A chaque entrée il y avait 4 postes de vérification des passeports vaccinaux et des billets, mais malgré tout la majorité de la foule se présente trop tard pour que le spectacle démarre à l'heure. Le personnel y est attentionné et sympathique. Le cachet de la salle est bien préservé. Les sièges sont plutôt étroits. La visibilité est bonne de partout et la dimension modérée des la salle y donne un cachet intimiste. La salle est bien située au coeur du quartier animé de Trois-Rivières, il y a beaucoup de stationnement à proximité.
