Chairs comfortable. Good selection of overpriced snacks. However, the theater was quite cool and the bathroom was frigid and strewn with toilet paper. The toilet in the stall I used was so low to the ground and the paper holder even lower, it required some effort to rise when finished. Meh.

General movie experience was fine. Nice reclining seats. I like buying tickets ahead so you know you have a seat. But it’s always dirty. They don’t seem to have to have staff to clean up throughout day so it becomes a mess by evening shows. Bathroom is a mess. Lobby is a mess. Frustrating!

The chairs are all sticky and there is food everywhere between the chairs.. it's really stinky in the place too. It's really expensive and we will not be coming back sorry.

Not my favorite AMC theater by a long shot but not bad at all for an older facility. Last time in they had some sort of issue preventing service of their full hot food menu but the popcorn I got as an alternative tasted fresh so that was good. Hopefully the issue isn't a common one as it was rather disappointing.

Convenient movie theater with flexible showtimes. Theater is always clean and comfortable. Only drawback is that the price of a movie ticket here has gone up dramatically since before COVID.

I love this theater because it’s not remotely as packed as the Framingham AMC location(I live in between both this and the Framingham location), the building and atmosphere are fantastic, the service is good, it has a lot better/comfortable seating compared to local theaters, and the food quality is great. The only downside is the food and drinks costs a lot but that is expected for movie theaters so people shouldn’t complain about that.

Picked a dinner-time slot to avoid the populations, and the site staff did very well in keeping safety measures. The only AMC theater that provides drinks and snacks probably because its dine-in location? But even the drink was handled by individual staff with minimum contact. Great movie as well, The Last Vermeer, an art history lecture with stunning resources of the pursing of truth & social justice system.

Seats are comfortable but bring cleaning wipes with you. The seats are dirty. Once wiped down and we're relaxed the movie experience was pleasant. Not too loud.

Arrived late to join my wife and 2 kids in the movies, movie already started more than 30 mins ago. They had plenty of seats/tickets available. I asked to sell me a ticket, but they wouldn't do it, their manager at guest services named Ryan outright refused my request to purchase the ticket, just because he said "he doesn't want to". He was also incredibly rude and was reluctant to listen to any human argument of me needing to join my family. The place has a terrible customer service attitude starting from manager Ryan

I like this place. I've seen several movies here, in different theatres, and I've had great experiences everytime. If you have the AMC Stubs membership, you can get quite a few perks, plus you can reserve your seat, share it with your friends, order snacks and have them delivered to your seat! How awesome is that!!! Enjoy!

Movie was great, reclining in the chair was great, and so was the stash of popcorn inside the seat from the person before me. Nobody cleans anything, all of the buttons to recline are covered in popcorn grease. Free popcorn though am I right?

Reserved seats forced by choice. More seats available in theatre. Great screen. Very comfy. Very clean. Sound still too loud (blanks out other theatres?) and non-surround except for brief moments. Constant noise of eating and chatting. Theatre should rent wireless noise-cancelling earphones or watch at home.

To be honest...I'm not sure what's going on with this theatre. The counter where we ordered food was a hot mess. Dry stains and old receipts everywhere and nothing seemed organized. Both women bathrooms were gross, but one was worse than the other. One smelled like cat pee. Like I said it used to be better maintained and not sure if there is a new mgmt or something but they need to take better care of this place.

Loved the theater itself, loved the seats and setup and whatnot. Being able to pick and reserve my seats online the day before was wicked convenient. The only downside that I experienced was their parking lot was a nightmare, way too small with no overflow parking options we were stuck circling the theater until we finally saw people leaving the front doors and followed them to take over their parking space. If we didn't reserve our seats ahead of time the difficulty finding parking definitely would've made us late for the movie.

On the plus side...the reclining seats were comfortable and the staff were friendly. Food prices were high $4 for a bottle of water :/ They need to work on cleanliness and availability of items. When we went 2pm on a Saturday, there was no creamer for coffee, they were out of other food items, the counters were dirty and garbages were full when we went into the movie and when we came out. There was staff that could have cleaned it up. Disappointing when you pay higher prices to see a movie.

This is a good place to see a film with multiple theaters and very comfortable seats. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are about what you would expect to go watch a first rate film. Parking is not a problem and there is a frequent movie watcher club which offers discounts as compensation for watching many films at this theater as well as a deal to pay a monthly fee to watch films rather than pay per film which might be beneficial to those who enjoy watching lots of movies

Nice place. Older than the theater than I'm used to. Seats were comfortable but some ripped. Prices were good. Staff were very friendly and FRESH POPCORN!!! For the last two I'm coming back here from now on!!

