We, as well as many others that we spoke to last night, will not be attending any event at this venue ever again. The utter unorganization and unprofessional manner that this venue handles situations, was enough to make multiple people walk out of the show before it had even made it halfway through. Their staff if very untrained in regards to knowledge of their venue, including the seating chart. We had called to confirm that if we purchased front row seats, that they were in fact front row, with no one in front of us for the concert. Their representative confirmed this, and also stated that the only thing in front of our seats was a small “pit” but it is not used and would not be used for the concert. Well, that was a lie. Thus hearing this information we gladly purchased our tickets. We would have never boughten them had we known what was going to happen. We got there, took our seats which we thought were great, until many people from rows furtherback, including balcony, began to make their way down into this so called “pit that is not to be used”. We spoke to those surrounding us, as we could hear them mumbling under their breath, when we came to realize that everyone in our row was annoyed by this situation. We all as individuals took the initiative to speak to the ushers who directed us to their manager, who said they would handle it and tell everyone to go back to their seats. This did not happen. They stated that they would send people back to their seats for now, during the intermission, but once the show started there was nothing they could do to prevent the people from coming down into the pit and we would just have to quickly get up to the front. How is this fair? We paid for front row seats, to be front row, not 6 rows behind a standing audience. I for one am incapable of standing for long periods of time, so I was truly excited about having front row seats as it gave me the option to sit down if need be and still see the performer. This completely changed as now these people who didn’t pay for front row, not even second or third row, were now standing in front of us and the only way to see is if you were able to stand the entire time. This venue is incredibly inconsiderate towards their customers that paid for their specific seats especially after confirming with their staff ahead of time that we were indeed front row. The venue retaliated with a comment that they have “never received a complaint about people dancing in their seats”, and that is true, because this still isn’t a complaint about that. It is a complaint at the fact that these people weren’t dancing in THEIR seats, but ran up into our aisle and was now invading into our seats that WE paid for. What is the point in paying for seats, especially better seats, if it was a free for all of first to the front gets the best spot in the house? This review may get deleted as they have deleted previous complaints, but for the short time it may be up, as well as word of mouth, people will now be cautious about going to this venue.
