My Fiance and I really do enjoy this theater. The chairs are super comfy! They used to offer blankets and pillows but thats gone due to covid. No reason you can't bring your own though!!! I always look forward to ordering the fried mozzarella. The sound quality is fantastic. The server you get can really make or break the experience for you too though. Most times we've gone its been great but we have had one bad experience here which is my reason for 4 stars.

For those who enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable moviegoing experience with friends and family. The atmosphere makes the difference at iPic. And the seats. Their probably the most spacious and luxurious movie seats you’ll ever sit in. They are grouped in pairs and sectioned off from others. There’s a really neat table (that will swivel away if not using) and cup holders that don’t get in the way of you and whoever your next to. Pillow and blankets are awaiting in seats when you arrive.

Not nearly as good as Studio Movie Grill. Seats were uncomfortable, extra fees for the decent seats, and pressure to buy into some sort of "club". Also, could not order food unless I was in a fancy seat. We just waited and ate elsewhere after.

One word describes IPic Theater. That word would be elegance. If your looking for something different, I highly recommend IPic. Its perfect for a date night. The lightning, the color selection, even the chairs in the lobby were picked to give the consumer a feeling of plush. In the center of the lobby, there is a full bar. Please keep in mind this is before you sit down for the movie:) For time constraints, I will say go to IPic, if your looking for next level service, food, and movie experience:)

Couldn't ask for more! From the cushy chairs, blanket, swivel food table, most delish cocoa mocha martini, popcorn etc. It was a little loud but you got used to it. Wish these theaters were in the NE!

I hate this place, with a passion. The prices are just...insane, and the seats are literally the most uncomfortable seats that I have ever sat on during a movie. We have never been able to get a premium seat, as they sell out fast, but they are only in pairs/3s so makes a family of 4 separate. One would think that at $20 a head the 'regular' seats would still be luxury but I get neck and back pain from siting in there. These seats are also way too close to the screen. Finally, these theaters are cold. Like, Artic cold. We always have to rent blankets or wear multiple layers. Such a bust!

We love coming here every time that we're in town. We haven't been in over a year so when we came this time we saw a lot of the new changes. We prefer the old seats and space better. Only because my boyfriend is 6'4 and his feet were a little bit crammed so that was the only thing that we didn't like as far as the changes. The food is still excellent like it always is and I love that they have a keto menu!

My biggest concern here without watching the movie, is that Google had a movie scheduled online and IPIC theater chose not to honor it . A server told me they were closed when we drove 30 minutes to get there. Although it clearly showed on the box office screen that they had Racoon City at 11:00pm (photo included) the staff told me they were closed. I'm guessing there is not a consistency with what is said on Google and what was on the screen and for that reason unfortunately I won't ever be back to IPIC theaters ever again.

I realize that some of the other reviews on here are bad, but let me tell you, a lot of the things they are saying is about the expense. Well look at it like this, when you get a bag of popcorn and a drink at the regular movie theatres, you will spend $12-$14, so when you go to IPic and you sit in the premium plus seats, which are $18.50 (If you have a membership), the popcorn is free, and a drink is roughly $4.50 with free refills. So now if you include dinner, $14.00 for fish and truffle fries. (Which by the way are excellent), that it what you would spend if you went out to eat, so it really is not that bad of an expense, ESPECIALLY, since this theatre does not have that teeny bopper atmosphere, you can actually WATCH your movie without crying kids, ringing cell phones, loud talking. THAT IS PRICELESS! The service is good also, i don't knowhow they were a year ago, but since i've started going, It's been a wonderful experience everytime! So all in all, you get what you pay for.

Probably one of my favorite movie experiences I can remember. Not only was it my first movie back from COVID, but the theatre was one of the nicest I’ve ever been in. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you’re walking to the auditorium, you feel like you’re in a completely high end place. The seats are super comfy, the wait staff was super helpful and nice, and the food was really good. We’ll be seeing movies here for now on!

Excellent food and sitting arrangements are the best. They even provide blankets . When i saw my seat for the first time it felt like i am in first class/business class area in Jet plane. Seats are really comfortable and soacevis very private . Service is really good and wide variety of food/snacks and drinks are available. But let me warn you it is little bit in pricier side. For me , this would be the place togo watch special movies , i will go here for first class cinema experience .

a few weeks ago i took my wife to ipic for movie/dinner. as we walked in we talked to a man at the front desk he told us we have to wear a mask, I told him i have a medical condition and he said they still require it (outside of the governors mask mandate) so as he was talking a very aggressive large (not muscular large) man named Jason came charging up demanding that i put on a mask, I nicely told him I have a medical condition to which he said ok as long as you wear it hear in the common area and then you can take it off when you get to the hall going down towards the theaters. the whole common area was full of ppl eating and not wearing masks, of course we all "know" covid1984 virus doesnt spread in areas where ppl are eating, so as we got to the hallway i removed my mask and i could hear the large man yell from across the room and running aggressively towards us, and he got in my face commanding me to obey him and put my mask back on, i told him no i already did what you said and if thats not good enough no. he then got very aggressive i honestly didnt know if the dude would attack me and my wife he then threatened if i didnt leave he would call security on us, I told him go ahead. a few minutes later he comes in with security to kick us out, and i explained to her that we complied with him at first and he was just looking to boss some ppl around. then the large man went to get the police because hes used to intimidating ppl and them just folding and obeying him. after this experience I will no longer go to this place run by a man karen, Im done with them!

Really cool, high end movie theater experience. However, it's crazy expensive and my seat fell apart. These aren't your traditional theater seats. Mine had some board next to my feet that fell off and then the arm fell off. Not what you'd expect from a super fancy movie theater.

iPic is my fav date night: dinner DURING the movie! They have a chef curated menu that always has something new & delish + fab craft cocktails and a great wine list. Just curl up on their comfy recliners with the iPic blanky and hope the movie is good enough to prevent a solid nap ;)

This is a great experience! Makes watching movies so much fun! We went on a Saturday night for the 7:30 show so it did get busy. The new seating pods are awesome and great for date night because they are so private. The seats are comfortable and definitely worth the money. The entire theater is very upscale and a great place for date night. The food was spectacular! Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. It is a bit pricey but I guess it comes with the experience. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the slow service during the movie. Our waiter kinda disappeared and we got a new server but our drinks and dessert came out very very late, I actually had to get up and find out what happened. I am going to assume with the Saturday night rush, it got a little hard to keep up so I guess next time we will try for a weekday showing instead. Looking forward to coming back and experience this again!

