on me as the client. In addition to getting the job done properly, Solomon and his team were enjoyable to be around on the day of the move. While they primarily did the work, they were also very pleasant and fun to talk to whenever there was a chance. Moreover, they came extremely prepared (in fact, probably over prepared). The truck they used was impressive, to say the least, and there was no task they were given that they weren’t 100% prepared for in the moment. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Solomon and his team at Flex Movers and would not hesitate to recommend them for any move one has coming in the future.

First move that I used Flex for went so well, when it was time to move again, didn't even consider anyone else. They still provided a quote and did follow up for details prior to the move. They were fully prepared to truck size, people and materials. Solomon and the crew were great and still amazed at the pace they moved right until the final items delivered. During the move when I mentioned about leaving some landscape rocks since so heavy and ackward, they said wasn't a problems and moved them as well.

Solomon and his guys were INCREDIBLE!! I was super ill on the day of my move and they did literally EVERYTHING. They took extra care at both the place I moved out of and the place I moved into. They laid mats down everywhere to prevent any marks on the floor. They wrapped ALL of my furniture up nicely for transport. I dont think I've ever treated my furniture that well. All around I was very happy with their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving. Definately made my move stressfree.

Contacted Flex Movers for a move, they booked me in, asked me all the relevant questions related to my move, sent me a list of things that will help the move good smoothly. They were professional and contacted me the day before to confirm and before arrival. They used runners to protect my floors, had all the proper equipment and tools to move, disassemble and pack my items to ensure it was done carefully and correctly. After using other movers before I was nervous about using a moving company but Sol and Flex movers quickly made me feel comfortable and gave me a ton of confidence in there ability and professionalism. They went above and beyond by helping us move items around the house and assemble some items that weren’t moved. I can’t say thank you enough to Sol and his whole team who communicated with me throughout the move and treated my house with care like it was there own. No issues, no concerns and an immense amount of confidence using Flex Movers. You will not ever use anyone else after this. Thanks

I've been meaning to write a review since I used Flex Movers at the end of September! Obviously I can't stop thinking about the quality of service they provide as well as fair pricing. Communication was excellent prior to my move and as it was my first time doing a move, having them relieved a lot of stress. The moving team was very well organized so everything was a breeze. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who plans on using a moving company, and should I move in the future, I wouldn't think of contacting anyone else!

The movers themselves were quite friendly, but left two long (~30 cm) scrapes in my walls and put a dent in the drywall. Solomon did offer to pay for the scrapes (not my chief concern as I can fix them easily for pocket change) but wouldn't fix the drywall because we couldn't "prove" it was them. (it's about a $50 fix he was trying to avoid). Not terrible but make sure you take photos of your walls before these folks come through.

We were moving our office from our 5000 square foot bay to our new 7500 square foot bay in Edmonton, and we were looking for a reputable moving service. So, we looked at the BBB website For "Flex Movers" because they had a high rating, great customer satisfaction, as well as great reviews under "reviews currently not recommended" on yelp here, so we asked Solomon to come out and do his "on-site assessment" for our move. He assessed every room and object that needed to be moved and came up with an efficient and decisive system that gave us confidence in the companies systems and protocol's that they had in place. Come moving day, everything went very smooth and there were no major issues. If we have any moves in the future, we'll be calling Flex Movers for sure!

I had a terrible experience with them. They broke my lambs while moving, and scratch the walls. Solomon promised me to pay me back the damage separately, but he lied. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Firstly, I found your entire team to be very professional and nice. I noticed that everyone took the proper care of what was being moved and spent the time wrapping everything up and getting things organized. The biggest thing I noticed was how you all interacted with each other. You all helped one another with lifting and directing. THIS MOVING COMPANY IS AMAZING! Like so many others I too had an incredible experience using Flex. Solomon was clear, concise and communicated well throughout the entire experience. He was available for questions of any kind. There are no hidden extra fees and no surprises. The movers were incredibly careful to protect furniture, artwork, tvs, floors and walls. It was hard to find even a scratch on anything. We had a grueling move in terrible weather conditions and these guys were simply incredible. I can't recommend Solomon and his team enough!

Wow what a story! When Flex Movers came out to do an assessment back in February , I let Solomon know that our house was on the market, and we expect to sell our house in the 3 months. They come out and do an in home assessment, to ensure an accurate quote. The move went according to plan, the time given was quite accurate. There was a couple small hiccups, but Solomon the owner, took care of our concerns. He is the Mike Holmes of movers "Make It Right" and he did just that.

We used Flex Movers in the summer of 2019 to move my elderly grandmother and we couldn't have had a better experience. The communication leading up to the move was great, they were able to accommodate us on the date and time that we wanted, and the movers were amazing! All of our family was super impressed with how professional, friendly and accommodating they were. The owner even showed up to make sure everything was going according to plan. On top of having a great experience, nothing was broken or damaged, and the prices were very reasonable! There really is no reason to try to move yourself. We will definitely be using Flex Movers again!

We hired Flex Movers for our move (we did our own packing) and I was very impressed right from the start. Rather than just giving me a quote over the phone, Solomon Amer came to our house to do a home visit. He went room by room taking inventory of everything we would need moved, they would even provide wardrobe boxes and mattress covers (at no extra charge). When the walk through was complete he able to determine how much manpower would be required, the size of truck and how long it would likely take to get the job done and with that provided me with a written quote. A couple days prior to the move Solomon contacted us to see if we had any questions or concerns with the upcoming move. The morning of the move they called ahead to say they were on their way and the three of them arrived right on time. Scott (one of the three movers, I don't remember the other two names) did a quick walk through to confirm all that was to be moved while the other two guys proceeded to lay down runners throughout the house so as not to dirty the floors/carpets. Once all this was done the move began, it was done quickly and orderly, not wasting any time to get things loaded. We got to the new place and again runners were laid down throughout to protect our flooring and the process began. We showed them the different rooms and everything was placed where we wanted it. If we changed our minds and wanted it moved again, no problem, it was moved again without issue. When they were done Scott presented me with an invoice that was fair and what I was expecting, there were no extras or hidden costs. The whole move experience was wonderful, all three of the guys that day were friendly, professional and very respectful of all our belongings. I actually felt like we were in the way some of the time because we did not have to move a thing. Scott and his associates did such a great job for us that day I would definitely recommend Solomon Amer and his crew at Flex Movers for any move. Thanks to all!!