It's a pretty good theater overall. It's got the reclining seats and everything and is slightly less crowded than other locations in the area. Bathrooms are always funky, but there's a lot of traffic in a movie theatre bathroom. I've never had an issue or bad experience at the Burlington AMC. Other than the usual issues of having to reserve seats well in advance and having to wait until AMC lists movies times online, which are problems with AMC in general. The Burlington location is solid.

Theater has been around for a long time, I used to go here in the 90's. The theater has since updated and installed the reclining seats, added a bar in the lobby, and enhanced the snack options. While the facility didn't grow in size the experience has improved and the theater is a good location to take in flick. The screens aren't as big as some theaters and the parking can be a hassle on busy nights, but not bad.

Great theater with friendly staff, excellent amenities (bar and concessions) and comfortable seating. Also, as an Electric Vehicle driver I choose to visit this theater because of the recently added EV chargers in the front lot that are free for 3hr use by patrons - thank you AMC for this!

It is your typical Multiplex Cinema. The cinema I was in had nice comfy reclining chairs in it. However it was not stadium-style seating. We were in the fifth row and the screen was up fairly High. I had to Crane my neck back a bit even with the chair in full reclining position. It looked like we would have to sit in the back row to not be looking up at the screen. We were there on a weeknight for a 10 p.m. show and it looked like they had not really cleaned up the theater from the last movie showing. There were empty popcorn containers and drink cups here and there throughout the theater. Maybe they get lazy as the night wears on and the crowds thin out.

It's a good enough place. The seats are recliner based but the screens are little small. The restrooms can be more clean. I like the location a lot. It's right beside the Burlington mall and there are many great restaurants nearby. This makes dinner and movie easier.

Everything you would expect in a theater. Clean facility including the restroom, solid sound, excellent picture and futuristic seating with assigned seats. Typical food selection and price points. I would join the AMC club for the concierge service and discounts if you plan on being a frequent "flyer." I would also like to commend the business for their workforce diversity.

Nice theater, a lot of good memories here. However, a large group of friends and I all bought opening night tickets for a big release and then found out through refunds in our bank account that we did not have tickets. Apparently, some company bought out the whole theater for the night and they sold tickets anyways. AMC did not inform us of this or make it up to us in any way. As a company, they care more about making money off of 3-D releases or overpriced food than a decent customer experience.

I had a horrible first impression. The lady at the start while I was getting tickets had no clue what she was doing. Also, this seating system where you have to pick your seats?!?!?!-AWFUL. A complete waste of time. The part of it that saved the experience were the seats. They recline to your every command and are comfortable like no other. They make a great movie environment. The seats were so good, they cancel out the one-star beginning, and bring it up to four. Overall, this is a pretty good theater. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind waiting a little bit.

the movie was great, but i have to say that the seats, buttons, cup holders, and on the inside of the seats were horrifying. it’s sticky, clearly not maintained, and the smell is not pleasant

5 stars just for the reclining seats. Unlike some other comments here, I have had no issues watching the screen when the chair is fully reclined. I drive 15 miles to watch movies here when there are plenty of other theatres around where I live, just so I can enjoy the reclining chairs and the free parking!

This is the Closet AMC to me. We go there often because we have the AMC A-list which is a great deal overall. I have gone to a lot of different AMC in the Boston area and I will say that this is the bottom of my list. (yes that includes Braintree). There is low cleanliness in the theaters and the conciseness stands take a long time add in an extra 10-13 min to your arrival time. Almost all the seats are torn in someway. One time there was Melted Ice Cream in one of the cup holders and the entire seat was swarming with ANTS! They gave us free tickets which is cool but not much help because we have the A-list pass. Its nice that there is never a wait at the entrance, we get in very quickly. All in all a slightly sub-par movie theater.

Great theatre!! I love that the seats recline so it makes taking the little kids so much more enjoyable. The staff is so so nice our 1 year old didnt make it through the 3 hr avengers movie... obviously.. but we wanted to try for our other kids. The manager came and gave us all reimbursement tickets to come back and see what we wanted. Wow! What great customer service. I love coming here !

This theatre has been completely renovated! Seats are assigned, but the seats are super comfortable. You can control the footrest and headrest. They also have a large popcorn and large soda special, where you can get free refills.

Fantastic! Faster ways to get seats/buy tickets, you can get your food delivered to you in your seat, and the chairs are fantastic! Plush recliners, man. Only problem might be that you have to pick your seat when you buy the ticket, online and off. They show you a screen with the seating. Otherwise awesome

It's a great place. Self serve drinks with tons of flavors, comfortable and reclining seats, big screens so you can actually see something and many more details that make the movie watching experience very enjoyable. The only problem is that you have to reserve your seats ahead of time online and in person. Overall, it's a wonderful place and I really recommend it.

First, let me say thank you to the management for making the Cinema as handicap accessible as possible, including Closed Captions. The only downside is the wonderfully comfortable lounge chairs make *making out* impossible because of the high armrests between the chairs.

