Been to the spa a few times and stayed for a night for the first time in February- we were lucky to have beautiful weather to wake up to with our ocean view room! The pool is so fantastic and the staff are amazing at the hotel and pool deck especially with COVID going on so everyone is safe!

The hotel was welcoming and staff were wonderful. We all loved the rooms, the hot pools and spa were great. Not overpriced or snobby in any way.

We went for lunch at the Snug. I had a cup of lentil soup which was really delicious and then the two of us shared a ploughman's and enjoyed the view of the ocean. Good service, great food, and sunshine on the ocean made this a very relaxing occasion.

Outstanding service and professionalism. The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Hotel and our room was absolutely beautiful. We had a partial ocean view that exceeded our expectations. Gorgeous! The pool & area is beautiful and worth checking out. Wonderful stay!

PLEASE READ: Boyfriend and I had a one night stay for his birthday. The amenities like the pool and our partial ocean view room were incredible. Unfortunately, the service was shockingly awful. My room service order was forgotten about, I ended up waited over an hour for it. Our lunch took an hour and my chicken breast came RAW in the middle, and they forgot AGAIN about a drink order. Numerous times of poor service... I will not be returning here and I do not recommend anyone for the above reasons. A hotel held to this high of a standard should not have untrained teenagers working!

Room was really nice and spacious along with the bathroom. I usually stay here once a year for a work function and it has been great each time.

Wonderful place to stay. The rooms were very nice and spacious. Loved the large soaking tub!! Staff are friendly and helpful. Turn down service every night, housekeeping every morning. Room service if you want it. Mineral pools and hot tubs overlooking the ocean make for a great view. Spa services are available too.