Hands down great experience overall! Employees were super caring and enthusiastic to help with questions and menu items. Seating was comfortable and clean. Really great experience. The only 3 areas that disappointed me were the bathroom not being clean, my wife ordered an expensive chicken dish only to be served super breaded chicken crumbs, and overall food menu being slightly expensive for some of the portions. My quesadillas were fantastic and well worth the $17, but my loaded tots for $15 should be more like $8. Rating only 4 stars because it was great for Valentines day.

IPIC is the one of the fancier theaters. You have these private 2 person seating areas equipped with reclining seats, blankets, and complimentary popcorn. I checked out Kong vs Godzilla. The theater was clean with a great atmosphere. I ordered the Ol Fashion which was nice. Also had fried calamari, fried chicken tenders, truffle fries, quesadilla which were all tasty. The margarita pizza didn't taste good at all. Love this theater!

My wife and I frequent iPic about 4 or 5 times a year. It is usually the only theater we go to since you can eat/drink and watch a movie close to our home. Last night, the place had a fowl odor to it. Like the sewer was backed up and the seats we had (premium plus) were uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it was due to wear and tear or not, but we had previously never had an issue with comfort. The food was very good, but only two tacos for $15 was a little much and $5.75 for a soda is outrageous. We have never noticed that before since we always got an alcoholic beverage in the past. I don't think we will be coming back, or at least it will be a while before we try them again.

This place is amazing. We travel here often just because it is so good. The entire family loves going. Great food, but even better seats. The most comfortable food and seating. Comes with free popcorn and a blanket to use. Staff is amazingly nice and quick. Wish we had one closer to use. Even love the bar and pool tables while you wait! Overall 5 stars!

Great theater, BUT who charges $9.00 for a house glass of wine? the waitress asked if we wanted a double, of course, then she wouldn't have to refill and interrupt the movie. $18.00 for each of our house wines!!! BEWARE, don't order WINE!!!

I want to like this place so much! It's a good concept! The food is awful though. I have gone a few times and tried several things. They are trying too hard to make the food nicer than what it needs to be. I like Cinemark popcorn and pizza way more. With as expensive as this place is, the food needs to be better.

This theatre was the best ive ever attended. Being a big guy what i appreciated most was the recliner button being on the wall instead of being on my thigh. Free popcorn. Yes! Free as in no strings attached. I had the steak Nacho's. They were stupendous. I also had a lobster roll just to see what it's like. In my opinion it wasn't worth the money. The ambiance of the establishment was first class fine. When i first walked in, it was like i was engrossed in a upscale bar with pool tables tvs and comfortable seating. The pool tables were free to play, just exchange ID for a cue ball. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and will be back and will tell friends.

I won't willingly go see a movie anywhere else after getting hooked on the ipic experience. Reserved seating, comfortable easy chairs that electronically adjust and a waiter to get you movie food that is definitely "the next level". It is certainly more expensive but is worth every dime. Not only is it worth experiencing but the higher price seems to weed out the talkers and you're not sitting directly behind or in front of anyone really. I hate going to regular movie theatres now.

Super comfortable with excellent food. Pairs of large reclining chairs surrounded with their own partitions and a table between the chairs for your food. Each seat come with a blanket & pillow. Sometimes I have to fight to stay awake. Food is made from high quality ingredients that make a huge difference in taste. You'll spend more here than a standard theater, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

Perfect setup for post COVID movie going. Each pair of seats are wrapped in a little cocoon. Smaller theater, plenty of ventilation. But they're a little rusty on the service. Completely forgot my friend's order. Other than that, was nice being at the movies again!

The staff is friendly and willing to check on anything they do not know but the food was sadly subpar. Items came out cold (truffle fries) wrong- tried to replace cold fries and brought plain ones. Apps- chicken drummets lacked flavor and were coated with grit...which is an unsettling texture to discover while eating in the dark! Because it's a cozy seating arrangement I may try again but I will not spend the 85 + tip (with my member discount) on refreshments again.

I recently visited the iPic Theatre to see "Takend 3". The sound was horrible. The music was loud enough, but the dialouge was inaudiable. It was muffled. When another movie goer notified manangement, they simply said, "We have experienced this earlier. It's just the previews. It will go away eventually." Seriously?! Well, let me tell you the problem did go away...20 minutes into the actual movie. I paid close to $60 for tickets and spent almost $100 on food. If I spend this much money, I sure expect a better answer and customer service. I left a message with the ticket box office and have yet to receive any response. Not to mention...the service was crappy and the food just OK. I can get better bar food from a really bar. So disappointed and wish I could get my money back. Save your money and see a movie at the Angelika, Magnolia or other commercial theatre.

I adore this theater and like that it is upscale and different from the usual movie theater. But, $6 for an iced tea is over the top. The recliners in the premium seats are starting to show their age and could use updating. The screen and audio are excellent. I'd recommend this place for a special night out or anytime you want to be a little more comfy watching a movie.

I was looking for a theater that catered more to adults and I found it with IPIC. When you first walk in you take the escalator to the second floor where there is a bar, pool tables and lounging areas. I was expecting an area to sit and eat in case I wanted to eat before going inside the theater as it stated in the description. None the less the theaters pool areas and lounging areas were nice catered to adults. No video games or children running around. We purchased the VIP seats and I am really glad that we did. It was like we had our own cubical and one we sat in our seats you could not really see any one unless you made an effort to sit up and look around. If you want even more privacy get the seats at the very bottom, no one is in front of you to look back and peak into your cubical. When we entered our seats we had a pillow and blanket in our seats the seats lean back to the point where you are pretty much laying down. VERY COMFORTABLE! The table for your food is a little small so you but with all the other comforts who cares. The food was a little pricey but good. I paid your typical bar price for a drink $12 we had the Angus sliders for $17 and buffalo egg rolls which I believe were $12 -$16 and fries were $10, truffle fries or sweet potatoes. If you going somewhere to have a good time then you should expect to spend money. If your looking for a cheap night out this is not the place if you want the experience of VIP. This is a theater for a great date night. The wait service was great. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. And the pictures online are pretty accurate. I will definitely be going back to this theater.

What an amazing place to watch a movie. My wife and I have been twice in the last two months and have loved our visits. The separated sections of seating are fantastic. I loved that they provide blankets to everyone upon request at no additional charge. The food was also delicious. However the food prices are a bit on the high side. I'd suggest you eat elsewhere if you are on a budget. Regardless, this was the best movie experience I've ever had and we will definitely be back.

I would have given 5 stars but the fact that you no longer gets blankets and popcorn brought it down to 3. I know it’s Covid but for the cost of membership and tickets I think that members should still reap the benefits and we don’t. It’s seems like they are always short staffed so things are a little delayed or like this time our server never came back to check on us. As a matter of fact I had to go to the kitchen myself to get sweet potato fries that were left off our order. Our server never came back other than bringing the check.

