I absolutely love Imagine Cinemas Keswick. The new reclining chairs are awesome - so comfy. The staff is very helpful and go out of their way to ensure guests have a great time - today I tripped and spilled my popcorn, and they replaced it without question. The tickets are a great value (only $7 on Tuesdays) and the concession items are much more affordable compared to larger chain cinemas. It such a valued part of the Georgina community.

This place is awesome. For what you’re paying you get so much. Seats are very comfy. Really like how they upgraded those. If you live in Keswick there’s no reason to go to Newmarket or anywhere else to see a movie with this place in town. It’s sad they have to close with COVID. Looking forward to restrictions to leave so I can head back here.

Great home town theater, went on the last night before our newest lock down (January 2022) it was super fun and safe, was given fair amount room between seats, staff was great and friendly. Very simple and easy instruction to follow to keep yourself and everyone else SAFE during these time's. Staff even came in and checked to make sure everyone was following the rules. And everyone was from what we saw. Can't wait to go back when all this stuff is behind us. The electric lazy-boy seats are extra comfy and solid too.

Polite, staff, vaccine screening/confirmation in place. Have your proof ready for a smooth entrance. Great buttered popcorn. Clean theatre with empty seat between your group and those next to you.

We used to drive down to the Elgin Mills Imagine theater and now having one in Keswick is pretty cool! going online and choosing your seat selection is always great. the new look for the Keswick location is really nice. Very clean, nice job remodeling it. love the lux chairs!

Nice clean theater and the new recliners are fantastic. You can't get this comfortable in a theater in 50km... just make sure your movie has lots of action...or you might catch some zzzz's

I went there for the first time right before the last lockdown and it was incredibly clean, they took the covid protocalls very seriously so I felt very safe, and overall I had an excellent experience. I was nervous to go to a theatre at all at first but the fact that they did take the health of their staff and patrons seriously made me feel a lot better. Also, you got a deal on popcorn and a candy upon leaving since you couldn't eat in the theatre so I had all kinds of snacks for the drive home! :)

To answer some questions about the change from the Gem: 1. Snack bar is more expensive 2. Sizes of snacks / drinks are smaller 3. Butter costs extra 4. Slowly being renovated (new seats) 5. Tuesday was still cheap - $7 each adult 6. Bathrooms are still the same Not much else changed yet that I can see

More money for admssion and more money for food. Same old uncomfortable seats and line up to pay and line:up for food. How is this better? The lights stay on for the duration of the commercias and the previews of future shows? Give me the Gem back any day!!!!

Went on a Saturday night. It was empty which was great. The recliner seats were super comfortable that I forgot I was actually in a cinema. Made the whole movie experience enjoyable and relaxing. I didn't think the concessions for a small popcorn and a bag of candy were too expensive.

First movie post COVID and Keswick Imagine did a great job. Proof of vaccination required so all feel safe in the theatre. Booked seats in advance and all were well spaced. Plenty of parking, really comfy reclining seats and a respectful, quiet audience. All around a great experience and will be back!
