They must have poor internet connection at this theater.... because the movie screen kept going black while watching End game(joking). But seriously, 4 times during the movie the screen went black but we could still hear the audio... completely ruined the experience for me. I will not be coming back

Was just there today... to say the least. Staff was cranky and irritable. Me and my mother stood at the place where they take your tikket for a good 7 min and noone showed up. So we just walked right past the booth. If i where an untrustworthy person i could have snuck into the movie no problem. Fix your security guys. Smh????

My teen son took his GF here about a month ago and mentioned that it was filthy, I had assumed it was just a busy night. However hubby and I went for a date last night and it was horrible. Normally we get some popcorn & drinks, but a place that can't even do simple tasks like sweep a floor or keep up with trash is certainly not cleaning the kitchen area. I don't recommend wearing your nice clothing as there is food and gum stuck to the seats and old sticky pop all over the floor. The management should be replaced as this used to be a great theater.

With a population of 84,000 surrounding it expect this theatre to be busy. The staff are young so be patient; for most of them this is their first job. The theatre is good, though it is small for the demands of the popular movies so come early if you want good seats. You will have to sit through a ton of commercials before the movie; bring a noise canceling headset to block them out if you're alone. That honestly is what keeps me away from movie theatres in general. If Hollywood wanted more theatre revenue get rid of the commercials and I would go to more movies. Anyway another rant for another time. Vote with your dollars it's the only real democracy.

I have only been here a handful of times as I’m not a huge fan of movie theatres. We have brought the kids here a few times to watch whatever was popular at the moment. It so expensive for a family of 5 to come out after you get everyone a drink and a snack. Recently, the wife and I had a date night (without kids) and we watched the new Jumanji movie. It was a packed house but we still enjoyed the night out.

Went to see Avengers movie today but was very disappointed because the projector cut out 4 times during the first hour of the movie. We have over looked bad experiences in the past chalking this up to staffing problems at this location but this was the last straw! In future, we will drive a little bit further and go to another movie theatre either Landmark or Cineplex. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Went to watch End Game and the movie projector crashed 4 times until we decided to leave which was about an hour in to the movie.We did get vouchers but they expire in December and we didn't get refunded for our food. Very disappointed by this theater lately. We wont be coming back to this location. Instead we will go to St.Albert theater.

It's great having a local movie spot in a smaller town :) I find the box office lines move faster here than at other cinemas I have been to, tho the snack line tends to back up a bit. Seats are decently comfy, even the front row seats don't strain my neck too bad whereas other larger places do. It's kept very well maintained and I haven't had my foot get glued down by dried up soda! They also do a great job keeping the restrooms tidy which is a big thing!

Seats are ripped and have sharp metal poking through. Theatre #3 has numerous ripped seats and upon sitting a sharp metal part of the seat jabbed into the back of my pants and made a hole. Secondly, the screen flickered the entire time during the movie as if someone was turning the brightness up and down constantly. Very distracting. This visit was a free visit as the previous time visiting this location, the movie was constantly interrupted and also experienced technical issues. We will not be returning and do not recommend.

Some things you need to fix: #1 number the seats in the theatre to match the computer layout. #2 put hooks back in the ladies washroom. #3 put paper bags in the sanitary products receptacles in the ladies stalls. #4 consider lowering the price of your small popcorn. It's grossly overpriced and I will pass on it from now on.

The had tonnes of staff but almost none of the were actually working. A bathroom was closed for 'cleaning' the entire length of the movie...it should not take that looks to clean. All the theaters are reserved seating so you will always know which seat is yours. They have all the standard items at the concession. I do recommend using the Atom app to pre buy your tickets and snacks, that way you can skip the line.

We always go just to buy popcorn to go when we don’t feel like going to see a movie and always get the large bag and the “refill” in a second bag because we are taking it “to go.” It’s never been a problem until now. Apparently it’s not a “buy one get one, that’s how head office sees it.” Maybe head office should implement a .50 or $1 extra charge for the other bag or something. Customer service is everything and this is poor service. Movie theatres buy popcorn at such a discount and sell it at such a premium. This shouldn’t be an issue. They aren’t going to go bankrupt. It’s not the end of the world. It’s popcorn lol.

