Great location, very cute. Not too expensive. The restaurant attached was pricey, but delicious and had phenomenal service. Our room had poor ventilation though so every time we took a shower, the room would get incredibly muggy and actually started to smell a little mildew-y after a few days. That being said, the room was clean, well maintained (despite its dated-ness), and affordable, and the hotel was centrally located. 4 stars from this team.

Beautiful theater with wonderful sound. Went to see Bruno Pelletier. His voice and the sound of the orchestra was just a pleasure to experience. I think any show in this theater would be well worth taking the time to experience.

Don’t be confused and turn away from Le Capitale because you think it is a theater instead of your hotel. This turn of the century theater has been converted into a hotel in one of the most interesting remodeling jobs. There is still a theater as well as a restaurant on the ground, but back behind the front desk is the hotel. The rooms are really unique, two floors with the living room and bathroom downstairs and the bedroom up in a loft. They are by no means huge, but are very homey and comfortable. The bathroom is very quaint with a clawfoot tub. The wifi is also super fast. The location is great, a quick walk through the old city walls into the historical district. It’s a small town, so from the hotel you can pretty much get anywhere within about 15 minutes. Parking is valet only, but they are pretty quick to retrieve for you.

There is a vibration, an energy that emanates from this mythical room. The refurbishment of this theater is magnificent. We have gone to eat at the resto about 10 different times this summer(2016) and the food is always delicious. One day at lunch, I forgot my purse at the Restaurant, and I had lot's of cash in it also, cause I needed to pay different bills. When I realize after 4 hours that I forgot it there, I went right away, and they sent me to Mr. Laval Tremblay the restaurant maitre D. They found my purse and gave it back to me intack, not missing one penny! OMG they are still honest people in the wonderful world. Thank you so much! We will certainly go back!

Nice joint! They are still in construction. Was there for a book launch. Was a little awkward and crowded in the theater for cocktail party event. Too much lost space and difficult to get through the crowds. I think that was a silly thing though... That they decided on a theater for a food and wine tasting event -room for the providers and none for the guests!

On the other hand, the theater disappointment, no respect for the distance we were almost seated on the other table next to the server even had a hard time going without hanging on. The not too comfortable chairs, folding chairs with the padded backrest. For those who had the bad ventilation mask, we were very hot. (Good for germs). Excellent food. The show was excellent. Par contre la salle de spectacle déception, aucun respect de la distanciation nous étions quasiment assis sur l'autre table à côté même le serveur avait de la misère a passer sans s'accrocher. Les chaises pas trop confortable, des chaises pliantes avec le dossier rembourré. Pour ceux qui avait le masque mauvais ventilation nous avions très chaud. (Bon pour les microbes). Excellent la nourriture. Le spectacle a été excellent.

Your hotel ruined my whole trip in Quebec City. The hotel is very disappointing and affected my family's mood. The front desk is unreasonably rude. Loved the location but the service and the rooms are horrible. Wish you bankrupt soon so that you can scam people on more. BYE BYE!!!!

Paid for the price of rooms with open window and beautiful outside view, yet the front desk put my family in the only two rooms with no outside view, the window view is the inside of the hotel, a view of stairs and the front desk. Rooms smells funky yet No fresh air or anything. People can literally see into our rooms from the stairs. The facility is awful. Bad service. Will never return, ever!
