This theater is renting out full rooms and you can choose the movie. There is minimal staff, limiting your exposure to non family members. Everyone wears masks and the large spaces and high ceilings provide lots of air circulation. We watched Elf and it was a lovely part of my Christmas cheer this crazy year.

Very nice theatre, clean, ample parking, close to the highway and affordable. Reclining soft seats and the bar are a plus but the drinks prices could be cheaper. The bathrooms could use some house keeping every few hours thou.

Had a great time took the kids to see the lion king and loved it. There was hardly anyone there which was nice we went at 4 on a Monday so that's why. But our kids could be obnoxious and no one was seated by us. (Their 2 and 4) the staff was super friendly and let my kids pick out what candies they wanted in their snack boxes. We will be back !

Great place to see a movie! The recliners are very comfy, the inside of the theaters are nice and they seemed to have great staff. The outside of the building doesn't look like much, but the inside is a different story. If you're in the area to watch movies, go to this place!

Had an emergency and needed to reach my daughter's. With phones off in the theater. I tried calling Showcase Woburn 12 +times only to get recordings EVERY TIME!! I I asked for customer service and nothing! Definitely horrible service. No number directly to the Cinema! - 10 * . UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! Will definitely find a new theater! ????????????????????????

We came here and rented a theater as a family of 17 today and the children had an absolute blast! The manager came to greet us and they made us feel like royalty. This is a business that is struggling and will be sorely missed if they don’t survive the corona virus. The attention to cleanliness and safety was amazing. Do yourself and them a favor and rent a theater.

Nice movie theater Saturday January 15th express line nobody to be found. I showed up to a kid waiting for a half hour for a pretzel with no help. Then a couple in front waiting without any help as well. I took action called management and anyone I could see to get things done. Finally people were being helped. We arrived late to our show and I demanded a refund which I received. All I wanted was to surprise my daughter with a good time and this was un excusable the showcase management needs it together I heard this is "NORMAL" I do not blame the hard working kids at the counter I completely blame management for this. The higher ups need to get it together before this movie theater goes out of business over "CUSTOMER SERVICE". "Nobody quits a job they only quit a boss"

Normally wouldn't give a poor review. Website said the theater was restricting the number of available seats to adhere to covid distancing protocols, but when we got there the theater was 100% packed. No gap seats. Every seat occupied. Did I need to go to the movies? No. Did the cinema's website lie? Yes.

Best theater. Reserved seating in recliners. Tons of parking (right off the highway). A small, but upscale, modern bar in the lobby to grab a hot or cold drink before watching any one of 14 movies playing. Friendly, helpful staff and management. This is my go-to theater because it's the best and most relaxing experience from start to finish. The best.

This theater is very clean. The seats are comfortable power recliners. The sound and picture are good. There's a very large parking lot. It's worth the drive, and is conveniently located right off the highway.

Eh. It's not bad. I'm not sure why they do late showings and then close down everything less than an hour into the film. If you're just looking to watch a quick film, I guess this place is ok. If you're looking for a nice night out, I'd definitely go somewhere else. There are plenty of nicer options in the area.

It's a very large and clean movie theater with a lot of movies to watch. It has a small bar which you can order drinks from, and if you are bringing people who aren't adults, they have fountain drinks for $4+. The seats go very far back and are a joy to sit in, which they should be, considering that you'll be sitting in them for at least an hour and an half. Overall, it's a great theater, five stars.

The theater has small rooms compared to other theater's. The seats are nice and comfortable. When we went to see the movie, they hadn't cleaned the floors and people before had spilled so much popcorn. We had to call the staff to clean it.

Great theater for the movies. Has really comfortable seating and the picture quality is great. The prices are crazy for food and drinks but what movie place isn't? Has a huge parking lot, so you shouldn't have a problem with finding a spot to park. While in the movie you can enjoy a nice beer or cocktail from the beer.

I saw Spider-Man: ITSV here with my boyfriend and his family. Sound quality = great. Seats = awesome. Audience = immersed. Food = YUM (but pricey as all theatres are). Clean facilities, good security, good services.

The new cineplex is amazing! I recently watched a movie in one of the auditoriums that had just four rows! And these rows were done with comfortable leather-upholstered recliners. I enjoyed the movie in comfort and style. I was also impressed that they offered a beer and wine bar. I highly recommend visiting this theater!

Renovated theater with the big comfy reclining seats! Keep in mind because of this movies are more likely to sell out. One of the bigger rooms holds ~ 50 people. Tickets are about $13 per person. There is a bar in the theater as well as your normal concession stand options. There is also the option to buy your tickets at a kiosk. There is plenty of parking, the parking lot is very large. And it is easy to access from the highway.

