Modern, multi theatre establishment with lots of parking as it is part of Lambton Mall. Automated and human ticket sales. Honoured a very old gift card without any problems. Theatre clean and seats in good condition. Did not buy food so no comment about that.

Great cinema. Not too over the top. Easy access to ticket purchase booths. Large selection of food. Staff is usually pretty quick. Clean and comfortable. Facilities are clean and well stocked. Enjoy going there very much.

Excellent facilities. Theatres and washrooms are always clean. Sadly many of the staff I've encountered seem to show little care for their job, unenthusiastic/lazy attitudes etc. And of course totally absurd snack prices.... but hey, that'll never improve! And until it does everyone will carry on sneaking in their own snacks......

Nice theatre, good picture quality. Guys if you are going to Cineplex, veg Nachos with green sauce is a must, its suppeerrr yummy. Must try. Its finger licking. You can finish 2 at a time❤

First time here the other day, was surprised they didn't even have the self serve kiosks and apart from being able to hear some kind of banging next door during the movie, it was good.

Horrible experience with a birthday party. I spent the majority of my time outside of the party room, in line for the food/tickets, etc., , instead of getting the service I purchased so I could host my son's birthday. Not easy with one parent to juggle, and very expensive to pay to miss 90% of the time in the party room doing the theatre's job.

D-Box...remember that! For 3D AVX the D-Box seats are a must if you really want the best movie experience. The added cost is worth it even if you turn off the motion, you get a larger chair with your own arm rests. The chairs are stiff and you cannot manually recline them as that would defeat the purpose of the seat. The screen and sound in the AVX theatre is amazing. Several mobile check-in machines for those purchasing tickets online.

Great place to see a movie. Needs to work on the cleanliness of the theater seating. Had a slightly disgusting sight of smeered chocolate on my seat. Only I could be this unlucky.

Clean place, and pretty much a typical theatre. Biggest complaint is they hold onto garbage movies, and some that I actually want to see, play for about a week, then they're gone. Example: Instead of playing Midsommar, they're using a screen to show Shazaam. Seriously? Who makes these decisions?!

I've seen 2 movies here and both have had problems. Both movies were played at a higher frame rate (not 24 fps) and the projector in hall 8 had a bright spot during the entire movie. Please fix these problems!

This place is very outdated! Old seats and theatre for the same price I pay for leather recliner seats at other locations outside of sarnia. Took my 5 year old to see a movie and I had to hold the seat down for him the entire time! Kind of a ripoff.. the price of tickets should reflect the quality I have come to expect from a cinaplex theatre.

The manager was yelling at the staff and rude to the customers. I don't know nor do I care if she was having a bad day. I would not be back. Also they did not take cash from a kid who wanted to buy something with his own money...they told him debit or credit only..last I checked 10 year olds don't have debit or credit cards.

Nice theater, always a bit loud. Good movies, but extremely expensive. Eat before you go. $55 for 3 large popcorns, 3 large pops, and a tray of nachos.

So happy that this place is open again. Picked our seats and enjoyed the movie. The seating arrangements were nice and comfortably safe from others.

Ever been to a Cineplex before? Well if you haven't, then welcome to Canada. Otherwise, this is like any other from the chain, and it's fairly clean. The kiosks in the front usually don't work and the food is terrible unless it's just popcorn. But the staff is friendly and I've never not had a good time.

Love this place but it is the only option in our area. Wish the connection was a little cheaper but other than that the staff is very friendly and the seats are comfortable. Not really a bad start in the place... except the front 2 rows on the floor.

The best (only) place for Movies in Sarnia. Very clean & efficient & helpful staff. Excellent seating options. Only lost a star because their website & phone messages advertised a a movie at 3pm (no passes) so we had to go to the theatre to get tickets, only to find the doors locked and no one around. This was a unique, experience, and the first of any of it's kind for us, and all other 30+ experiences here have been great.

This theatre only really caters to families with children in the films they host. They usually ignore Oscar nominated movies in order to give children’s animations longer runs. Whoever chooses what movies to host is not a cinephile by any means. That being said I gave it 2 stars because it is generally clean and the minimum wage staff are usually polite young people.

