Nice hotel. If you check you in after 11pm you will have to call and get the key from a safe vallet. Inside the rooms they have coffee machines and cups but no coffee powder or condiments so make sure you bring your own stuff.

The condos are a good value for the price. The beds and pillows could be improved, however, the bathrooms are clean, there is plenty of parking, the kitchen has everything we need. Bring your own coffee, we thought there would be a few individual packets but got some at the Couche Tard down the road. The kids love the pool and splash pad

WiFi is not free!!!! Ninety-nine dollar fee for wifi, utilities, housekeeping, etc.. As well as 500 dollar security deposit. Is this because of upgrades and air conditioning which was done recently?? This is our home resort, but we have not stayed here for a few years....what a huge surprise! !

(Original) Très beau site. Situé tout près du mont Ste-Anne pour le ski, tout près de St-Féréol-les-Neiges pour la raquette et le ski de randonnée. A 30 min de la ville de Québec.

Pretty happy with our unit for the price. We had 2 bedrooms/1.5 bath, with laundry right in the unit, a full kitchen, and a real fireplace. The kids loved having their own single beds in the second bedroom, and the large dining table made family meals easy. Only downside was the pool not being right on location, but a 1-2 min drive. Overall, we would stay here again.

The floors and the closets in our room were dirty with other people's hair and there were dust bunnies under the bed. The Wifi signal was weak and didn't work well, and the service was mediocre. I would not recommend this resort! Very disappointing!

disgusting. simply disgusting. the manager, the reception, the room. they appeared to not be able to 'find' my reservation even after RCI faxed it to them twice. the most RUDE staff ever. Charge $200 a week for NOTHING! No amenities, no mid- week cleaning, nothing. disgusting place, maybe only ok if you need a place for skiiing, i would never come there for anything else.
