Going to the drive-in was a great way to spend an evening in PEC. I loved how nice the staff were when we were greeted at the entrance, even in the rain! Would definitely come back next time I'm in the County.

Old fashioned fun complete with quirky details and squeaky chained swings in the playground. The sound system has been updated to the car radio, the bathrooms are... old, and spider-filled, but it just adds to the atmosphere. Concession was fast and efficient, food was 7/10. Great experience, a lot of fun!

Its was great but i had a hard time to figure out how to connect the radio to my 2015 Rogue? My car shut off every so often so we had to start again i put the hand break on. There open starting every thurs night starting at 7:45 pm! Movie 8:45 pm!

Great new team running the drive-in in beautiful Prince Edward County, Ontario! Totally covid approved, clean and organized. It was such a treat to watch the sunset before the show and to enjoy the old style popcorn. Will definitely be making the drive from Toronto to The County again asap.

Quite a dreadful experience. The washrooms are run down and terrible. $3 for a small (warm) drink. Popcorn was cold, but after seeing the state of the concessions stand I didn’t have an appetite anyways. The play set is wonderful for children until the movie begins, because it’s in front of screen 1. Go here for the drive in experience, and expect nothing more than nostalgia.

Great place and environment. The new owners have given it some TLC and are working hard to make it a great family environment. Take bug spray and if you have them, bug screens for your car windows! Although this year the bugs seemed to be much less than previous years. We watched Back to the Future and Jaws last week! A great trip down memory lane! Such a great time!

We went to opening night and saw Top Gun and Footloose and it was absolutely amazing! All the staff are so friendly and helpful. It was the first time I've ever been to a drive in where staff were walking around pre-show to make sure everyone could get their radio/headlights situated before the show started. Plus you can beat being in the country under the stars and coming early enough to witness a wicked sunset.

Starting a business at the best of times is difficult, but to successfully start during a pandemic is pretty much a miracle. Coming to PEC from outside the county you are not always welcomed with open arms. I say this from first hand experience. However, everyone has welcomed Mustang Drive-In and rightly so. They brought a sense of community, done safely, a great set of movies, and a wonderful open market on Sundays. They deserve a round of applause and congratulations. We appreciate everything they’ve done! Come back and support them in 2022.

I love the mustang drive in I been goin there for years. It part of the summers in Ontario for me kind of a tradition one that brings many happy memories. I went thete as a child, have taken my children there and now my grand children will enjoy the popcorn, pop, mini golf and all the mosquito bites they can handle. Oh and don't forget a glass jar to catch your fireflies. :)

It's fun! Food is good for a drive in and they are fairly pleasant to deal with. However we misread the sign once and when we asked for clarification on the which screen the movie we wanted was on, we were given the wrong information and ended up missing the movie we wanted to see. Still 4 stars cause that was as much our fault as it was theirs.

I had never been to a drive-in before... And this place knocked my frickin' socks off! Excellent COVID Protocols in place, and I felt very safe. From what I have heard from friends and family, the upgrades were needed and you would never know it by how much love that they have put into this property. Great selection at the Canteen. ALL OF THE SNACKS! AND can we talk about the loving message from the owners before the show?! These folks GET IT. And most of all, they care. All staff are knowledgeable and kind. I really cannot wait to visit again!

You get two movies here for the same price (or less than) you'd spend at a normal theatre to see one (regular price is $11 for adults, $5 for kids/seniors, and Thursday nights are carloads for $20). The concessions are also reasonably priced, with a wide variety of snacks available. We went on a Tuesday in the summer, and there was barely anyone there. The projection on the screen was clear and bright, and the audio over the radio station was also clear. We had a great time here, and appreciated that they had a jumper battery with cables available when our car wouldn't start after the movie.

We absolutely adored going to the Mustang Drive-In this Summer. They clearly put a lot of effort and love into keeping it safe during COVID. The food was delicious, the movie excellent. Also loved the new gender inclusive, accessible toilet. Great to see!

The only place I know that is an actual drive in theatre. Its super fun, the people there are really nice. You can buy popcorn and snacks there and you have an option to either bring a chair and sit outside or sit in your car. The drive-in also offers bug spray so if the mosquitos are bugging you and you forgot your own spray, dont worry they have some! Overall its a great experience and you should try it out at least once! :D

Great place, same as I remember as a kid. The prices were reasonable and the setup was nice. I would like larger moguls for the southern screen, like the original so you fan position the front window higher. Back seat people can’t see the screen as well.

