New updates screens with 6 good size theaters. Very accessible if your in a wheelchair or using a walker. This place has a big handicapped washroom facilities more then big enough for a electric wheelchair or smaller mobility scooter.

Galaxy has gone downhill recently. The most recent visit we were watching The Meg and every time the shark swam nearby, emitting a deep bass sound, the speaker responsible for this was entirely blown and made a terrible clapping sound. Fix the place up or continue to decline.

Clean cinema n no problems going in also picked seats where we wanted. On a surprise positive note glad to see they brought back the popcorn flavours back even though you now have to pay for it. Several of them available to choose from.

Why do you continue to show movies in 3-D? 3-D is garbage and because you force 3-D showings on us I've been driving the extra distance to go view movies at Landmark Cinemas in London. I used to catch about six movies each month at Galaxy Cinemas in St. Thomas but now only go a couple times a year because of the forced 3-D showtimes.

Great movie theater in the area. It does lack some of the features of other movie theatres, like AVX or luxury seating. However, the business is consistent and the location can't be beat. I find myself at this theater usually once a month and I vastly prefer this theatre than driving into London. I would love if they invested in newer equipment, seats, and AVX / IMAX. Until then they are still great, And I will definitely come back.

Exactly what you would expect from Cineplex Odeon, straight Galaxy style with that blue and yellow flair. Smaller than the usual venues, compensating with a vivid visual entrance outside the building and reels in the locals with six screens. A great place where families come together, and return to as eagerly as their first visit! Sit back and enjoi!

Went for the first showing of the day. The theater was scheduled to open 20min before that but opened 5 minutes late. I wouldn't normally care but when they finally opened, only 1 cash was open. When we finally got our food the movie had already started and there were people behind me in line who were just as early. This was my first time at this theater and will be my last.

I just went to see Joker with my buddies a couple days ago and as always Cineplex is lovely and the people working there are always very nice. Especially scene cards are magic I just got a big drink to bring with me like it was nothing and my friends were like ????

for me, its important to not feel pressed or rushed when going to the movies and even though there is VIP seating , honestly I have never seen a sold out show to anything i've gone to and thats huge for me. Its proximity to where i live is real nice so it gets personal bonus points heh.

Opening weekend for Infinity War. Better buy tickets early before it sells out? Gotta get to the theater early to make sure we don't get stuck in the first row? Nope. Not even close. Only screen playing the movie was less than 25% full. Theatre is well maintained too. Overall great experience, other than the half hour of commercials before the movie. Seriously, they are now showing commercials, then previews, then more commercials. Give it a rest, already.

Small movie theatre compared to those in London but this also means that it's not as crowded & easy to get in at the last minute (most of the time) to see a flick. Seats aren't reclining & could use some lumbar support.

This plane honestly needs a make over. The entrance isn't bad but the seats are awful. There is no staff checking in on the rooms and it's really not that clean. The prices for food is absolutely ridiculous... and the pop corn really isn't that great. The points system had become a joke.

Good experience always. But the food and drink are super expensive so be prepared for that. Always enjoy the frozen yogurt they offer. If you have a Costco memebership it's cheaper to get the tickets from them. But we go often and the family always has a great time. Highly recommended

Went to see Avengers: Endgame last night. Seemed like they had no air conditioning as it was extremely hot in the auditorium. It was very disappointing having to watch such an amazing movie with sweat running down your face. Many people were complaining and uncomfortable. Just a terrible experience.

We arrived 15 minutes prior to our show start and we were still late going in because there were two super slow staff behind the counter, and the manager was no help since she stood at the podium chit chatting with another staff. Incredibly disappointed with this experience... I willnot return to Cineplex. The extra 20 minute drive to Landmark in London is WORTH it.

The reclining seats didn't actually recline. They just kind of tip back a bit. When you tip your seat back, you have to hold your position with your feet. After a while your ankles get too tired to hold the position and you're back to sitting upright. If you have trouble reaching the floor, leaning back is futile.
