Went online to order tickets and had a glitch. When I called the box office to get some help I was greeted by Arianne who went above and beyond to sort things out. None of it was the theatre's fault and she stayed on the line with me for 20 minutes until she had everything solved. Amazing, friendly service. Thank you very much!!!!!!!

If you grew up on the North Shore, chances are you've been here a few times. This place brings back so many memories. It's got 658 seats, so it's a pretty good size. Just be prepared for long bathroom lineups.

A great venue for various productions, and the choice of many of the local amateur dance troupes. There's a big parking lot, and it's a short transit ride from Lonsdale Quay, so it's convenient however you choose to get there. Each time I've been the staff and volunteers have been very friendly, and a real credit to the theatre. Plus this is one of those rare theatres where there really isn't a bad seat on the house.

The worst seats I have ever experienced in a theatre! Narrow with zero leg room. My knees were pressed against the seats in front of me. We left the show at intermission because it was so uncomfortable. I won't be back.

Nice theatre, super convenient location, lots of parking (with EV charging). The bar area gets pretty crowded at intermissions so if it is a nice evening you can take advantage of the outdoor area just outside, unless you have an alcoholic drink. There are also good food options nearby on Lonsdale for before the show.

Theatre itself is fine. The seats however are made for Hobbits. It was impossible for me to sit without having my knees jammed into the seat in front of me. I am not that tall at only 6'2''.

Ok venue, very nice staff and organized. Some are a little too organized ei: when staff are hovering practically on top of you to take your beverage glasses - made me uncomfortable. Very strange liquor selection and procedures. Along with very limited snacks. Not conducive to a great time but you can have an ok time there....which we did. Very good seating for all! I like to leave on a good note where possible ;)

Cold backstage area by loading bay doors. Dull acoustics - needs a flown shell for orchestras. Backstage security non-existant.

It's a small theatre, small chairs, no space in between front seats. Your knees will push against back of the front seat because there is no space in between.

First of all this is my first impresions from this theater. I liked this place for one being a larger sized theater amongst other theaters that I have been to. Second for having good sound quality in general. But the only thing is they throw us out after the movie was over for some reason, which wasn't a good image to costumer's eyes. It was a cold rainy day and everyone was waiting for bus, rides or the next movie.
