The staff is friendly, but the theatre is very dirty and the seats are kind of gross and several are broken and stained. It needs to be shut down for a week for a deep cleaning and seat upgrade.

I really like the 3D movies in this place and you can also buy snacks and stuff at the concession desk but it will cost you a lot, don't forget to use your scene card, 1000 points is a free movie.

Great, friendly staff and management. Only downside is with only three theatres, it has gotten pretty worn out and doesn't have a lot to offer. It looks like they are switching over to self-ordering tickets in the front, which is really easy.

automated tellers..confusing to use. theatres were cold inside and when staff was approached..they said the heat was on automated timers..so we froze our arses off watching a 2D movie for $14.00.. save your money..get the dvd release...

The seats are not big people friendly and they should of renovated during Covid-19 when it was closed. I am a bigger guy and I barely fit into the seats between the plastic arm rests. It was doable but not comfortable. It's a movie theater from the 90's that didn't get the renovation it needs.

This is an ok movie theatre. Not the worst but far from the best. Take the old lady for a nice movie and popcorn or spank one out in the dark alone, your call. The place gets its job done, it shows movies.

This theatre needs a huge upgrade. New comfortable reclining seats. More leg room. More of a selection on foods. More than plain of popcorn, one candy and a drink. Or nachos.. More variety! Different drinks, a slushie machine!! Actual 3D MOVIES.

Good popcorn and good service, other than that the seats and sound system needs work. Theatre is decent if you want to see nothing but generic blockbusters, if you want to see smaller movies or indie movies your best bet is to wait for the city. No wonder a lot of people choose to stream movies online instead of seeing them in theatres these days

Service is always good and the movie selection is decent. The building is not equipped for winter weather. The staff if bundled up and forced to serve people in the freezing cold lobby because the heating system doesn't work. The theatres themselves are freezing cold. I usually go every week and spend a good chunk of change when I do, but I will not be going again until the workers and other patrons get proper heating in the building

I love going to the movies......but this movie theater is outdated.....can smell the old seats and the old carpets. Needs to be updated. Id stop going but where the hell else am I going to go? The whole theater needs to be updated.....the newest thing there is that there is no one at the front window.

The low rating is not a reflection of the friendly staff at the concession stand. There is no personal service when you enter, All ticket services are automated. The theatre itself is run down and a bit dreary. The third screening room was clean but old. We could occasionally hear the movie playing in the next screening room and frequently the heating system (?) was kicking in and very very loud. There were many broken seats. Now all that being said the prices for admission are the cheapest I've seen for a Cineplex theatre.
