alam and kelvin were great considering the move we were originally quoted took twice as long...plus some!!! a few items were unable to be moved but alta moving addressed it within one business day (lucky for us), and was very understanding/cooperative of other cumulative issues. otherwise nothing too major - our move was handled with care. i recommend their service and/or would use them again, just be prepared to budget for twice the cost.

I had Abe, Ns and Ahmad help me move to my new house. They were extremely accommodating and were able to successfully move any piece of furniture in and around the house. They were capable of bringing my furniture to get stored for a month prior to my house being bought. Getting to the new house, They had tools and the knowledge to properly remove hand rails to reduce any damage to the walls and house. Upfront, honest people. It was a pleasure using their services. I will be recommending them! Amazing work guys!

Awesome company! It was actually our first time to hire some movers since we had a lot of stuff that is too much for just me and my wife. So when I called Alta Movers they immediately answered and Nour, who was the one on the phone, was very accomodating with my inquiries. The company even let us have FREE rental of 25 Frogboxes which were actually very helpful with our packing. And they aren't just like those regular-sized plastic crates that you may think; their Frogboxes are BIG! Big enough to fit 4-5 pairs of shoes and some more items that would fit, depending on how you arrange them. Honestly, even by just that FREE Frogbox rental offer, we're already sold! Our movers were Kelvin and JC, and I can say that they did a terrific job! Especially Kelvin because he was the one who did most of the heavy lifting - literally! Our apartment unit is on the 3rd floor and he didn't have any problems moving/lifting the heavy boxes that we had. We were really satisfied with their work. And even though there was an unfortunate stuff that happened they still managed to compensate for it and everything was okay. I would gladly recommend this company to others who are planning on hiring some movers, especially Kelvin. He's a real professional and takes pride in what he does.

We were very pleased with Justin, JC, and all the team at Alta Moving. The service was top-notch, on-time, and on budget. I called Alta Moving on a Wednesday afternoon and they were able to help us the very next morning. The Alta Moving team called us a few times to confirm when we could expect Justin and JC the following morning. Justin even called us when he was 20 mins away to let us know they were enroute and would be arriving soon. Justin and JC were very careful with our appliances and the move went smoothly. No dings, no bumps. They brought moving blankets, dollies and these guys knew what they were doing. They were friendly guys and easy to chit-chat with. The Alta Moving team called me the same day after the move was complete to follow-up and make sure we were happy with the service....we were! In the past, I would have called a couple buddies for a move like this. We'd wreck our backs, scratch our trucks, and generally make a mess of things. Do yourself (and your friends) a favour and get Alta Moving for your next move....big or small. KB May 2021

Hello potential new customers, I am a customer who experienced extremely great service from Alta Moving. They were respectful. The customer service responsive. The movers were very exceptional. If you are considering a moving company or a packing service please hire these wonderful folks. Let me start with their respect. My new roommate had them clear out a room. She is part of the LGBTQIA2+ community. They treated her like anyone else in this world which, as should be expected, is not always delivered. The customer service, we had to change some addresses as there was complications. The dispatch immediately adjusted and helped us when we were most stranded. The movers were exceptional, in my experience I have moved over 40 times in my life. Most of these using movers as I have severe injuries and PTSD. They spoke calm and constantly reassured me that it was find to sit with my heating pad. They were also aware when I did too much and started limping. They showed empathy and insisted I sit to rest. Overall, the gentlemen, Abedula and Daniel were the best movers I have experienced in my 40+ times of moving. Choose the best and hire them! PS. Thanks Guys!

The team was great. Showed up on time, finished as soon as possible due to a person calling in sick. Took extra care of my theatre equipment and all other furniture. Placed all our stuff where we needed it, unwrapped it and took a few boxes we had away. They forgot a tool here and when they came to pick it up a couple days later one of them helped me move a couch downstairs. I would highly reccommend Kelvin and Abes. Thanks guys Merry Christmas