Great activity to do as a group. Brought some Drive In first timers, and had been a while since some of us had been. 2 separate screens. Unique check in experience. Found myself signing the, "Let's all go to the lobby..." jingle on the way there, and, when things started up, it was played, just as I remembered. VERY organized and smart, friendly staff. They even had booster service for those whose battery died (and one car did need it). Audio for the movie is run through your car radio. Recommend bringing chairs and blankets as you are allowed to watch tailgate-style!

Great time to be had! I have loved drive ins far before covid times. Not many have dual screens, so that was cool. The funky bus was a nice add. Concession stand had all the goodies. We finally decided to visit this place for the kids! I am so glad they have viewing of Paw Patrol The Movie. My boys enjoyed it. About this place, I highly recommend to buy tickets online, have it ready before the entrance bus checking. That way, it's easier to enter the facility, no hustle, rushing, and rummaging in your car or bag. Once they scan the code from your ticket, you are good to go, and will be told the options for the spots you can pick. We went here last weekend, it also happens to be the last day this Summer 2021, Sept 5. I also suggest that you come before 7pm as that's when they can let you in early. The earlier the better. Why? You'll be the first few cars to pick your wonderful spot. However, don't bring food in order to support their business. They serve food there, popcorn, booze, etc. of course, you have to buy them yourselves. We had a blastful experience! Other than that, read the rules they have. We will definitely coming back next year! Thank you Mustang Drive-In. We are looking forward for 2022.

What an amazing experience to share with family and friends - especially during a time that is more challenging to connect with others. I love cinema and going to the movies and have missed it during this time so I was excited to find out about Mustang Drive-In PEC. Not only did we have a great time watching movies under the stars, but the new owners Dawn and Drew were so wonderful, welcoming, friendly and completely prepared!! The space is gorgeous from the bus with the iridescent windows where they take your tickets, to the immaculate washrooms, to the delicious snacks, right down to the small details and added touches that make it so special. Near the concession stands they had neon painted rocks with inspirational messages that also helped keep people six ft apart as they waited in line. I also am in love with the fact that they are helping provide employment for young people in the community. Couldn't recommend this place enough - it's a perfect out of the city activity.

Had so much fun at Halloween night in 2020, super organized, all the Employees were dressed up, Covid Safety precautions were taken seriously. The line up for food did happen to be an extremely long wait, I believe this has been addressed since this event. However the differences between Summer 2020 and Summer 2021 was crazy, the owners have done a bunch of great updates to the grounds, and were once again organized getting everyone in. I even noticed them helping people out if they didn't know how to shut their lights off. I enjoy seeing their updates and photos on social media.

My parents used to take me here as kid but it's better than I remember it. The new owners have put a lot of work and care into revamping this place to make new memories for a new generation - and for those returning! The canteen has been upgraded with old favourites and new. The bathrooms have completely been redone too. The staff are friendly and helpful. I love that we can drive in from out of town for an evening of nostalgia. Don't forget your bug spray and mosquito nets because it is in in the country!

I am a sucker for an old style drive in movie theatre. Load up the car, bring the snacks and fight to stay awake as you watch at least 2 movies playing on the huge screen. The Mustand does also have it's own little concession stand where you can get hot food that is pretty darn good and not too badly priced. All in all... an experience you need to have for yourself.

This is what drive inn's used to be, it's a little tired but that is part of it's charm... It's fun for the family! They have a concession stand also... Sound is broadcast on FM so it's a loud or quiet as you want.

Great place - watched a drive-in concert and had a fantastic time. Well set up for social distancing and safety. I strongly recommend going to check it out if you're looking for a fun night out. Though I do suggest you bring bug netting that you can drape over your open tail gate (if you're in an SUV) to keep out the bugs!

The owners are absolutely amazing, super kind and very personable. I was there as a vendor during the trunk sale and was afraid with the high traffic of people the washrooms would be gross but they were always clean. The hands free is amazing for washing your hands. The porta potties even stayed clean! The staff working were amazing too and would check in if you needed anything, not a single negative person to be found. Keep up the good work guys!

I was able to pop by for there special Tuesday screening this past week. It's a beautiful place to come visit if you are a local or just visiting the county. They took all safety precautions for COVID-19 and everyone was following the rules. There food was delicious as well. I would love to come back!

Always a friendly team we were greeted by one of the owners at the gate, a wonderful experience all around. We rented a speaker with the channel already set for us and the sound was so clear. The picture itself was clear and the intermission and intro skits were adorable and informative. I will always recommend this place.

The Mustang Drive-In is a must stop if you are in Prince Edward County. The place is more lively than ever thanks to some much needed improvements by the new owners. I have been to the drive in during both owners tenure and Dawn and Drew now, really seem to care about the place and want to see it thrive. They are the nicest people you will ever meet and provide a great movie going experience no matter what age. Even during Covid they found a way to provide a great experience.