From the luxurious recliners to the ever-impressive array of cocktails to the warm and welcoming Fairview-based staff, you simply cannot go wrong with iPic. Pro Tip: Happy Hour (4-7) rules. I suggest the Cherry Bourbon iPic Mule and Buffalo Egg Rolls.

This is the only way to watch a movie as far as I'm concerned. It costs a bit more than your standard theater but the amenities make it well worth it. I love the personal space and the power recliners.

first time going there last night. It was an unusual atmosphere, while I enjoyed the more quiet less harried feel of the place, the premium plus seats were nice and comfortable, the blankets seemed thin, but were soft. The sound in the theatre sounded off (the whole speaking thing was too soft and action was entirely too loud-no balance). The waiters were quick to serve, if not confused (they continuously delivered food to the wrong tables), and the food.. entirely too overpriced for bland, overcooked small portioned food. It was an okay experience, not sure I'd go back though.

Theater was clean and the staff was friendly. We sat towards the top in the tiny boxes. The way the tables and cup holders was is pretty nifty. Food was good. I'd come back. Only negative was moving the chairs during the film was a bit noisy and distracting.

Worst dining experience ever. Waiter was attentive and did his best, but he couldn’t control the horrible food he served. Stale cold dry popcorn. When we asked for fresh, they couldn’t do that because “it’s on a set schedule.” Half frozen pizza. Cookies were hot in the middle and frozen on the edges. So strange. Chairs were broken and uncomfortable. For the price we paid for terrible food, it was disappointing. We will definitely keep our theater loyalty with the Moviehouse and Eatery.

We've been twice and both our experiences were not the same but still I love the concept! It's a great date night or meet up with your friends spot. I love that you can shoot some pool, have a drink, and catch a movie all in the same location. Oh and let's not forget the blanket and free popcorn. Awesome experience. The food is ok, but kinda overpriced. The new upgraded seats are comfortable. We always have a good time here. It’s one of our date night spots. It's a dine in movie theater. Used to be a very nice date spot. Seems upkeep is an issue. Prices on food are priced about what you would expect. Drinks are grossly over priced. The movie screens have some technical issues that distracted us on our last visit. Ghosting lines from a dirty screen? Bathrooms where so bad it was worthy of ghost stories. Seriously hose it down every now and then. Bad smell in the place like sewage backup or greese traps need to be cleaned. Few years ago I would have given this place high praise but not sure what happened. Would recommend a pass on this one.

Let me start off by saying that my family and I were members here for a decade, beginning back when it was called Gold Class Cinemas. I thought we would never be in need of another theater. It wasnt perfect even from the start, but it was the best compromise of technology, comfort and concession that we had found. At one time, the membership paid for itself. Now, if you are a couple who only ever sees movies as a couple, and dont mind forking out an annual fee in exchange for little to no compensation, then this place may work fine for you, although expensively. If however you are anyone other than that exact profile, then you are wasting your time. To begin, the technical capabilities, and the food and beverage services, have never been 5 star since the beginnong, and only worsened. I would give the techs 3 stars as compared to what can be seen at other competing theaters. I would give the food and beverage 2 stars at best. Over the years, food got less and less appealing. As mentioned, the membership was great in the beginning, and worsened with each update over the years. The last update before I called it quits here, had them eliminating literally hundreds of dollars in reward points that I had saved for a very long time. The final straw, which occurred at almost the same time as their newest member program, was their so called renovation. They are now a "loveseat" only theater, meaning that if you are a family or friend group of 3 or more, who enjoys sitting next to your family or friends, you are out of luck. The now full service to the entire theater also ensures that you will be guaranteed to be interrupted by the waitstaff many times during the film regardless of where you sit. All of this, and you get to pay almost 20 bucks per seat for the privilege

Really enjoyed this place. Ambiance and lighting were great. Loved the food. The filet trio was awesome. So were the pretzels. But the calamari tasted like Curry and I wasn't expecting that. Only complaint. There cocktails were also great! Same to be said of the seats with blankets and pillows.

Update: sept. 2020 I understand Covid. I get it. But the service was horrible tonight. Food was delicious as always but can’t get over how bad the service was. Drinks get smaller and smaller while prices go up. Oh and the bathrooms seriously? Empty the garbage! Sad but true. ???? sucks cause I love this place. Pool, drinks, movie and food. But.... ???? First post over year ago: The food is always outstanding!! Service is mostly good. But damn why prices for drinks and everything keep going up?

I ordered tickets for a movie for my son and I. On The Way Was To The Theatre My family was rear ended and car totaled. Because I didn’t call before the movie (mind you during the refund window my son was in an ambulance) I couldn’t get a refund. Totally sad. $50 dollars blown. The Guest Services Rep Becca I explained this too laughed at me. I don’t think I’ll visit this franchise again. I thought increase in price would afford a certain level of customer service as well. I was mistaken. Don’t do the same

Great place to go see one of the latest blockbuster movies. Seats are comfy and feel cozy since they remodeled. Tickets are reasonably priced. Food is great but can get a little costly at times. Drinks are awesome! High class atmosphere but with a family feel. 10/10 will come here again.

We arrived early for movie and ended up with a $75 bar tab after just 2 drinks and an app. Get to movie at our preselected seats and the theater smells. The blankets stink. My seat worked but was broken. Going downhill fast!

My husband and I and several of our friends come here a couple times a month often with our one year old. We always have amazing service as the staff is always fair with their customers and quick to step up and help. They're constantly running back and forth making sure the place stays 100% clean all while never letting any of us run out of drinks or food. Our bartenders always take great care of all of us. Our waiters/waitresses in the theaters are always quiet and sensitive to their surroundings and never leave us wondering where they are. Kameron F. has always been our waiter and we highly recommend him as we ask for him specifically each time and he never fails to satisfy our needs and always seems to be in a great mood and truly loves his job. We've also had great waitress service from Andrea V. and bar-tending service from Brent D. and Emma (last name unknown) whom also became a manager. Thank you IPIC for continuously making great date, family, & friend nights! Great atmosphere inside and outside theaters in bar/pool table room for watching sports, perfect drinks, and excellent food.

Nice, clean and the best part is they have a bar and pool tables in the lobby so you can get there early and grab a drink & play a game of pool. Don't forget they also have a full service menu. What i really like about the place is because of the cost of just the movie ticket you eliminate the vast majority of riff raff you would typically have at your AMC and Cinemark. I'm a huge fan even if it is more expensive than your basic theaters. The chairs are really nice as well, the only thing i wish was better designed is the tray table sometimes can be cumbersome.

