Loved it however telling everyone to wait outside the theatre that played Jumanji for the staff to clean when there where 5 people sitting in it and eating was a bit questioning. Why where there people already sitting in the movie before the staff was able to clean the theatre in question. We were starting to think they where movie jumpers. I think the staff should be more observant. The movie was excellent and the staff was polite and very friendly. I did enjoy myself alot. Thank you. PKB.

We are seniors who love to go to movies. We haven't been able to go for months due to the movies available. They are all geared for teenagers and children - animated, sci fi, super hero, etc...check them out this week. Where are good quality movies? There are so many seniors in the area (several apartment buildings geared to seniors) but they don't have any good movies to go to. Whoever picks the movies up here is doing a TERRIBLE job. I am not the only one to think this...all our friends agree!

Small seats and super expensive anything. Should it really cost $25 for a bag of popcorn and 2 fountain drinks? Movies end up there much later too. Waited since the beginning of December for a movie that was playing everywhere but here. Finally in February it showed up in the theatre here.

It's the only movie theater in SSM Ontario - however their cleanliness is non-existent. I went there tonight to watch a movie and the smell of their carpeting made me nearly keel over. It also has a very long wait time in regards to receiving one's ticket and popcorn for a movie.

A bit of a shame that it had to downsize, because now there is a lower chance of a film being available, or it often seems like they are available for a shorter period of time. Still, service is generally good and the theaters are kept clean.

Multiplex movie theatre. Ticket prices are reasonable concessions are inflated. Has 7 theatres. Offers 3D as well as standard viewings. Relatively new is two rows of assigned seating for most movies so you can pay a small premium to reserve your seat. I have always found the theatres to be clean and comfortable. And the staff willing to answer any questions you may have. Make sure to sign up for a scene rewards card if your a regular as simply attending will slowly earn you free movies.

We bought tickets with prime seating, which was actually really cool! You can pick the seats you prefer, and they are reclinable leather chairs! Sometimes, it takes a while to get your popcorn and other consessions, but overall it's a good theatre.

One of the better mall cineplexes (it's located in the Station Mall: pull around in the back). It has a nice selection of food (not just popcorn--though the nachos are a disappointment) and drinks (including alcohol). The best place to see a major release film in this part of Canada.

The casts are really helpful, the popcorn tastes great also the food, the theater is totally wheelchair accessible, good quality pictures, 3D, closed captioning and descriptive audio is available. The is a party room, so have options for party too.

Nachos were amazing! And the girl making them was really nice... Lost a star because we were the first movie in the afternoon and they were NOT ready to serve food. Took at least half an hour and the poor girl was the only person at outakes taking every order, wasn't her fault she couldn't keep up.

For me, I give Ghostbusters Afterlife 5 stars out of 5! For awhile, the movie has a lot of text and dialogue so you have to pay attention. Even more so, if you have never watched any of the 3 Ghostbusters movies beforehand. From the concession stand, there were several different items and souvenirs to choose from.

We went to see a movie in 3D. The Lines at the food service went rrrrrreally slow. Although there were only 3 People in front of me. When we finally got into the theatre, the screen went Black 2 Times, and one of the customers needed to inform the staff each time. When the movie started, we noticed the movie wasn't in 3D. So everyones 3d glasses were garbage. I don't know if it is a thing here in Canada, but in Europe we reuse (wash) the 3d glasses over and over again. After the movie everyone got a free movie ticket as a compensation, so that was a good thing! Surely would come back, but there is work to be done here.

the night before i went to this movie theatre i checked there website to see any movies at 1:30 and it was Cars 3. The next day checked there website again still there so I go and it was closed but there were to workers working at the concessions stand or whatever it's called I said is the movies open they said no and i said there is Cars 3 on at 1:30 according to your website and she said "Our website doesn't always work" so i walked out and i'm writing this review after. If u want to see a movie here i would NOT recommend doing so.

It's a pretty good half sized theater. I say half sized because it used to be twice that size until they scaled it down. I've never had a bad interaction with the staff, they're curtious. There are a couple plus sized screens, and the rest are standard. They do great with movies, the only gripe that I have is that when it comes to PPV events, they often seem to be fumbling to get it to work and a few times they hadn't been able to get them to work at all. (such as WWE events, etc). All things considered however, it's a good theater for a small town. :)

Twelve moderately-sized projection screens and decent audio. They offer 50% off regular tickets on Tuesdays. They're also undergoing a transition from traditional film-reel to digital cinema. Not bad for the occasional flick.

The first time in a long time my husband and I go to the movie. We walk into a dark theatre and sat in an area that we could see the movie. Waited 30 minutes for the movie. It finally begins and the usher comes to ask for our tickets then says we have to move since the seats are reserved. We said there was a lot of empty seats and no one waiting in line. Another guy comes up and we refuse to move then a lady comes up demanding that we move. We said no we want our money back. We got a refund and left shocked that they would lose customers over some prime seats. The difference is wider leather seats. We are not big people. We cannot believe that they would lose customers over seats. Where has customer service gone. We will never visit this theater ever again. We are still flabbergasted. Poor service no wonder the seats were empty.

The main complaint I have is that the food is way, way over-priced ... a problem not unique to this particular theater, sadly. Sometimes the washrooms aren't in the best of condition. The staff should be trained to pump customers through the ticket/popcorn lines a little quicker, as it seems that the lines move very slowly.

It was a great experience there wasn't much of a wait to get our food when I was there I saw the movie Aladdin in 3D the popcorn tasted wierd to me though. The bathrooms were in the back of the theater and they weren't very easy to find. They had great seating wherever you sat the people in front of you wouldnt be able to block your sight because of how the levels dropped or rose. Overall pretty good and the clarity of the film was very clear.