The Mustang continues to be a mainstay in beautiful Prince Edward County, honoring its roots while unabashedly looking towards the future. The Sunday trunk shows were a welcome addition to the growing list of markets in the County. Oddities, vintage, makers and delicious eats. Can't wait to do it all again in 2022. The drive-in movie experience is incredible from start to finish. Friendly and helpful staff, a well-stocked and reasonably priced snack bar and in-demand movies made for an awesome experience. We loved seeing The Suicide Squad and Cruella on the big screen, under the stars. When our old car couldn't tune into the radio frequency required for movie audio, the Mustang crew graciously offered us a portable radio so we could tune in, free of charge! 5/5

There are not a lot of drive-ins left but this one I hope lasts forever. Not a huge area but big enough, 2 screens, family friendly with playground areas. Refreshments are fairly priced and yummy. Bathrooms aren't 5 star but they are decent for the circumstances. If you're in the area on a summer's eve, check it out for yourself. Kids love it.

I absolutely LOVE the mustang. I had been as a child and loved it and now as an adult there’s nothing more amazing than pulling up on a summers evening. The snackbar is always loaded with the best snacks and has something for everyone. I usually get the dried mango to make me feel healthy while I’m scarfing down popcorn and soda! Absolutely wonderful experience! There was a huge thunderstorm but despite that the owners themselves were out to greet each and every visitor in the rain!!! There was also a super cute video in the beginning before the movies where the new owners introduced themselves, answered logistical and personal questions of the audience, which made a huge difference. Lastly, they were very nice about us parking with our trunks open or even setting out lawn chairs. Thank you Mustang Drive-In!! ❤️????

Our first experience of the Mustang Drive In was incredible! The staff is the nicest you will ever meet. The new owners are hands-on and make sure everyone’s experience is incredible. The sunsets are so beautiful here; the movie choices are so fun! Every spot has a great view! The concession stand has everything you could ever want. And the bathrooms are nice and safe and clean! Don’t hesitate to go! It’s an experience you will never forget, watching a great movie under the stars. We will certainly come back any time we are in PEC. TIP: there will be mosquitos when the sun goes down, make sure to have lots of bug spray- or as we did, get a Thermacell and put it in your car with the windows open. It worked like a charm, we didn’t get bitten once! Thank you for a night we won’t forget !

I've been visiting the drive-in for many years, and have found the new owners to be great. I've always had good experiences with the owners before but I like how the new owners are taking a personal approach. Every time I've been there, I've been greeted by Dawn. By the third time visiting, she recognized I had been there a few other times and thanked me for returning. The upgrades they've made look awesome, it's a great place to go to watch some movies safely!

I have been frequenting the drive-in since I was a teenager and I love the fresh life that the new owners have been able to breathe into it. They've done a great job at being creative during covid and showing old movies that some of us never got the opportunity to see on the big screen. And now that there are newer movies coming out in theatres they have been offering those as well. They have also expanded to daytime events such as concerts and the weekly boot sale. I'm really optimistic about the direction the new owners are taking this.

As tourists visiting the area.we seen the drive in and taught it would be a good idea to spend our last night here. But no answer on the phone and no one to be seen. But the site says It's open. We stick around for the day driving around the same area to kill time. But in the end it was useless cause we never got the chance to see our movie. We really enjoyed our visit with our son. His 1rst visit to a movie was a success! The canteen was outside so no issues with having to wait in crammed lines of people indoors. The service was great and the staff were very helpful and kind. 2 movies for $30 a carload can't beat it! We'll definitely go again!

The Mustang Theatre in Prince Edward County was amazing!! We watched Top Gun, and it brought back all of the memories. The location is awesome, the snacks were great and the staff made the experience even better. One of their staff even helped us move to a better spot so that we could see the screen at the best angle. Also, we met the owners and they are so nice!!!

What a difference the new ownership has made! Washrooms are so much easier for kids. The concession was perfectly stocked. The popcorn was great, poutine was massive and delicious. Kids were able to play on the climber and I loved that the new play location meant them crossing less traffic.

Live the feel of the classic dive in. On Thursday they have a 20$ car load rate. They also have this old bus they use as the cashier station. Audio was good and screen placement was great. They do serve concessions. We had a great time. They even have this funny ritual where before the movies start they get all the cars to honk their horns to get it out of the drivers system. It was fun. Will definitely love to go here again.

Had a great time with a great team of staff running a smooth evening. The only reason it didnt get 5 stars was because it took my husband 20 min to get an order of fries and 2 hotdogs after he ordered them and it wasnt very busy and on a personal note it was disappointing to see they no longer do the traditional honk at the beginning to start the show under the new owners.