It was my husbands and I first time. Good staff. Though I didn't care how the young man kept putting his hand on my arm so my husband noticed and we swaped seats. His chair was much comfortable than the one i was in . The one i was in like a very old used recliner and the buttons were difficult. There popcorn is much better than a regular theater. I loved having service so we didnt miss any part of the movie. Food was good. Desert was very good. Nice staff clean place

If you purchase one of the more expensive seats that recline, then you are probably ok, but I went for the 1st time this weekend and sat in one of the lower seats and it was terrible. The seat was VERY uncomfortable and back was straight up with no way to recline. Cinemark is of course not as fancy, but the seats move enough to be comfortable and the price is much better.

Such a nice cozy booth with a reclining chair and blanket. Greeted by server and initially we were all set up with food and a drink. I was disappointed that I could not get served my second drink. After asking three different servers over a 30 minute period, I went exploring to hunt some one down. I was given a frozen smile and dismissed by some one near the wait staff area, but the drink followed, so I guess it was worth tracking them down. Awkward. I spent over 130$ on this experience. I expect better service.

I've been a fan of ipic since they opened here in Fairview years ago. We are typically there twice a month and overall enjoy the theater. We sit in the premium plus seats so we can get food service every time. (I should say I waited tables for years and understand its not difficult to give good service when expecting a tip.) Almost always the service is slow. Tonight was a disaster. We waited almost 20 min for someone to greet us so I found someone and asked for a waiter. When noone showed up, I went to the front and ordered my own food and drinks. The waiter came over and offered to take my order as I was handing my credit card to the cashier. I wasn't willing to start over for an incompetent waiter just so he could get the tip instead of the cashier. Appearantly, the waiter didn't care because he never showed up again. I had to bus my own dishes and return to the cashier to order desert and then back to the bar to order a drink. Still no waiter... I asked for the manager, Chad but he didn't show up either. Frankly, when you're paying extra for a seat ($15) so you can get food service, someone should show up. Now that there is competition on 121, ipic won't be getting any more of my business. We had a horrible experience and think it's fair to get our money back for the extra cost of premium plus. The manager, Chad and the waiter should also find a new line of work.

I've been coming to the iPic for the past couple of years, and I'm always impressed with how much "less stressed" I am when going to a movie here as opposed to the larger theaters. The staff is friendly, attentive, and I never run out of diet coke (I recommend the upgraded seats with the server for 5 bucks more) The only area where they score a negative is screen size. It's smaller than the mega-screens at some of the larger chains. But for comfort, service and a stress-free experience, I love coming here.

VERY expensive. Spent over $100 for two tickets and appetizers. They charge for regular drink refills. Only difference between this and other theters like it, seats are a little more plush and you get a pillow and blanket. Go to the new McKinney theater on 121 instead!

Compared to Moviehouse and Eatery, where every seat reclines, and where every person gets SERVED in the theater, iPic is failing. Their service is terrible as compared to the options. This place was amazing. Went for back to back movies...Ready or Not then Hobbs and Shaw. Great place to play pool for free as we did before and between the movies. Bartender was great and made solid drinks. Food is well worth price. When we walked into the second show 4 people were in out seats...supposedly had tickets from day prior? Manager got involved and made it right and was very professional, even checked back on us and our food order later on. Such a great night we spent today...well worth the price trust me. Our family of 4 loved the environment and comfortable seats...blanket and pillow is a nice touch. Very clean...we are now gold members worth it to save in long run. This is only theater we will go to from now on. Top notch!

Luxury small theater that is well above standard theaters and comfortable and safe in our troubled times. Very nice 2 and 4 groups of lounges each separated from all others. Table service with very good food. Only place we go to now and happily go even in Covid environment.

$14.00 for this Ceaser salad is ridiculous!! Ipic's salad is on the left...the menu states you will get parmesan crisps as well but they actually don't have them anymore. A menu change is in order Ipic. Check out Holy Grail Pubs Chicken Cobb.....now that's a salad I enjoy regularly!! Ipic you really must do better to ensure a person can order a Chicken Ceaser Salad and actually feel full.

Best movie theater I have ever been to the entrance is a escalator and stares if you prefer that but after you get to the top if you get there early you can play pool and there is a bar too but when you get in your move theater there are two types of seating the first one and my favorite is the one where there are two seats connected a little and the seats give you privacy from the people next to you the seats also have a mode were you can go back to lay down and a normal seat mode and you have the option to ask for a blanket and pillow (not sure if it is limited time or permanent) and the other one if four connected ones if you want to sit next to each other but at the entrance at the top of the escalator there is a lounge area if you don't want to play pool and out side there is a nice relaxing area where you can play chess or play a game of big checkers where the pices are big and so is the board but I think you need to ask for that but there is also a fire place when it gets cold and the outside of the theater is beautiful so I hope this helps you. (If I could I would leave a 15-20 star review)

iPic completely forgot our dinner that we ordered 15 minutes before our film began. The server returned 90 minutes into the film, after leaving us unattended, and apologized without taking responsibility. The server explained that "they" had forgotten our dinner. The server went on to explain that their kitchen had just closed and now it was impossible to correct their most egregious mistake. They offered us popcorn for dinner instead of a meal. It was much too late in the movie to eat anyway so we just smiled and finished our evening out, despite the frustration. We most certainly should have eaten dinner before arriving. I must have been foolish to assume a dinner and movie place could accomplish this perceived simple task. iPic attempts a classy appearance, however falls short and achieves less than you might expect at a dingy roadside fuel depot. After spending over $100.00 on a couple drinks and a movie, without receiving a meal, I am underwhelmed. We will most certainly not return.

I just noticed it. ************************************** Love the environment and the popcorn is always delicious. I would give five starts but the food is outrageously over-priced and the blankets always smell as if they're dirty. My last visit using the blanket, the blanket smelled so bad, the smell gave me a headache and left my clothes smelly. Because it was so cold, I had no choice but to use the blanket or leave the movie. So now, I make sure to dress warm prior to going.

Love the theater and watching movies here. Food & beverage side needs work. Wish they could serve drinks at all bars (tried to order a beer before the show at a bar, where beer was displayed, but they said I had to go to another bar to order). Wish the wait staff came back to get payment after dropping off the check, or had terminals to pay built in (I put a CC in with my bill the second it arrived, at least 15 min before the show ended, but I had to walk out to the bar with it after the show as it hadn't been taken/processed). Wish any/every employee could look at a bill and ring me up (at the bar afterwards, they asked me who my server was, what theater I was in, etc. When I didn't know the server's name, they asked if it was a guy or a girl, for their description, and were asking employees walking by "who was serving in theater 5?", etc.). Why can't they just look at the receipt and ring it up? This exact same thing happened the last time I was here too.

