Recently had cameras installed around the perimeter of the house and am very satisfied with the results. Got exactly what I was hoping after seeing them at the Home Show in Victoria this spring. Robert came out to provide the quote and had several suggestions that were helpful when it came to the positioning of the cameras for best coverage. He is also available when needed to answer questions and responds quickly. Dave was the installer and wow, attention to detail is admirable. He was here all day installing and setting up the technical stuff and was persistent in getting it perfect! Thank you Dave, you went well above the crowd on our install. Everything works awesome and the one-on-one tutorial you provided us is greatly appreciated. Would I use this company again....? Without a doubt, and I will certainly recommend this company to anyone who is considering their services.

We shopped around for security system and found the service and equipment provided to be Top Notch from Total House. Robert had come to the house in order to provide an accurate quote. I then went to their location to see what the product looked like - we also discovered an array of products for the future to consider (home theatre-seating). We found the billing made easy by Misty's instructions and follow up to confirm payment received. The installers were very polite and cleaned up afterwards. Even Rob the salesman came out to lend a hand and ensure all was to our satisfaction. Questions afterward were replied to in a timely manner. There years of experience shows, customer service superb!

While researching home automation for our new house the builder recommended we talk to the folks at Onetouch House. During the course of construction we worked closely on all aspects of audio and technology and the results couldnt have been better. We have an amazing Smart-home system, a dedicated theatre room and audio throughout the house. We were a bit hesitant on putting technology in our house as neither my wife or I are techies but the system is so easy to use. The guys at Onetouch have gone out of their way to make sure it worked as promised. We highly recommend to anyone building a new home.

I've been working with these guys for several years. They have had to clean up a bit of a mess made by the company that installed everything. They have been very responsive, costs reasonable and where they can do things remotely, they get it done. We have a Control 4 and Shaw combo system so not as clean as I'd like but they smooth out the rough edges.

I have never received better service and support from any service provider in any category than I did from One Touch House. We moved into our home and discovered a conduit was installed for a wall-mounted TV but the conduit was blocked. I called Kevin and told him about the situation and he offered to come right over at no charge to investigate and was able to unblock the conduit and get us set-up to wall-mount our new TV. He also booked us an installation the next day with a great installer who was able to get the TV and Sonos soundbar and subwoofer installed beautifully and working perfectly. He hid all the extra wires so the installation is seamless. I would recommend OneTouch House without hesitation!

While we have enjoyed the ease of having so many functions within our house at our fingertips, the value of a smart home was recently highlighted for us when my wife injured her back and had to spend several days on bed rest. We were both happy that she could control the lights, music and temperature without having to call for help. The people at The OneTouch House are great - very knowledgeable and friendly. Three years ago Kevin and his tech-savvy team transformed my basement into a phenomenal home theatre. The process only took a couple of days, and the end result exceeded my expectations. Their customer service and attention to detail is simply second to none, and Kevin has always been extremely responsive to any questions that have arisen. To be honest, even after three years I’m still blown away every time I fire up the system and experience that razor sharp 4K imagery admixed with Dolby Atmos acoustics.
