Absolutely a waste of time and money.I bought a groupon for 2 to experience this 12D ride only to be met with issues around opening hours and actually reaching someone to get information. They reduced their opening days to just 3 days a week (Thurs-Sat) and they are only open 3pm-6pm. The actual physical location is also difficult to find and no directions are posted within this mall.(Its on the 3rd floor by the way.Take a left off the escalator and then a right until you see fake pictures of people having fun on a ride).
Most importantly was the customer service and actual ride above all else.The guy who processed our tickets and operated the ride hardly spoke,notified us of nothing,explained nothing,gave no options or information on anything and when asked questions ,chose to grumble instead of actually responding.
The ride quality is the biggest disappointment here.The glasses given had flimsy weak lens that needed cleaning.The "movies" were not chosen by us and horribly done.The quality of the graphics was more outdated than advanced ,very cheap looking and unrealistic.The chair shook continuously but not in sync with the actions on screen which left you jolting around without enjoying or engaging in the video rides.The content of these videos were also an epic fail,boring and poorly done.The 12D aspect of providing sensory elements did little to increase the enjoyment of this ride. They were also incredibly short.I would have cared if I didnt want them to end my misery.
Bottom line: Absolute waste of time and money on a concept that should've had potential for thrills during winter.Instead,its an epic failure.I just regret using the 407etr to get there.