I have been a long term movie goer at Ipic theater in Fairview, TX since February of 2012. Within a year I became a gold member by going so often which has had great perks. In the 4 years I have been a member I have purchased tickets to 71 movies with 2-4 tickets purchased each time always premium plus seating. Also, always spending 100+ at the movie on food and drinks. I have also recommended many people to the theater. Today I received my usual email to pre purchase tickets to a movie only to find out I have been downgraded to purple member and I now need to pay to upgrade my status. Even though 2 weeks ago I went and seen a movie which I was able to purchase with accumulated points I was told I have been downgraded since October 2015, which couldn't be accurate if I used points. After speaking with guest services because of the new member structure with memberships apparently the long term loyalty and the amount of money spent wasn't enough and they need more money on the already overpriced tickets. The theater has gone downhill and always has food crusted on the seats and smells like old rotten food. There are many options for luxury theaters now and I will take my business elsewhere. I will never return to any Ipic theater knowing the service they provide to long term loyal patrons.

Great theater. Great food. Noticed on the way out the 30:06, 30:07 signs pertaining to concealed and open carry handgun carry. Their signs are illegally placed and impossible to see entering thru entrance from street. These signs are not legally placed according to state law. Management should purchase more signs and place them at "ALL" entrances. Made me feel a little awkward as an LTC holder and otherwise law abiding citizen

This place has really gone downhill. We live in a neighborhood just north of the theatre and have watched it over the past to go downhill. We have spent literally thousands of dollars here with our family of 7 and somehow we get treated like we stole something from them. Last night my wife and I went to see a movie that we had reserved the previous weekend only to find our seats occupied by strangers. I am totally forgiving for an innocent mistake and understand there would be a reasonable response for rectifying this--but i was sadly mistaken. It took them 10-15 minutes to clean the booth, well into the movie, then ignore us for our orders for drinks and food for another 15-20 minutes. We were never even offered our prepaid popcorn. The management gave me a 1000 points on my account that doesn't even cover a single ticket. This is why you guys are bankrupt. The inmates are running the asylum. This place is completely mismanaged. I encourage anyone to seek another venue. The staff hates their job. The food has gone WAY downhill and the management believes that they can survive with bad service and dereliction. I started my iPic timer to distinction. The previous few visits were also revealing in that the wait staff was unable to close our tickets out until long after the movie ended. The button for wait staff to come to your table is also a joke, you may wait 20 minutes before they even come. The chronic 5 stars givers are merely a paid reputation service; this place sucks. Good riddance!

This is the best place, hands down, to see a movie. The pods are furnished with pillows, blankets and your own cozy space to recline and enjoy food and beverages while watching your movie. Before or after the movie enjoy pool tables, big screen TV’s, comfy couches and chairs all while eating and drinking your favorite beverages.

I ordered a $50 gift card for someone on October 11 to have on October 16. It's October 21st & i have yet to get my gift card! I contacted customer service October 15 to get an update on my order. I was told standard shipping for ipic is 7-10 business days and if I hadn't received by the 10th day, I would receive another gift card. I contacted your manager Mary Lanier today, October 21 to let her know I STILL have NOT received my gift card. I was told by her to wait yet again until Friday, October 25th!!! At this point, my gift giving experience has been ruined! The person i purchased a gift card for has not received their gift nor have i received a product MY MONEY PAID FOR! I love iPic and wanted to share my experience with a friend as a gift. I'm angry as i should have stuck with Movie Studio Grill, atleast their gift cards are digitized and delivered immediately after purchase! IPic, do better! & give me my damn gift card or my money back!!

Love it ! Fewer selection in movies due to limited theatre s. It's more intimate and cozy than the average theatre. Love the seats with extra wide recliners ,blanket service and free popcorn for members or premium plus seating. Also the call service button for ordering food & drinks during movie in premium plus seating. Had great service every time! Love it

It's expensive, but well-worth the cost. Service here is phenomenal - the staff are very quick and attentive. The seating is great, because it makes you feel as if you're watching the movie all alone (or just with the person sitting next to you), and you forget that there are other people there, too! The food is a bit pricey, but it is really good. Overall, a great experience!

IPIC is a great place to watch movies. I have been there several times over the last few months to see movies and there is nothing in the world like sitting in secluded seats wrapped up in blankets while snacking on food and drinking good drinks. The chicken wings are great but some of the sandwiches are absolutely to die for. I have never had a bad experience with the wait staff and the prices are decent. This is a smaller theater that is kind of higher end so expect that. Parking is decent and it's close to many other things. 10/10. Will be coming back.

Posting here as well as Facebook. I have been coming here for a while now. I have never had any complaints but the last two times I have been here I have been disgusted. I was giving this place another chance and now I won't be back. I am currently here watching why him and I feel nasty. My seat is covered in stains sticky crap and crums. The blanket given to me smells like throw up. This is absolutely absurd for an establishment charging $30-50 for a couple of tickets plus $8-10 a beer you would figure you could afford to clean the seats and blankets. I spend well over $100 every time I'm here which use to be once a week. I'm taking my date nights somewhere else. I feel nasty and dirty and can't even enjoy my movie. Gross I hope everyone reads this review.

The iPic Theater in Allen (Fairview) is the most impressive movie going experience I've ever had. The elegant lobby with gorgeous crystal chandeliers, billiards room and bar tended wine bar are nothing like a common theater. When I entered the theatre suite where my plush recliner awaited me with a pillow and blanket, I was brought free popcorn until my movie started by one of the many super courteous and professional attendants/ servers. They brought my order of chicken nachos(which were superb) on a China platter from a five star restaurant. This theater was the most sophisticated and refined I've ever seen. I will be a regular customer.

This is place is really posh, and I definitely recommend that you pay extra for your ticket to sit in the comfy reclining seats that get you a pillow and blanket. This can definitely be a movie date for your sig. Other. The downsides are that you have to pay more than other theaters, and you have to buy your own food (I.e. There is no waiter). I do like that they have a bar/pool area (to play pool not water pool) to pass the time.

Casual entertainment with upscale flair. iPic may not be the first dine-in theater, but they sure perfected it. Everything about the experience is premium. From ordering tickets online to checking in, the process is intuitive and seamless. The staff at the front desk is friend, courteous, and willing to help. The auditoriums in and if themselves are fantastic. The seating is in two-seat pods, so if you have a large family, you will be broken into pairs. The pods contain a table with a call button, built in cup holders, and reclining leather seats. There used to be pillow and blanket service for extra coziness, but COVID curbed that. You can't purchase your own blanket for relatively cheap if it's a must. Your admission also gets you a bag of popcorn. Table service is quick and the food from the chef inspired menu is excellent with huge portions. You get a lot for the price, so don't let the food prices deter you. Dining and enjoying craft cocktails vehicle watching a movie is a real treat. The only drawback I can mention is that the picture/projector quality isn't as sharp and bright as other theaters. The picture just seems dark and muddy when compared to traditional theaters. This might be from the ambient lighting required to keep staff from killing themselves as they move about the theater. iPic is the only theater I go to now. It is a wonderful experience made even more so by the awesome folks that there.

