Ordered through mobile app. Picked curbside pickup due to lineup in drivethrough. Waited for over 10 minutes before an employee came out and said the McFlurry machine was broken. Then he offered us a substitute such as a smoothie ???? I asked for a refund which he said no problem. It's over 12 hours and no refund ????

I have never gone into a place that was more disgusting than the Port Hawkesbury McDonald's. We went thru drive-thru and they gave us wrong drinks. Then was told to go to wait spot. After 10 mins I went inside to find out where food was. NO ONE behind counter had mask on or gloves. After waiting another 10 mins I finally spoke to someone. They brought bag over and I opened it. We ordered a big Mac meal and a cheeseburger with bacon and paid extra money for big Mac sauce. It looked like someone chewed up the bacon before putting it on my burger. Should have taken picture before I left. On top of food being cold and nasty, there was no one who spoke English properly. I have no problem with other cultures but do have a problem with laziness and no professional development. The manager was not interested in my complaint or complaints of 4 other ppl who also asked to speak to him. I will never go back there again and im sure neither will the other customers that were there. I live in neighborhood and this is totally unacceptable. Never again!!!!

Arrived about 10 minutes ahead of closing time for the restaurant. When we got out of the car and walked towards the entrance, an employee raced to the entry door to lock it to keep us from entering, then raced back to the kitchen rather than letting us know nicely that the dining area was closed and to use the drive through. Got the message loud and clear and decided to go elsewhere, I’d suggest anyone else do the same. Steer clear.

I'm changing my review from a 4 star to a 1 star. While waiting to be served. The manager waited on the couple in front of me and then just walked away. He didn't even give the couple their order number. When I did get waited on. My order was 2 coffee . Both with sweetener and one with milk. Plus one was supposed to be decaffeinated. Both were regular coffee. Both had sugar in them ( I'm a diabetic) so not good and both had cream in them. That is like the 4th time. I been there and my coffee was messed up.

One of the worst McDonalds I have ever been in. No ice in the machine, tables were not clean, drink area was a mess of spills and ketchup. Staff were too busy chatting with no one cleaning...and this was not a dinner rush as it was 3pm on a Sunday.

It's McDonalds. I just expect normal McDonalds service. Not at this location. The lady working the pay window was very cheerful, telling everyone to have a wonderful day and overall was just great. The inside of the building was very nice, looked very clean and the bathroom was clean so that's a plus.

Floor and tables were very dirty, it was hard to find a table that was decent enough to sit at, and when we found one I had to wipe down my chair. They forgot to pack my daughters drink in her happy meal. Now that being said, the lady at the counter was a gem! She was so sweet and had great customer service. We will be back for that reason.

I had to wait 14 minutes for a coffee and laute to then be told that the latte machine was broken ????. Getting close to 4:00 and I was the only customer there at the time. All of a sudden the place filled up. No fault of the cashier as she was the only one working. There were 4 other employees in the store when I got there one being a female management I assume as the uniform she had on. I think she thought it was more important to play around with 2 of the other employees as to help the poor girl on cash. I did get a little frustrated after 12 minutes waiting but assured the young cashier and the poor girl trying to help her get caught up as it was starting to get very busy. First time in all my years going to McDonald's I've ever experienced anything like that. Glad I wasn't getting dinner ????

This is a nice McDonald's. It is always clean and the staff are very friendly. I wish it had a play structure or something for kids, and they do sometimes get very busy and forget small things from orders, but they're always very quick to correct any errors and just incredibly friendly. They keep their high chairs nice and clean and make sure to wrap the tops after cleaning, and include a bib and wet wipe, so you know it's clean.

As McDonald's go, this one seems to be running at half mass. During a rush (by small town standards ~8ppl & drive thru) your gonna wait a while to place your order unless you use the kiosk. Kiosk machines are always out of paper so good luck knowing your order number. Additional (McChicken) sauces exist only in styrofoam cups, not sealed packages like every other McDonalds, which they charge more then elsewhere for too. Food is, well it's McDonalds so pretty standard, par for course.

Disappointed that the main seating area was closed and only the drive thru open. Hand washing before eating is essential. Closing the seating area seems to just be aimed at saving cleaning snow storm. Decided to go elsewhere

Staff was friendly. But to be honest i regret buying Macdonald's meals other than egg mcmuffins. It sits in your stomach like a lead wait. As well i was shocked to see a Restuarant closed to the punlic at that time of night.