I haven't been there in a good while and I was pleasantly surprised. The seats are great. It was clean and the floor wasn't sticky. Only thing I didn't like was picking my seat at the ticket booth. Showed a few seats remaining and in actuality the theater was pretty empty.

Have been coming here for years. As others have mentioned, there is a FULL BAR with plastic cups so you can bring beer into the cinema, as well as the usual movie fare--overpriced popcorn, candy, pizza, ice cream etc. Never crowded. Spacious, well maintained. All around great place; perfect for families, dates or even by yourself.

Nice staff, pricing for refreshments and snacks a bit steep. Seating is nice with reclining chairs, but the theaters are a bit small. If you are seeing a big show opening weekend make sure to buy ahead of time, because tickets will sellout.

I’ll never give five stars to any place that charges $5 for a bottle of water. Screens are big , seating is awesome and reserved. Just bring your own treats and eventually you’ll save enough money to buy your own movie theater.

Seats are great. Sound is a bit too loud, but that's the same anywhere you go. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive. Had a false fire alarm on at least one occasion. We re-entered theatre and watched movie from where we left off, on top of that the theatre gave us complimentary tickets for future film.

Love the convenient parking. Don't really like walking down those hallways to movie rooms. Could make it more pleasant and convenient to get to your movie. Only reason prefer AMC - setup convenient to entrances of movies. Bad setup. GREAT seats though. Better than AMC Burlington!

Great movie theater. Really convenient to get tickets online or right when you get there. Has your standard food that you could get at a movie theater. Bar is rather nice. And the bartenders seem to know what they are doing. The parking lot is a bit of a maze. Make a wrong turn and you may have to drive all the way around the parking lot. Comfy reclining arm chairs. Not great for date night movie but nice to sit back and actually enjoy the movie. Though get there with plenty of time, it is assigned seating so you need to find your seat in better lighting.

Since the new upgrades, the cinema is awesome. They have recliners which are very comfy. The staff are very friendly as well. The only complaint i would really have is that the theaters are not cleaned very good before the next movie starts and the food is very pricy.

This place is awesome. Newly renovated. Every theater has all luxury reclining seating. Plenty of space between rows also, enough for people to get by without having to move/adjust at all, even when fully reclined. Truly a hidden gem.

The movie experience was really good BUT prior to that we had an issue with our tickets. My husband and I purchased our tickets at the machine and when we presented them to enter we were told that we were missing one of two tickets. It turns out the machine had run out of paper... the manager helped us, he added paper to the machine, but the ticket would not print. It turned into a big deal with the manager running back and forth, it wasn't as easy as them just issuing us a ticket, we had the receipt and everything, I don't know, they were nice and it worked out but it caused a little bit of stress before the movie.

They have nice large recliner seats, full bar, multiple theatres, many showtimes, and plenty of bathrooms. We didn't even stand in a line once. I just wish there was a way to tell online when you're booking seats, if the seats are a pair.

Don't order anything from the kitchen. It was terrible. Stood in line for 30mins waiting for a pretzel and pretzel bites. When the kid finally came out, he handed over 2 pretzels. They even managed to get the order wrong!!! We came early and movie already started since we waited in the line for our food for so long. We missed first 10mins of the show.

It was handicapped accessibility, and I still sat with the 2 friends I went with, I am in a power wheelchair, and they were in the wonderful recliner chairs. sure wish I could get in one those chairs they look so comfortable we had popcorn root beer tonic, I don't drink but water but today I couldn't resist, and after we sat down had a delicious hot dog with more root beer, and MY best MMS chocolate we almost got peanut mms but we decided plain mms they were so good, my whole day was wonderful.,thanks to my wonderful friend.

Favorite movie theater. Has reserved seating. Can order in advance and show up right at showtime. Or pick seats at ticket counter. Every seat is a powered recliner. Has freestyle Coke machine. Solid selection of snacks. Plenty of parking. Great location.

Not a bad theater; with some maintenance and a little more care, this could be awesome. Parking and exterior signage needs maintenance/a refresh. The LCD screens/signage above concessions each look like they need a new backlight. Lobby area really needs more flow control; right now you walk in and voluntarily have your ticket scanned, but there's literally nothing stopping you from just bypassing that and walking into a theater without a ticket. Why not check tickets on the way into the theater area instead? Tickets from ATOM don't scan for some reason and require you to visit the box office. One of the soda machines (the one on the right) does not seem to want to dispense soda consistently; holding the button down only dispenses like 2 tsp at a time. Theater itself has some leather seats that need to be re-upholstered. Otherwise, seats are cozy and the theater looks well-maintained. Picture quality and sound are good!

I had not been here in over 10 years or so. My main theater was Revere Showcase. But stupid Amazon bought the Property. Anyway. This place is very nice. I actually seen two movies on the same night. Theater 2 which was very small but for an older movie. Very comfortable seats. Very clean. Then I did theater 12 one there premium bigger screen. Again very comfortable and nice and super clean.