Great cinema! Spacious, good flow, fast consession, clean washrooms, comfortable seating, and the latest in ticketing technology. We bought our tickets online, recieved our etickets then breezed through the line. I like the assigned seating for the special effects movies.

A good movie experience but extremely pricey. Two movies and a shared combo of popcorn and drinks came to about $60. Ouch! A friend went to see the same movie in Port Huron and paid a third of that.

I mean London has a movie theatre where you can practically lay down in the seats, we can barely lean back an inch here. The food is mediocre and beyond expensive. Everytime I go they either have increased concession prices or added a cost to something that was free prior. Its no wonder people are choosing to stay home and netflix rather then go out. The staff are all decent and the place is pretty clean at least.

This theater offers Ultra AVX, which is an excellent way to watch a movie, along with the standard viewing experiences. The Ultra AVX theater also offers reserved seating, which is nice so that you don't have to rush in to get the best seats.

Friendly staff. Competitive pricing. Theatre's are well maintained and clean. Picture quality... excellent. Sound quality... excellent. D-box seats... great... a little overpriced. One thing I would like to see is D-box in a non 3D theater. I love the D-Box but am not crazy about always seeing 3D. Especially for films that weren't intended to be 3D.

I love going to the movies. If you have a SCENE card use it you get 10% off on concessions and after getting points you can get a free movie. Depending on the type of movies points redemption for free movie. Anyway for every movie you see they add 100 points.

Took my Mom to the movies on Sunday and there was a very sick staff taking the tickets before entering. No respect for their customers allowing this to happen. Elders need to be protected not coughed and sneezed on with no hand washing. Won’t be going back with my family anytime soon.

Pretty comfy chairs with headrests, but I really hate how the only non-3D shows that were listed online for Detective Pikachu (the week it came out) were on Sunday, and they didn't have a late show that wasn't 3D. I wanted to avoid dealing with kids in the theatre so I went to a 3D show anyway but my migraine (because I just can't focus 3D movies right) is making me regret even going.

Great seating. Room to sit comfortably. You don' t need to look around heads in front of you. The one negative thing is their stairways . The steps are more than wide enough to have a railing up the centre so as more stable and comfortable up and down. I like the theatre but do not look forward to using those stairs. I' ve seen many people stumble as well. Please forward this to their owners or a manager who can do a fix.

I don't go very often but ordering food and drinks was a Nightmare! Forgot my drink then didn't tell me how or where I'm suppose to wait for my poutine. Yes, we all know it's expensive.. but if it's going to be that much money it should at least come with better service! Theatre chairs are def more comfy

I save up my points and go every other months. I like how you can get points as you redeem there. If I would change anything it would be allowing outside food into theatre. I enjoy going there. Friendly staff there.

Not a bad theater, just bad patrons... I attend roughly once a week and constantly have to tell people to please put your phone away during the show. The new watches that brighten when moved are the worst... People take their shoes off and put smelly feet right beside your head. Staff won't confront these people... The industry is constantly saying revenue is down, I wonder why!!!

Bought ticket to movie for 2 year old. Found out minutes after that the price for under 3 is free. Admittedly it was my fault for buying the wrong ticket, but I was pointed into multiple wrong directions for a refund. Lesson learned. I was also propositioned in the bathroom, but took it as a compliment and went back to eating corn that hath been popped.

We went to a movie during the day with seat restrictions still in place(few months back). Movie was good, workers we're helpful. Unfortunately they only do the regular night shows now that things have opened up more. The earlier shows were better as we work at 5am as well as we like to avoid big crowds. But it was good to go to the big screen again and forget our troubles for a few hours????????????

Well, may be this is selfish but I really think there is a potential of playing Bolylwoood movies in Sarnia since you have so many international students moving in to Sarnia and I have to drive an hour to Michigan to see bollywood movies. There is a business there even if they start with putting one show. Thank you

This theatre has the habit of turning the sound up to extremely high levels even before the movie starts. However, the Captain Marvel movie sound level was much improved. Half my family will wait for the disk release so they do not have to go to the theatre. Bummer for doing things as a family.

Went to see the movie "The Post" Feb 18. The theater was very cold - did not remove my coat the whole time and was still uncomfortably cold!! Why can they not heat to make it comfortable ?