This is an older AMC, probably the least appealing in the area compared Methuen, Liberty Tree or Assembly Row. It is older, but does offer stadium seating with coupled seats. The last time I went, one of the two Coke Freestyle machines had nothing in it. The bathroom smelled like a horror movie. Half of the staff was professional, the other half, not so much. Best of all, they FORGOT to start the movie. I got there 5 minutes late, walked into the theater, and...it was idle and empty. Weirdest thing ever. I'm raising them to a 3 because after complaining to three people over 10 minutes about not having a movie (at this point, 10 minutes late), they agreed with my request to skip the previews. I like previews, but would rather finish up on time, so that was good. And we got to be the only people in our theater, which was a much better way to experience a movie.

Probably my least favorite cinema in the area. Pluses : the food options are very different for a theater - they seem to think people want to eat dinner or lunch at the movies. They offer traditional items as well. They also offer butter dispensers so you can layer the grease on your popcorn. It’s rather small so the single food counter is centrally located and not far from the screen. Minuses: food is expensive! $9 for the smallest popcorn, $5 for most candy. Seats are narrow - I was seated next to a woman and her hips were pushing the armrest right into my side. The sound in the Thester wasn’t great either.

We always go during the matinee or discount night, but if check out their website and sign up for the Stubbs discount it's a good thing. The chairs are exceptionally comfortable....the patrons could be more respectful of the staff. Staff is very friendly ????

Very comfy for both of us, I am disabled. My only complaint is the noise in the lobby was loud and distracting because the doors were left open. My husband had to leave his backrow seat to go close the theater doors well after the movie began.

Not the best AMC in the area (for newer, better accomodations check the AMC at Assembly Row) but a standard AMC nonetheless. They have a number of standard theaters, no IMAX or Dolby. They usually have no issues with screenings in terms of picture and basic sound quality. But the soda machines are typically out of whatever you're looking for and the bathrooms are hell on Earth. Also, I know it's a movie theater, there's bound to be popcorn spilled all over, and it's dark and we're in New England and it gets cold outside, but this is the only theater in the area where I've actively seen mice running around inside. So either the others hide it better, or this location is just dealing with some issues.

Book tickets online, enjoy movie in a comfortable reclining sofa, great picture quality, clean toilet. If you wanna snacks its there but its expensive.. Everything that you would expect in a theater is there.

This theater has not changed much in the past 20 years that I've been occasionally visiting it. The seats are new, the tired carpeting has been replaced, they got rid of the could arcade machines, and there's now a "bar," but it feels the same: kind of sad, but serviceable. The seating is not stadium style, which is a bummer. The seats recline a little and they're pretty comfy. The screens are mostly quite small. The worst part is that the sound really sucks.

I think this theater is great and I love the staff and the fact they are diverse in who they hire. I also love to 2 twins who work the snack bar and how every time we go in they have different color hair and beards- my kids think its hilarious. It's recently updated and has huge comfortable seats + a bar. Now that we are Stubs members and pay no additional fees we can not go wrong! If you want big screens, comfy seats and some serious sound head to AMC!

Went here with my wife. She was in line getting tickets in the lobby, I decided to get our snacks while she got our tickets. WRONG MOVE!!!!! the person at the snack counter treated me like i was trying to sneak into the movies and told me to get back in line. Keep in mind i am a grown man. After we got our tickets we were treated to another attitude from the ticket guy because we did not thank him for selling us tickets. I cant remember the last time I was treated with such disrespect as an adult. There was only two other people in the lobby so there was no way for me to sneak into a movie. The other couple was visabially appalled by the way I was treated. I will be sure to spread the word of how I was treated here.

Love this theater. Comfortable theater with extensive parking. They have comfy recliner seats and excellent sound system. Online Ticketing system is accurate which has seat map options and allows seat selection. From last couple of years, I along with family and friends have seen movies here several times and it's always great! However, snacks are Expensive like all other theaters.

Facility is a bit worn, but otherwise have had positive viewing experiences here. Theaters are small and intimat which is nice. The only related negative there can be getting seats for more in-demand films.

Spacious seats, but the whole venue was really filthy. And 3 tickets for $53. $35 for popcorn and drinks. Total, $88. Make it worth it, otherwise why would I go? Price bothered me, but cleaning should be attended to, or it's just a really disgusting experience. Soda sugar stuck to shoes. Bathrooms bad too. Gross. We go to the movies a lot, so it's too bad! It was bad the one time we went last year too except the ticket guy was super rude. This time the ticket guy was helpful and nice to us.

Love the seating and buying tickets on line with assigned seating. But I wish that you guys had cups for kids that way if they want water I can buy water and then put them into a cup that won't spill water all over your very nice seats. Just charge a $1 for the soda cups rather than charging me for soda that I don't need.

