This place is not a good Theatre. Very bad experience... First off the movies are more expensive than the other 2 places in town. Second they won't give butter on the stale popcorn. (they said they don't do that, especially for the kids popcorn because it leaks....WOW!) Then to top it off, when every other Theatre updated their chairs(this one did as well)They put less chairs in to give you a better up close experience, Well.... This place has 100 seats in 1 Theatre so we were in the middle and wet were 2-300 ft away from the screen. I was like watching a movie at home. Ridiculous!

I would have to say better theater than MJR. Now hear me out yes it looks crappy on the outside I'm being honest but on the inside it looks like Luxury theater. Don't believe me go look for yourself. Oh and the seats our like IMAX theater sounds like MJR and IMAX had a baby and this is what came out of it. In the food and snacks the same price as any theater. And they're kept well meaning they keep them locked away good so they remain fresh. I'm talking about the popcorn. I guess that's that. By the way it is smaller compared to those two but smaller can also mean better. If you don't like being in a crowd.

Am resending my opinion on this theater and i am now boycotting this and all Goodrich Quality Theater. I just got through watching the new Jennifer Gardiner movie Peppermint. At the end of the movie my wife and I observed a 10 and 11 year boys leaving the theater with no parental supervision. Now this movie is clearly Rated R. I asked a staff member about this and they stated it is company policy is if the movie is a soft R. Parents can buy their tickets, but do not have to be in the theater with them during the movie. Hard R movie parents must be present. Since when does a company have the right to override the MMPA rating system. There was is no dual rating system for R rated movies. R mean parents must present during the movie. Clearly this Company has no concern for childrens viewing of movie but the only concern to make profit. We challenge our society as to why violence is growing. Yes movies are promoting violence, but movie theaters allow children to watch movies like this without parental supervision, trully where are we going.

This is the best movie theatre around here. Big seats,volume of the movie is perfect and they have seasoning for popcorn too which I love. The employees here are always friendly and the popcorn is great. They have free movies for children Monday-Friday through out the summer too.

For a smaller theater this is one of the best. I chose here over AMC most days. They have all movies at good times. The snacks are reasonable. The recliners are definitely some of the most comfortable, the seating is not as "stadium" as you would expect but it does not take away from the movie at all.

I absolutely love coming here to watch the latest movies. The comfy recliners are so nice to sit in, relax, and watch a movie. As the name suggests, the theater is on Krafft Road, and can have 8 different movies playing at once. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to watch a quality movie, and have a great time doing it.

Three theaters in the area and they all show the same movies. Many great films never get shown here. It's disappointing to me as a fan of watching movies in a theater. Krafft 8 is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and experienced. Otherwise it's just like any other theater; expensive admission and concessions, which remain the theater industry's Achilles heel.

Ehhhh.... Compared to theatres I've been to the choices as far as movies and snack aren't so great. The sevice is usually good though. Weve only had one issue where a group of younger girls were being extremely loud and just acting like teenagers I guess so we asked to move seats and they were happy to help. I wish they had more snack options and movie options, but the theatre is usually clean and the service is great on top of the seats being more comfortable then some I've been in, so I can't complain.

Nice rewards program and free kids movies offered (older shows, not currently in theaters but still a perk). Clean theaters and bathrooms. Comfortable reclining seats. Not as much room between rows as the AMC but it is cheaper and cleaner. Only complaint was that the person at the box office didn't mention a rewards program. The person at concessions took the time to explain but the 4 tickets I had purchased 5 minutes earlier didnt count because that employee couldn't be bothered.

They double booked our seats one night, forcing us to sit off to the side. On another evening they refused to give us a refund on tickets we prepurchased unless we drove out to their location. On more than one occasion we had to wait in very long lines even after buying tickets online because their digital ticket system was down and they only had one person on register. Poor service and policies that don't serve the customer.

Horrible, way over priced when it comes to snacks, popcorn, and slurpees $4.50 for a slurpee.... you can get a large one down the road for $0.89. The kids boxes come with a pop or water. If you want to put a slurpee in their little kid cup it's an additional $4.50 on top of the $5.00 you already paid for the kid box. Then an additional cost to refill it. SPERRYS MOVIE HOUSE is way better. $5.00 kid box includes slurpee and free refills. And they have massage recliner chairs. Kraft 8 is not reasonable Sperrys has it figured out. I would definitely go to Sperrys rather than here

Love this place!! They have been remodeled from seating to concessions and I love it. The ambience of the theater is wonderful. The theater in the mall remodeled also but in doing so they lost their ambience and made theirs feel cold and unappealing to me.

Personal staff, no waiting, mostly clean (some popcorn on the floor, no sticky areas), clean restrooms, volume wasn't obnoxious k the screen. Only complaint is those horrible recliners i hate. I'm too short for them...if i sit back to touch the chair back, my knees are halfway up the seat and it hurts my legs. I wish they would put in optional normal seats for some people.

Nice local theater that is undergoing a phased renovation. The renovation is changing the seating to large powered recliners. Staff is nice and they offer a nice rewards program builds from all purchases.