The theatre has an automatic ticket system. However there was only one employee serving snacks. So we had to wait approximately 10 minutes in the line.

Showed up to a Friday matinee 40mins early and there was only 2 people working so we couldn't even get through the line in time and the move had already started. The one guy serving people kept disappearing into the back to do God knows what. Maybe this company should focus on employing more people. The other lady behind the counter just kept making excuses and didnt even apologize or try to accommodate. No wonder so many local business are failing

Smaller community theatre. Limited in how they can move people through the door so typically it has a long slow line up to buy your ticket and purchase food. Strongly suggest getting the Atom app and save yourself some frustration. The place is always clean and staff friendly.

We frequently goto a Cineplex in Edmonton over this theatre. We used to goto this theatre almost every time, but they are just as expensive as a Cineplex now but with less quality. Update 2019: now the concession and ticket purchase are in the same line up, so if purchase tickets online before hand your stuck in the same long line up. -1 star.

This place is just 5 mins drive from us. I am new in the City and I loved watching movies. So far so good. The first movie that We watched John Wick and it was excellent. Service is fast..clean surroundings and not too pricy. ;) the second movie we tried is Alladin. But, unfortunately, I noticed something after the movie. trashed are all around. Please be reminded. I know there are staffs who actually can clean up after. But is it nice to be disciplined enough to throw your garbage properly to where it should be? Do not wait for someone to clean up your own mess. It's nice to have a cinema that is clean and smell good whenever you feel watching a great movie.

Movie had no sound after 30 mins in. We were asked to leave as it couldn’t be fixed. They gave everyone 1 ticket each for a free movie. What about the 40$ in snacks we bought to watch the movie. Very disappointed. This is the second time this has happend at the same theatre. A refund would have been better considering we didn’t get to “enjoy and watch” our movie. Such a joke

Place seems to be understaffed at all times and the workers are at a near running pace to get cleanings done. As well I noticed that it smelt of decaying animal in a part of the theatre, so dont trust the over priced food there.

Just average service. Staff was chatting and kept me waiting at the concession. When I presented my phone to redeem my online tickets purchase I was told to redeem them "over there..." Like I should know where that is. I'm not impressed with the level of self service expected at your theatre.

Nice theatre. Small but still nice. 40% of the seats are too close to screen for my liking but it is rarely very full. Only two ticket machines and one broken. Only one ticket agent. Pretty good lineup at 6pm as lots of shows starting. Didn't see showtime board behind ticket counter. That's annoying.

Only reason I am giving one star is for the price. Bought my tickets online and had assigned seating...great. Arrived at the theatre half an hour in advance to get snacks. The place was lined up out the door and everyone that either wanted the concession or even to buy tickets were in the same line! Total disorganization. Anyway we didn’t get to buy any snacks for the movie, and looking around when we got in almost everyone else didn’t either! Their loss! I will go to the city from now on!

This is a smaller cinema but had all of the bells and whistles of the larger cinemas. My greatest pet peeve about the Cineplex theatres is the sound level tends to be excessive. Concession prices are comparable to other places, but the ticket prices are lower.

Could have earned 5 star but volume in theaters is extremely loud and concession line was excessively long. They need to keep more cashiers on shift. We would've missed a large portion of the movie had we continued to wait in line.

My wife and i went to go to Jamangi, we were not aware that it was assinged seating any other time we have gone it is sit where you like. The theater had not been cleaned all day then we were asked to get out of seats because this guy and his wife and kids went to complain to management even though they had great seats 2 rows behind us but that wasnt good enough. If you are going to have assinged seating then maybe they should have someone seating everyone. Had to argue with management to even get my money back. We will never go back i would rather travel to the city to watch another movie. The sad part about all of it is that they dont care.

Inexpensive way to see brand new movies. Theatre is old but it is kept very clean. Lines are minimal, and the theatre isn’t packed even on opening day for major blockbusters. Staff are always friendly. I love that you can pick your seats before going! This place may not be fancy, but it is well managed and reasonably priced.