Cinematic experience includes reserved seating, and reclining automatic chairs. Typical cinema food. Despite how recently the chairs were put in, a few have cracked or damaged covering. A great place to see a movie on the big screen.

This is usually my go to place for YEARS. Today, Sunday no pats game the place is obviously going to be busy. There is ONE PERSON working the food counter. Yes I’m sympathetic to the staffing issues. The manager should be out there working along side their staff. Unacceptable. When asked for a manager “not sure they’re somewhere”. Probably in the back office playing word with friends while their staff is thrown to the wolves.

The AMC Burlington MA left a big chunk of office staple leather recliner to my 6yo son sat on. The staple was sticking out and gave my 6yo son with a 4 inch bloody cut in the dark. When we reached out to the manager, he tried to lie about finding no object in his inspection. But the house was filled with next show’s audience, he would not be able to check the seat. We insisted to look at the chair to make sure no one stank the seat with needle or infected object. The manager found the sharp outward pointing staples on the leather cover. He explained why it was there as if we should just accept to be cut. Their GM finally reached out 2 days later, stating she will file an incident report. As of now, the Theater offered no apology for their negligence nor did they offer any recovery such as a simple refund. They just told me to wait for their insurance company to contact me. Who knows how many of those staples are lying around. Wasted 6 hours to inspect the chair and in the doctor office. The movie was brilliant but the experience was horrifying. I will never return again.

I had a great time watching Godzilla (although the movie itself left a lot to be desired - like acting lol). I ordered my ticket online with a concession order to be delivered to my assigned seat just after the movie started. I arrived a little early and set up my super comfort seat to recline, and right on time my food appeared in a convenient bag. I purchased the sliders, some chocolate covered raisins, and a bottle of water. The sliders were a little dry, but the rest of it was as advertised. I especially enjoyed the ample elbow room despite people sitting around me. Overall this was a good experience and I kind of want to go watch more movies now.

Standard movie theater... wished that I knew the front of the theater from the back when buying my tickets from Fandango!!! I'm tall and was in the 2nd row from the screen...so I was looking up all the time ...not comfortable!

How was this theater not updated or cleaned during covid, You had the opportunity to fix ripped seats and do a deep cleaning. Theatres do not seem to be cleaned between movies. Went to about 7 movies here this summer and especially now it should be cleaned * the seats, the cup holders, the buttons to recline) I have to bring my own Lysol wipes and towels and we clean everything before we use them .

Amazing seats, nice food selection and great sound. But the bar is a bit run down, taps weren't working, and the plastic glasses are a far cry f dry on the glassware they show you during the previews. Parking is a challenge on a Friday night. But for watching a movie its decent.

I enjoyed the reclining seats and the movie experience with the people I went to the movie with. The quality and price of the concession stand were terrible, we threw most of the food we bought it tasted bland and was priced very expensive to better alternatives outside the theater. Everything is super loaded with sugar, salt and other ingredients that don't belong to the chemical table. I believe the movie business has a lot of opportunities to innovate before the movies experience becomes history.

Glad to be back at the movies, but this place is a mess...bad covid setup...no napkins anywhere, just a roll of paper towels... Nevertheless I'll go back it was Friday night there were 5 people in the theater that was nice!

My favorite theater for the area. Has the reclining seats, always clean. Reasonable prices, especially at the matinee showings. They also do have a senior/military discount but only for the more expensive showings. The parking lot seems always overcrowded, and kinda small, so don't expect a great parking spot.

Love the seats. So comfy! And you can pick them ahead so that leaves more time before the movie for whoever you're going with to make you a little late and then still end up on time! Always clean and there are restrooms on both sides so when there's a line- just pop over to the other side! Perfect. Four stars because snack and drink prices are just absurd.

The seats are very comfortable, but show wear and tear. The bathrooms were filthy and looked like they had not been cleaned in days. The snack bar was out of many snacks and only had two water bottles in stock.

Go see Jungle Cruise. Fun, light. adventure movie. Great story, flows well,, different and unexpected events. Some cool scenes you can tell it's Disney. Best Summer picture but that's just my opinion and taste. 5 stars is for the movie.

Best to buy your tickets online ahead of time, otherwise your movie may be sold out. Their reclining seats are comfy. You can skip the regular food line with their VIP card so you don't miss the start of your movie.

Theater of choice in the area, and does not disappoint. Very nice theater that holds up to the ever increasing standards of assigned seating and reclining seats. The theaters are quite small compared to some "superplex" complexes but I favor the smaller theaters as certain showtimes (Sunday AM) can become quite low in price. 3 weeks after opening weekend most blockbuster films will drop to a very favorable ~$8.50. Theater is always clean and staff are polite.