Most comfortable movie experience ever. The prices for food aren't cheap, but the leather recliner seats are luxurious. The tickets aren't bad in price and they have about 12 theaters. It's a great place to go if you live near it.

Love this theatre. We actually live closer to the Showcase in Revere but that place is a dump. Lines are never really long, people are friendly, they have a nice bar where you can bring a cocktail with you into your movie which is nice. Comfy seats. Just overall a good theatre. No complaints!

Cool cinema and nice job getting your showtime on time. That is the only good parts of my experience. At AMC there is free refills for all drinks and the small icee is basically the size of the large at your cinema. The large($.75 more than the small at AMC) is immensely larger than your large. At my 10:25pm movie(knives out which I highly recommend) I ordered a large popcorn. This popcorn is free refills. During the movie I had finished the popcorn with my party. So I volunteered(as a I also had to go to the restroom at a convenient location) to refill the popcorn. I was told by a young employee that the snack bar was closed 15 after the last movie starts. So I was genuinely upset as I only got the large popcorn for free refill. There was nothing she could give me to compensate for my empty bowl. No sign no indication prior to my purchase at the snack bar of no refills 15 minutes after the last showing. I asked if it was a common problem and she completely avoided the question. Get your manager to fix this problem and either have your employees stop scamming the customers or put up a a noticeable sign. PLEASE!

Impossible to get opera tickets. Screen only shows front of theater. Phone system accepts Woburn as preferred theater. Then asked if I want a refund from Chestnut Hill. If anyone knows how to get tickets for Rigolleto, please advise.

Plenty of parking. I asked for Extra butter on my popcorn. The server just filled the Jumbo tub with popcorn and pointed out the self help butter station next to the pop machine. I ordered 4 Large pops and a Jumbo tub popcorn total was $37.00. the 3D End Game movie was very good. The theatre was clean and so was the restroom. The staff was pleasant, the reclining seats worked and comfortable ????

Great recliners and small theater rooms. Snack and beverage bar with an alcohol bar option. Great place to relax in a home away from home feel. Assigned seating was a surprise. Its a bit in the honor system as there is not a staff member to take your ticket. A nice electronic kiosk is conveniently located to purchase tickets to avoid any lines that may occur.

Popped in for a late night, midweek movie. Pre-ordered tix online to make sure we got the seats we wanted and hung out in the lobby for a bit until the theater opened. The lobby seating was comfy and quiet that late at night. Didn't get anything from the concession stand, but they had a lot to choose from. The seats are big comfy chairs that fully recline which was awesome.

Beautiful place. The lobby is nice and spacious and the theater seats are roomy and recline! My gummy worms were stale and the popcorn was subpar BUT the atmosphere more than made up for it. I will definitely continue to come here.

Took my family to see Aladdin this afternoon. Eleven dollars for a matinee seemed expensive, but what made it worse, is that it must have been 85 degrees in the theater. The lobby area was fully air conditioned, marking a stark contrast between the areas. Before the start of the movie, I sought out a manager to ask for the theater to be air conditioned. He said that he would do something about it. Two and a half miserable, hot hours later, it was no cooler. If I hadn’t asked for air conditioning before the movie started, I could see that no one would have known. It was disappointing that the manager did not step in the area himself to see that my concern was addressed. I am also sorry for the other families in the theater, whom I assured the air conditioning problem was being addressed by management. They were surely just as miserable.

Haven't been here in years, usually go to Revere but definitely will return. Very very clean/courteous & attentive staff. Extremely helpful/organized (picking up online tickets) had question with Starpass points & Ben handled quickly. Concession stand popcorn was fresh & bathroom's very clean! I was picking up my debris after movie (had grandkids) & staff was waiting for me to leave b4 interrupting me guest- even as I cleaned- so they could clean Theater for next viewing. I wanted to post pics of grandkids comfy in Theater but not sure how parents feel.

One of the better theaters around. The seats are nice recliners, though they could use a bit of repair. Popcorn is made onsite, though they make it in bulk for much of the day, it's still quite good. Concession are expensive, but that's movies for you now

Clean organized. Small theaters. I saw 35-56 seat capacity theaters. Not sure if some were bigger. Went to the 7 20pm show. Not crowded inside although the parking lot was half full. Concession line short. Large lobby. Plenty of room to wander. And lots of seats to hang out before or after your show. We enjoyed our time there. Parking lot well lit too.

During COVID you need to order food to get an alcoholic beverage. So I purchased a popcorn and I was told that does “not count as food”. I was very upset because the only reason I got that was to get a beer.

It is a very clean and socially distanced enviroment. You can order tickets ahead of rime and pick your sests ahead of time. Very easy to use internet vacigation. It was good to go to the movies again with my nine year old son.
