What a great way to watch a movie; reclining seats, smaller more intimate theaters, and you can have a beer while watching your movie. It brought back all the fun of going out to see a movie.

Friendly courteous employees latest feel very welcome my husband and I went a Saturday night date night and we attended the movie excellent show Mission Impossible Fallout and then we went to the second floor to grab a bite to eat. We shared macaroni egg roll w/buffalo sauce and the chicken roll up and pretzel bites everything was excellent. Highly recommend going.

What a great theater experience!! The seats will definitely spoil you! The movie was good, seating was great, atmosphere was really good. Didn't try the food but have heard it's really good. It really exceeded my expectations. I really like how intimate the setting is. There's only about 15 or 20 seats per theater. Just really well done. I'll try to utilize this theater from now on.

I enjoy watching a movie here when I'm in Port Huron. I'm a big guy, so it's nice when you can sit in a huge reclining chair with a meal and a beer! They have an elevator, and handicap stalls- very accessible. I find the prices are comparable to other movie theaters, and the food is not massively overpriced either.

My girlfriend and I went there Sweetest Day weekend to watch Halloween Kills. The movie and theater itself were good but the fact that people were talking throughout the movie and no one was enforcing the “do not talk during the movie” rule was absolutely ridiculous. Twice my girlfriend had to ask people to please be quiet and the second time a guy from the back row said no in a very rude tone. Also the fact that no one is enforcing the no talking rule is completely unacceptable. That night alone ruined my movie going experiences forever. From now on any new movie that comes out I will be streaming at home. Every movie theater in the country has lost my business

Great place to see a movie. Hard to take a large family spontaneous and have everyone sit next to each other because of the asigned seat tickets in popular movies.

Everything about sperrys I absolutely love ,its so easy pre buying tickets online and ordering food to be delivered at your seat while watching your movie ,Service is always excellent, bathrooms are close/clean and food is priced fair .My favorite thou are the smaller size cinema rooms ,the reclining chairs have a table that you can sit your food/snacks on which is such a great idea. Great place to rent the entire cinema room for a private party!!

It's really amazing what they've done with this building! I would think the original builders/owners would be very pleased. This was my 2nd or 3rd time seeing a movie here and it's a great experience. The renovation was really top notch. The theaters are quaint and comfortable; the food is quite good as well. I definitely recommend Sperry's.

Pizza, sliders, and fries were not very good... front row seating in our opinion was way too close compared to other theaters, but that's all what was available at the time. Staff was kind and friendly. I'll still come back, but will eat prior to and NOT purchase front row seating.

Absolutely the best theater experience in St Clair county. It's miles ahead of AMC Birchwood and just a little bit better than Kraft 8. Ticket prices are well priced and concessions are right on and the popcorn is amazing. The seats are first class and are so comfortable. I love the small theater atmosphere I think the largest capacity is 30 and some of the other theaters there are even smaller. The sound is amazing also being that the rooms are so small the sound is just awesome. There is also no sound bleed from the theaters around you which AMC Birchwood suffers from quite a bit.

The seating is amazing. Super comfortable. I didn't get popcorn, but it smelled amazing as well. We have an Alamo back home and this place, once it gets food and alcohol, will give them a serious run for the money. Half price Tuesday was nice. Keep up the great work!!

Lots of amazing food in the restaurant, with great service there too. The theatre is amazing, super comfy reclining seats and great theatre in general. And the $5 tickets and $4 Small, $5 Medium, and $6 Large pop popcorn bundles on Tuesdays are amazing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good movie theatre/restaurant. 5 stars.

Had an amazing experience using the dinner for 2 promotion. I didn't expect food this good from a movie theater. The price was exactly what you would have paid at another restaurant. The interior is beautiful with floor to ceiling windows giving views of the street below. Booths are comfy and the linens are a grest touch. Drinks were unique and delicious creations. They were fairly priced. The peanut butter stout was a real treat. The food was delicious and made well. The dinner and a movie combo was an incredible deal allowing an appetizer, 2 entrees, and a dessert. We had the build your own burger and the fish and chips. Both came with amazing fresh cut French fries. Dessert was a huge surprise as it was presented with a pretty chocolate garnish.

I'm so happy to have this theater in our town!! They make cocktails that correlate to the movies that theyre showing! The food is great and they'll deliver it to your specific seat in the theater. Parking can be tricky at times is only downfall.

