They'll change your ticket time to make room for another show but they won't let you pick which show they change it to. They will choose the significantly more inconvenient time and forbid changes. They'll only let you refund your ticket if you phone them within 3 days of the notification (by email) despite the show being 4 months away. This is a dirty business practice and I will travel to Vancouver or Seattle next time.

A great place for a range of different theatrical arts. The home of the wonderful victoria ballet! I saw their performance of dracula back in October. It was great!

My mother and her friend purchased tickets to a ballet. Being retired and on a set income they chose seats in a lower price range. When they got there their seats were so tightly packed with the row infront of them that they couldn't fit in between them. They asked an attendant about it and she told them "this is what you get for that price point". They are two small women and they had to sit sideways in their seats the whole show because their legs wouldn't fit otherwise. Had they been any taller they would not have fit at all. They understood that at a lower price point there are some sacrifices, but not being able to sit normally in your seat because the rows are too close together is completely unacceptable.