2019 update: they remodeled the website and the theater. They removed the the non-premium tier of seats so you only have the $25 per seat option. And they removed the concessions bar so you only get things now from a waiter. There website doesn't show all the seats unless you are a member. The cool give of the place is also kinda gone and the remodeled space feels more cramped upstairs. I used to only go see movies at this ipic and after today we'd rather go back to Cinemark. And their super long and cheesy preview commercials pushing their own services are just so pushy. I already paid $50 to be here now I watch a minute long advert for your $30 fillet mignon sliders, followed by another minute with some super hipster talking about creating a $15 marvel inspired cocktail and yet another advert reminding me I can summon a $40 bottle of wine. 2016: Reserved seats is the only way to go. You pay a premium on the tickets, but I think it is worth it. Pretty much the only theater I use now.

Been a long time patron of IPIC movie theatre and have recommended this place to so many HOWEVER as of March 1st many of the liberties and benefits of being a member especially a silver member have dissolved. Now you can look forward to paying $50 for two tickets ???? with no complimentary amenities that were once offered i.e. popcorn. Previously, we would make an IPIC visit weekly but now with the rising ticket rates and less amenities to members we have decided to go elsewhere. Cant imagine to pay $100-160 for a goodnight at the movies with dinner. I just have to say last nights experience at IPIC was above and beyond, we had first stopped at destinations wine bar right next-door, and left because we did not like the service there. We went to our movie early and the new bartender Jax was great he made us feel very appreciated as customers and went above and beyond... thanks for the great service. Also was happy to see the new menu. The theater is extremely comfortable, clean, and has exceptional service. Love the blanket and pillow they have waiting in all the comfortable recliner seats and of course the complementary popcorn . It’s the best way to enjoy a movie ????????. Also to top it off enjoy dinner and a couple great cocktails and wine at the bar before. Of course you also order from your seat. Thanks again to Jax who made it the right choice to go enjoy our time before the movie there instead of destinations wine bar, the wine selection there and service there is much better. I would have given 5 stars because everything was very enjoyable at first. That was until we went in to watch the movie. We were unable to get the ultra premium seats since they were sold out. So we were seated in the premium seats. Though they were pretty comfortable, they did not recline. Not even a tiny bit. Seating up stick straight for 2 hours was uncomfortable. Pretty disappointing, we'll go back but not unless ultra is available.

Where else can you get truffle oil on your popcorn? This place provides a truly luxury movie experience. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for--so it's good for when you want to see a movie, but you want to up the stakes a bit, make the night a bit more special/out of the norm. It's also a good spot to just meet someone or hang out solo for drinks or dinner. Chill vibe. Nice cocktails and wine list. Good service.

Great as usual. Been coming here for years. Always a great experience. So much better than the typical multi-plex. Food and service are great. Food is much, much better than you would expect for a theater. The wait staff is great and come by often to ask if you need anything. I was surprised at a remodel that improved the seating. And as a bonus they lowered the ticket price by like 4.00 from what it used to be. And you still get a complimentary bag of popcorn.

What an amazing all-around experience at iPic Fairview! From the service, to the ambiance, and of course, to the delicious food! (We loved the fish tacos and quesadillas). Perhaps the most notable part of our experience was when we were gifted with two free movie tickets (to any movie of our choice), since we had asked for blankets that took a little bit of time to come (no biggie, we were fine to wait). I am so upset that you guys no longer have the Keto fried chicken, as this kept me going during this pandemic, being able to escape to watch "any" movie playing. The new replacement is absolutely terrible and lacks flavor. Those new chicken drums are mediocre at best. Please consider bringing it back so that I, along with others, can enjoy a delicious filling meal while watching a movie. Disappointed ????

This place has gone downhill since covid. No more pillows No more free popcorn. They were out of literally every item I wanted on the menu. Their employees sit in the movies and watch it when they have nothing better to do and disrupt the movie. Our entire movie is empty yet their employee sent right behind us smacking and fumbling with their popcorn. Been a top tier member for 6 years now but won’t be back after this.

Although the ambience of the theatre is warm and inviting....the service is mediocre at best. We saw Star wars Rouge one. There was dried food stains in the VIP seats. Which was gross. The film froze at the beginning of the movie. There was at least a 10min delay of silence without explanation. After they apparently rebooted the movie it played without any more issues. At the end of the movie we were given free passes for the inconvenience. When trying to use the free passes we were told we could not use them on newly released shows. In all ipic has some kinks to work out in there system. I think LOOK Theater is still a better bet!

I've been to this place several times with my wife and kids. It has been steadily declining in service. I went about a week ago to see the new Jumanji movie with my family and two other family friends. It was not very crowded at all. We all experienced some sort of service issue. My adult beverage took 20 minutes to get to me. We were about half way through the movie and I had to push the little blue button for our server. My daughter and were splitting some sweet potato fries that I request at least 10 minutes before the movie started. So here we are half way into the show and still no fries. Our server finally came and I had to remind her . She did bring them out about 5 minutes after that and said no change for the fries because they never got them to me in the first place. The server was very nice and friendly. For some reason they just cant get their act together on the service though. We have been going to the Movie House and Eatery off Hwy 121 more times now because of this.

Best movie experience in the area. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the staff is amazing to deal with. They pay attention to the details of the experience. How they greet you, how they use their ninja like skills to get your food and drink items in and out during a movie. I've been here many times and every time I have a question they are not helpful. This is ridiculous. I really like coming here. I haven't gone to a regular cinemark in years, since first visiting the IPIC, I was sold! I love the tandoori chicken, and have yet to find another like it. It's very nice having your own section, it really feels like you're all alone in the theater. My only knock against IPIC is how loud the chairs are when you recline them... leather rubbing on leather, I'm not over exaggerating, you'll see... aside from that, I love this spot and highly recommend.

Used to love this place and would go here twice a week. Now it's easily 2nd on my list behind Look Cinemas. Seats are all falling apart, service is sketchy, pillows and blankets smell funny & they always bother you with the check at the best part of the movie. If they can replace their seats and go back to the service button like they used to have it would be a big upgrade. Also please figure out a better way to pay our tabs. Look Cinemas preauthorizes a card and automatically includes a gratuity and never bothers me once!

This was my second time at this location. The first time was before COVID-19 while watching Bad Boys 3 and most recently was on this past Saturday while watching High Note with my girlfriend (both times were with her). The customer service, the social distancing even in the movie theater, the fact that they take your temperature prior to you entering towards the theater shows their level of commitment towards their safety and the safety of other's. I would definitely recommend this theatre to anyone and will definitely be back.