Everything Iv ever wanted in a movie theater. The prices are just about the same as everywhere but an excellent service experience. The staff is efficient and the bathrooms were maintained. Good deal on the rewards program and safe cheap parking. They set a new standard for quality comfortable entertainment. I will be returning often.

Watched Detective Pikachu today with my son. The staff was very friendly and answered all my sons questions without hesitation. Even helped when he forgot his headphones on the counter because of all his excitement when they gave him Pokemon cards for coming to watch the movie. The theaters are small but for someone who has children with sensory issues it makes it easier. We had a blast!

Great local theater. Love the seats and cozy feeling. Only down side also has do with seats. Unless they are fully reclined they block the view of lower portion of screen. Maybe 10%. If reclined they are right at the bottom so always in your peripheral view.

This place is awesome!! Staff was super friendly, theater's are small and comfy, and food/drinks are great! We were running late for the movie we wanted to see but were also starving; they have a dinner house and bar on the 2nd floor where you can place an order right where you get your tickets and they'll bring your food right to your seats!! They even offer a vegan burger on a vegan bun!! I can't believe it took us so long to check this place out, but we will definitely be coming back!!

Theater is great, concessions are awesome, I love bringing my kids here for a family movie, or having a dinner and movie date with my husband! My favorite thing about the theaters is the size of each theater. They are small and not over packed. I think that that leads to a better movie viewing experience. It also makes me feel more comfortable bringing my youngest for family movies.

Not very big theater, was way too bright before movie, couldn't see sub titles unless you were in 1st row, inside was like a maze to find where movie was playing. Not enough signs to guide you how and where to check in.

Beautiful place with historical markers. However it is evident that management has not trained some staff on bar/drink knowledge. Very nice staff, give them the tools to do their job!

No a place to go if you just got off work and have a date (just trust me on this one). This place is so cozy, you will go to sleep. Not one complaint, I enjoyed the nap better then the date.

Great place to have dinner, beer, and a movie. This place isn't like your normal theater. The theaters are smaller and more intimate. You are able to order food to watch the movie. The service will bring your food to you in the theater. It's a great place to go for a nice evening out.

Currently still under construction but still has several of the theaters operating. There are twelve in all. I was in number eleven and it was small but cozy and still modern. Can't wait to see everything when it is complete. The staff escorted us to the correct theater and to our seats which was a nice touch. I'm pleased to see a theater in downtown Port Huron again and will be visiting again.

Sperry's Moviehouse is the best place to see a movie. The staff care about my experience. Theaters are cozy and clean. Picture and sound is great. Lots of screens with a great variety of pictures from which to select. Food service in theater, too.

This was and amazing experience. The recliners are electronic and recline quite far. I wish the screen was higher up so that way the unreclined seats caused me to not see the words at the bottom of the screen. Food can be delivered from the amazing restaurant from upstairs. After the movie we went out to eat and had the most amazing mac and cheese. The waiter even went out of his way to divide the food in half so my boyfriend and I could share put food.

Theater: The sound, screen, and seats are all high qual. Tickets are well-priced. The theaters are small so it's smart to buy them ahead of time, which I typically don't do anywhere else. They have an abundance of staff members, and 90% of them are super helpful and friendly. The chairs are really comfortably and recline. The only bad part is if the seat in front of you isn't reclined, and you are, then their seat cuts into the screen. It's clean, well-designed, and the best theater in the area. Restaurant: Really good food at fair prices. They have a lot of vegetarian options, but unfortunately the poutine is not vegetarian. The booths are extremely comfortable, the cups are compostable, the napkins are actually cloth, and it's generally very nice. The music isn't bad either. You order at the counter and they deliver the food to your table. You can have any food delivered to the theater as well. They have a little bar in there too. Happy Hour is 4-6pm. For both, they have a reward system.

Restaurant on one the floors of the building which is super convenient and cool. Loved this place so much, will definitely be coming back again.

Eight small ,modern theaters in a nicely repurposed beautiful old downtown Port Huron landmark building.The hallways to the theaters follow the exterior walls with large windows that offer a neat street scape view as a bonus to what u expect out of a theater today.

I’ve been to Sperry’s Moviehouse in Port Huron twice now. As a former shopper of the old department store, it’s wonderful to see this iconic building given new life. Every staff member is so welcoming, positive, helpful and engaging. I was definitely impressed by the customer service and number of employees around to assist. I love the smaller, luxury theatre style. The seats a so comfortable and the tray tables helpful. There is a cozy, intimate feel inside the theatre rooms and the common space was designed and decorated beautifully with a retro twist. If you haven’t been to Sperry’s Moviehouse you need to try it out because you won’t be disappointed!

