In short, the odeon cineplex offers the same services, if not better (more activity, service and cleanliness of the premises) than the Loretteville clap. (Original) Ce cinéma a beaucoup de potenciel, mais en général, il est juste la version médiocre d'un cinéplex odeon. En positif, je dirais que l'endroit est vraiment génial. C'est très beau, il y a une librairie et beaucoup de place pour seulement s'assir et prendre un café. Les bancs sont très confortable et la qualité du son dans les salles sont excellente. Tristement, l'expérience est un peu gâché par la qualité des services. À l'entrée, un samedi soir, il n'y avait qu'on seul employé à la billeterie. Même si j'avais acheter mes billets en avance, il a fallu que j'attende 20 minutes en ligne pour que l'employé scan mon billet. De plus, l'endroit était un peu bordelique. Je suis aussi déçus qu'il n'y ai pas plus de représentation voa (version original anglais). Bref, le cinéplex odeon offre les même services, sinon meilleur(plus d'activité, de service et propreté des lieu) que le clap Loretteville.

(le film étais a 21:40 et nous sommes arrivé dans nos sièges a 21:38) et on attend .. on a attendu 30 minutes pour que le film commence mais il ne commencais pas... alors un des client se lève pour aller voir ce qui se passait... il reviens en disant que le staff avais l'air confu et qu'il débuterais le visionnement ... alors le film commence... les lumières de la salle reste allumé ... mon ami doit se lever pour allez dire au staff que les lumière sont encore allumée ... ensuite on se rend compte que le sont était médiocre .. surtout que nous avions l'impression qu'il venais juste de l'arrière de l'écran... aucune réponse ou ajustement ... après le film, quand nous sommes sortie, le lobby et l'aire commune étais déserte... aucun staff .. vide ... on pensais pratiquement que c'étais fermé ... WOW ... expérience qui ne donne VRAIMENT PAS le gout de le recommender ou d'y retourner...

Et coté nourriture supérieur en tout points. Le popcorn a plus un gout de beurre que de sel, merci.