What's not to like? Reasonable prices; free ticket on your birthday; ability to reserve seats so you aren't rushed or have to wait in line. Free pool, plus they have cocktails, beer or wine. $13 for a 3D movie (they don't charge extra like other theatres) is about the same as Cinemark. Also just a very nice night out with spouse/friend. Been there over a dozen times, and will continue to be our first choice. Food is better since iPic took over a couple years ago. Wait in line at Cinemark to see a movie on opening weekend, or reserve your seat on line. You choose.

My wife has been a member since 2012. In this time we have seen so many movies we always earned the platinum level on the membership. Over the years there has been so many changes to the membership it has just caused problems. In the last year we have purchased 60 movie tickets at this theater. Now add up food and beverage cost usually runs close to $100 a movie. Come February, yet again the memberships were changed and they want to charge a fee to continue your status or pay $25 per seat plus we lost a large amount of earned points in the system change. That’s absurd. Being OG patrons, telling so many people about this place over the years, they do not care about the guests.

We really wanted to watch tenet and decided to try Ipic after being cautious about places to go to and we were happy to see the employees wearing masks and gloves and also social distancing I felt safe to watch a movie and eat the delicious food! The price of food was high. Eighteen dollars for a "large" meaty pizza. Trouble is the large pizza is about 8 inches wide and 14 inches long. Equal to about half a large pizza or about five slices at Papa Johns. Good flavor though. Soft drinks are about 5 dollars a pop with free refills. The pool tables are free if you order something. Atmosphere is nice. So was the staff. Sports TV on 4 or 5 screens. Large devided sitting area away from the crowd.Nice bar area as well. Would have give it 5 stars if not for the food prices.

My wife and I go here every week. Service is usually excellent. Management has always been reasonably accommodating to special requests and the food is always outstanding. Premium plus seats are expensive even if you are a sapphire member but the extra comfort and roominess is a must. We weren't fond of the basic "premium" seating the one time we sat in them. My wife and I went to see Star Wars Rise of Skywalker at 6 PM on 12/28/2019. The reason for our 1 star review was that the seats were uncomfortable, the service was lackluster the wine served had gone bad, and for the price we expected much different. The seats, while a great concept, we love the "pod" style of seating, are horribly uncomfortable when laid back. They seem like they would be so much better than they are, but they aren't. The chairs at Moviehouse & Eatery are much more comfortable. The service form the gentleman waiting on us was lackluster at best. He asked us from across the theater to turn off our button calling for him, he then pushed for us to order three entrees saying that two would not be enough food (two was plenty), when we had a complaint about the wine being bad he sent the food runner to pick up the wine, and then forgot my refill of my drink for about 45 minutes (that he had prompted). My wife ordered a house chardonnay, they brought the first glass and the bottle had turned to vinegar. Not a problem it happens, we asked for a different glass, the waiter took her full glass, and then sent the food runner to ask what wine she wanted (in the middle of the movie). We told her not this bottle as it had turned. They brought back another glass of the same wine (different bottle) and it was ok. We then ordered another round but requested an all together different chardonnay to which the nice lady in plain clothes came and brought us (this was when he forgot about my drink). We were charged the price of the third wine for the two glasses of wine that were clearly different. Finally, the tickets cost $25 a piece, and then after going through multiple service issues and bad drinks, our food and beverage bill plus tip was $160, for a total of $210 for date night, I just don't see the value. I would rather spend $12 a ticket at moviehouse and never have a bill over $100 for food and drink, and be in more comfortable seating, even if it isn't "private" or "vip".

Amazing luxury theater. If you want to feel like royalty while watching a movie, this is the place for you. We went for a staff outing and they served us a brunch buffet. The food was incredible; better than most upscale restaurants. The theater itself was immaculate with your own little pod for seating, blanket, and pillow. It was so comfy I almost fell asleep during the movie. Very impressed!

I set up a company event for the opening of the movie 'Us'. 30 minutes before the movie was to start there was an unforeseen hailstorm that hit the area and caused dangerous driving conditions. Kevin and the staff that was there that night paused the start of the movie for 40 minutes to allow us all to arrive safely. The movie was great and the staff was great. everyone enjoyed themselves and the food and seating was great.

This is the only place and the only way my family will go see movies anymore. We always get the premium plus seats. Definitely worth it! You get a lounger recliner that's super comfy, a pillow and blanket, and a waiter is serving you at your seat throughout the movie. And on top of that, the food is amazing! Oh, and the popcorn is complimentary. The best way to see movies!

A real cool spot to amp up the typical movie date night. They have pool tables and various lounge areas that you can take advantage of prior to the movie starting. Super comfy reclining seats. They provide you with a blanket and small pillow, you know, in case the super padded seats weren't comfy enough. The food is delicious, with a variety of keto options (try the cheesecake!) for those counting carbs/calories. Fun fun spot.

Seats were super uncomfortable. IIswitched with my bf, assuming it was just my seat, and his was just as bad. Felt the frame on my back through the cushion the whole time. Seats seem to be very worn out and we sat in the "best" area. Really messed with my experience. I was not going to let uncomfortable seat mess up my Jurassic experience...but the woman that took care of us was very irritable, so that didn't make it fun either. Really sad because I was really excited to go to ipic.

A bit pricier than I like, but a great experience. The only complaint I have (and reason for not giving 5 stars) is the food just is not good. It's not terrible, but when you go to this type of theater, part of the experience is being able to dine while watching a movie... But when the food isn't good, it takes away from a 5-star experience.

Visited for the first time last night. Thought my husband and I would try something new for a date night and have had a couple of people tell us this was a great "date night" place. I am more than willing to pay more for luxuries and convenience anytime we go out so when it was $50 for a couple of movie tickets I didn't think twice about it. I did expect the cost to be reflected on the experience and service. I was let down! Food was "ok" don't expect to get full off of their menu unless you plan to spend more than you would at an upscale restaurant for less than mediocre food. Honestly I can get over the cost and quality of food from our whole experience, the deal breaker was absolute no service once we took our seats in the movie. We paid for premium plus seating, chair was comfy, blanket and pillow were a nice touch. We were greeted by a waiter once we took our seats and were told complimentary bottomless popcorn was included and would be passed out shortly. 30 minutes later after everyone around had gotten popcorn our waitress came to "check on" us. I told her I would like some popcorn she apologizes and said "they must have skipped right over you when passing it out". My reply was "no problem it happens. I never saw our waitress from that point on. We watched a 3 hour movie,Star Wars: Rogue One. Here was an ample amount of time for her to return to "check on" us and discover she never returned with our popcorn, never brought us amy drinks, etc. I am a very understanding person, I don't get upset easily I understand we are human and mistakes are made, but this experience was ridiculous especially for the cost. I don't see how they remain open looking back at the other reviews, which is really sad because it has the potential just needs new management, staff training, or even more staff available.