Just found out that the old Sperry's Dept. Store which had been closed for a long time has been renovated to a 3 story 12 movies theatre which this afternoon we visited. A great place with really comfortable seats. Just like being at home. You can pick up you food or snacks or have them delivered to you. Great friendly service.

Great old 3 story department store turned into a movie theater. Wonderful restaurant on 2nd floor. Yummy food. Burgers, and Philly cheese sliders are great! Really decent prices for food, drinks and movies. You can even pick your seats online and order stuff from your seats! Very friendly and attentive staff as well. Highly recommended.

If you haven't been to Sperry's Moviehouse, go! Some genius decided to take an old department store in downtown Port Huron and turn it into a cool, comfortable gathering place to catch a drink, a meal, a movie or all three! The building itself, I'm sure, will get a little more renovation, but the idea behind it and what's been completed so far is just great. The second floor has a full bar (with a super nice bartender - so sorry I didn't get her name!) and a restaurant. Throughout the rest of the building are scattered small auditorium theaters with comfy recliners and small attached tables at each seat to accommodate the food that will be brought to you while you enjoy the film. You'll have to carry your own alcoholic beverage from the bar to the movie, but the staff will bring everything else! On Tuesday, the night that we went, tickets were just $5 each and there were specials in the bar for appetizers and drinks. We had a great time for a third of what we would have paid at a conventional theater. It was a wonderful time with friends and we'll be back as soon as we can!

It was our first time there tonight . Every one was so nice and spoke to us The theatre was very clean and comfortable. The seats were comfortable and in proper working order. The bathroom was clean . The concessions were clean and easily accessible. The process of ordering and getting our food was a little slow but they had new employees and we're in training so it was fine. I was very impressed with how friendly all the staff were. It was a nice experience and we'll be back

I love this place! In fact, it is the only theater I will go to. If the movie I want to see isn't there, I don't see it in the theater. I will wait for it to be available at home. Sperry's movie theater is the best movie experience I have had. They are very clean and professional. The seats are very comfortable and spacious. If you go on a Tuesday they have great deals. You can even order lunch or dinner and have it delivered to your seat to enjoy while you watch your movie. Or just grab a snack and a beer.

We love the theater overall but the signage and lighting needs to be ramped up. It's difficult for older adults to find the correct theater matching the tickets and then the theaters are so dark it's difficult to see where the seats are if the show has started. The tickets had a letter and number but we were in the wrong theater. Otherwise it's great.

I'm so glad Port Huron has a movie theater like this. The seats are SO comfortable. Every other theater hurts my neck but this one is amazing. I love that it has a restaurant and bar inside as well. It's great to have everything in one place. The staff is some of the friendliest people I have interacted with.

Tonight was the 3rd night we went to sperrys and the food was disgusting and literally raw. The first time we got chicken fingers, terrible, second time was the personal pizza and it was so raw the dough was stringy and runny. Tonight we got the chicken wing basket (wanted to retry the personal pizza but the cashier said they didn’t have any) The chicken wing was crispy on the outside and raw on the inside and heavily seasoned. I spit it out immediately. We told the cashier on the way out after our movie, showed her the chicken and asked for a refund and she said we needed to come out there earlier before there registers closed. She did give us movie vouchers which we appreciate but honestly just wish they would be better about the food or not serve food at all. This is the third time this has happened so I’m sure someone else has had a similar issue. Switching back to birch wood and Kraft 8. Hopefully things get better because it’s our favorite theater.

It's a very nice place and I love finally seeing the old Sperry's put to good use. The food is above average especially for a movie theatre. They've got very comfortable reclining seats with stadium seating. It's all run on solar power so yeahhh for the environment. Exactly the kind of place downtown needs!

Took my sister to show for her 70Bday to see Cry Macho Great movie Was disappointed the couldn't honor my $20 gift card in register so with Covid 19 since 2020 this is lost we all suffer Then cashier told us we would have to climb 3flight of stairs to see movie I called after movie asked to speak to management explained same as what Ive texted above She had me come back in and and gave me 2movie passes with.popcorn and pop combos She also told me there is an elevator we could have used I thank management for what she could do