I have been a patron of iPic since 2012. In these years IPic has been trying to figure out how to market and stay afloat, so they have changed their membership program so many times. I have seen so many movies here in the years I had become a platinum member. Now, after spending thousands at this theater because the food and drinks are not cheap, I am now a base level member and need to pay $50 to keep my status or pay $25 per ticket to see a movie. I had stuck through for so long, through the changes and renovations. The blankets are never clean and always smell sour, I had caught food poisoning a few months back. I’m done. I thought iPic had a edge on other theatres but I recommend moviehouse eatery in McKinney. $12 a ticket, no memebership, good food and service, just bring your own throw blanket from home.

I have been going to this movie theater for 8 years. Out of all the dine-in theaters it is my favorite. They give you a junior size popcorn included in ticket purchase, each seat has a blanket. The seats in the back section are spaced apart in two's and recline. This makes it nice if you're on a date and don't want to be cramped in. Regular stadium seating is at the lower section. More importantly the service is amazing. I drive 40 minutes just to go here. They've spoiled me for all other theaters. They also have restaurant style seating and live music on Wednesday.

I paid for the so called Admission Premium Plus seats and received terrible service. We asked for popcorn and didn't receive any popcorn till half way through the 2 hour movie AFTER I went out of the movie in search of service. When I did go out and look for anyone to help me I found a tall, pale, red/orange haired man. All I wanted was someone to let me know how I could receive our complimentary popcorn. This attendant, who is normally at the ticket counter I believe, was in such a hurry to run the other direction of me. I asked for assistance and he dismissed my question with, "Fine. I'll bring it to your seat," and walked away. Which would have been fine of he knew, what movie, row or even seat I was at. Poor service all around, I saw the waitress one time. Save your money.

I’ve been very cautious about everywhere I’ve gone since March...went to see a movie here last week (Mid August) and it was delightful. The staff is wearing masks & gloves...and the seats are spaced apart which makes practicing social distancing easy. I will go weekly again...it’s such a nice place to relax & escape the Texas heat. They no longer provide pillows & blankets BUT I bought an IPic blanket for $15 and I LOVE it. A+++

Premium seating is very nice. We've gone several times now. We have not tried regular seating. The only issue I have is some of the pricing for food and drink is exceptionally expensive and overpriced. I ordered a regular Bloody Mary it was $12. I also ordered the new big BBQ form the specials menu. My fiance laughed when I ordered it and said it's probably $20 as a joke. While it was a great burger it's wasn't a $24 one. Guess I need to check pricing next time. I don't mind paying premium prices for food but I feel that's excessive. Our drinks did go empty this last time for about 30 minutes and we're charged for something we didn't order. It was corrected on the way out at the serving station. Other than that we've enjoyed our visits.

I have been to iPic before and find the movie watching experience delightful. However, last night was the first time we dined in, while watching the movie. The food was beyond terrible. We thought the menu options were very limited. We started by ordering the cheesie biscuits. We were served three biscuits that had the fell, taste and even texture of being microwaved. We compared it to airplane food, but I think that was even a stretch. Oh and those three microwaved biscuits cost $14. Then came the main dishes, from that same limited menu. We thought we would play it safe and get the margarita pizza and Caesar salad. Playing it “safe” was like trying to pick the least of the worst foods. If that is what we did, how is iPic even in business? The pizza was NOT good, to put it nicely. The crust was the texture of day old pizza microwaved. It felt like biting into cardboard. The rest of the pizza wasn’t any better. I can’t speak to the way it looked, because it was dark, but the way it tasted was awful. It was 8pm by then and my husband and I hadn’t eaten anything since lunch. We were very hungry and even then we didn’t finish the pizza...which was a single serving pizza. It was bland and worse than the cheapest freezer bought pizza. That terribly tasting pizza was $16. The food was kind of expensive to begin with (which you expect at a dinner theatre), but when you add in the quality, the prices were appalling. We had hope for the chicken Caesar salad though. There isn’t anyway, that could taste as awful as everything else. Thankfully it wasn’t bad. It wasn’t that good either. I think by then, we were just looking for something edible. They present the salad to you in full Roman lettuce leaves with the chicken and other toppings gathered on the top/side. They do realize you are eating in the dark right? Do you know how difficult it is to cut up the salad and mix it on a plate in the dark during a movie. It’s dark iPic, no one can see your salad display. Have the lettuce cut at the least. A bowl may also be a better option for people eating in the dark. I felt like a kid using a knife for the first time. It was strange to present it that way. As for taste, the salad was just okay. The bread they served on the side was terrible and hard. I may need to visit my dentist for a broken filling after biting into it for the first time. I would have taken the microwaved cheesie biscuits over that. The only plus side to the menu, is that the drinks were fantastic! IPic, you need to step your food menu up to your drink menu level. The food was worse than any bar food I have ever eaten. It was more like gas station food and that is still possibly giving it too much credit, especially for the higher end pricing. I can honestly say, I will NEVER go there with the intentions of eating dinner again. I don’t know how this place is even in business still, with food like that. The food at other dinning movie theatres are way better. We had expected at least that quality of food for the price. If it wasn’t for the movie itself, I would have tried giving no stars. BEWARE IF YOU PLAN ON EATING DINNER IN THE THEATRE. THE FOOD IS BY FAR THE WORST.

Beware people of color, this establishment at this particular location does not want your business. My colleague and I set out to enjoy a nice movie and drinks on New Years Day 2017. Instead we were stereotyped and treated like we've done something terribly wrong based on a complaint by a narrow minded older couple who complained about my colleague's phone screen being too bright while viewing an incoming phone call. Never mind the fact that the phone was turned on vibrate and that he only viewed his phone for several seconds, plus we were sitting in a corner far off away from everyone else. Nevertheless, we were immediately interrupted by an unprofessional and biased manager, who obviously had no former diversity training or skills in that department because she did not handle the situation well at all. She graciously supported the complaint without once hearing our side. In the end, as we were leaving the theater after spending a little over a $100, we were taunted by the same narrow minded couple on our way out... needless to say, management said nothing, as it appeared this behavior was too supported by her. It's so sad that we still have to live with people who just can't seem to let the past go. It not only shows how ignorant people can be at times, it also displays unnecessary hatred and prejudice. Next time, I will spend my money wisely and go somewhere where this type of embarrassment and unfair treatment is not tolerated. I encourage you to do the same. FYI - I want to give iPic's a big fat "0" stars for you hospitality and treatment of people that don't look like you.
